Katie Price shares Harvey's 'sad' Peter Andre wish before tragic health update
When Peter Andre tied the knot with Katie Price, he vowed to be a father figure to Harvey and even tried to adopt him, much to the fury of his biological dad Dwight Yorke
Harvey Price will always hold a special place in Peter Andre 's heart. The Australian singer first met Katie Price in 2004 when they both starred on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!. Their whirlwind jungle romance quickly blossomed into a real-life love story, with the pair marrying less than a year later.
At the time, Katie was already mum to Harvey — her son with footballer Dwight Yorke — before she and Peter welcomed two more children together, Junior and Princess. There was even talk of Peter adopting Harvey, a move that reportedly upset Dwight.
Reflecting on those early years in a recent interview, Peter spoke fondly about family life, recalling the chaos of 'changing six sets of nappies,' a nod to his hands-on role during Harvey's younger days.

When Peter married Katie in 2005, he vowed to be the dad that Harvey didn't have. In 2009, he told the Daily Mail: "I have been a real father of Harvey and he calls me Daddy. I guess that sticks in Dwight's throat." As the years passed, Peter would post happy birthday messages for Harvey online, writing on his 15th birthday on Twitter: "Happy birthday to a very special boy. Hope you like your prezzies."
After he separated from Katie, Pete shared how their special bond continued and said he would always have love for Harvey. He wrote in his New! magazine column in 2017: "There have been a few times recently where he's been to my house and I've been to his. Harvey will always be special to me and I just want him to be happy. He's a great kid!"
Pete also shared in his column: "He's such a good-hearted boy, I see him a bit more now, which is amazing. He's just the best, I love him. There's always room for Harvey at our house. I always saw him as my own. There's a special place in my heart for him - he's very important to me and he's always welcome."
But according to Katie, as the years rolled by, the Mysterious Girl singer saw less of Harvey. In her 2017 book, Katie Price: Harvey and Me, she wrote: "The split from Pete really upset Harvey. It must have been frustrating for him at the time because he couldn't express how he felt. But now he can and he remembers a lot more than you'd think. It's really sad."
She continued: "I began to notice a change in Harvey, I'd say things like, 'Do you want to go see Daddy Peter today?' and he'd shout, 'No!' So then I'd be like, 'But he has a cake waiting for you'. But he wasn't interested and he'd start kicking off, it's probably because the visits were starting to fizzle out and Harvey could sense that."
But, she added: "Whenever Harvey saw Peter, he wanted to play a clip of the couple singing A Whole New World. Every single time, I want the ground to swallow me up. It's bad enough having to listen back to it, never mind haven't to listen back to it standing next to Pete!"
It comes after Katie shared her heartbreak over the fact her eldest child, Harvey, has seen his weight increase to dangerous levels. Throughout his life, Harvey has battled health issues - including a condition called Prader-Willi syndrome, which provokes a constant feeling of hunger.
Speaking on Snapchat, the OnlyFans content creator said: 'I'm so heartbroken and gutted that his weight is just going up. I just googled it in stones, 188kg is just a few kg of being 30 stone.
'It's so life-threatening now, I'm still waiting for the doctors to get back to me starting on the mounjaro and his journey to a healthy life.'
She continued: 'It's so sad his quality of life at the moment where he's so big, he just can't really do much. It's just another thing I have to deal with because he's at high risk of having a heart attack, he struggles to put his trainers or struggles to walk anywhere but I love him and I'm going to help him through this."

Fans slam Love Island as boring as they notice one major change in series' first week - and call for MORE bombshells as two new boys enter
Love Island fans weren't hugely impressed with Wednesday night's episode as they slammed it as being 'boring'. Despite new bombshells Remell and Shea entering on the instalment for a racy game of truth or dare, many at home were left noticing one major change in the series' first week. Three episodes in and there haven't been any challenges yet - which often stir things up and create drama. During the episode fans penned on X: 'Uk love island is so boring my goodness #LoveIsland.', 'None of the contestants on love island interest me, They are all boring tbh.', From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Despite new bombshells Remell and Shea entering on the instalment for a racy game of truth or dare, many at home were left noticing one major change in the series' first week 'Hopefully these bombshells change the dynamics of this boring villa #LoveIsland #LoveIslandUK.', 'love island uk is so boring.', 'You know a season of Love Island is boring when the ads are more exciting then the show #LoveIsland.', 'Love island needs to go back to the first 5 series of the show or it's going to fail.. it's getting to that point where it might just need a few years off. It's getting boring! #loveisland.', 'UK Love Island is sooooooooo boring convos are so dry i cant wait until USA releases #LoveIsland.' On the episode Ben and Toni clashed in the fallout from Sophie's brutal elimination from the villa as he 'got the ick'. The ITV2 dating show returned to our screens on Monday night, with presenter Maya Jama welcoming 12 new Islanders to Mallorca to find love. But the dating hopefuls were left shaken on last night's show, only the second episode of this series, as Sophie was dumped from the Island. It came after bombshell Toni entered the villa on Monday and stole Ben from Shakira, leaving her single and at risk of being sent home. During the episode fans penned on X: 'Uk love island is so boring my goodness #LoveIsland...' A day later, Maya asked any boy interested in her to stand up, one of whom Shakira would couple up with - and she chose Harry, leaving Sophie single and heading home. In Wednesday's episode, new couple Toni and Ben clashed over Sophie's brutal elimination - leaving Ben unsure about their budding romance. Chatting in a small group, Toni reflected that the next Islander to go might be one of the lads: 'Boys, it's your turn, just saying - I don't think you're gonna be safe.' Ben replied sharply: 'Are you saying me in particular?' The American bombshell shoots back, 'No, it's about boys, not everything is about you' - which saw an irritated Ben storm off. His extreme reaction left the other Islanders shocked, with Meg later saying to him: 'That was a bit much... I don't get what she said that was really offensive?' Ben explained: 'She said, "Not everything is about you..." I just got the ick.' He then confessed this to Shakira too - who told Toni what he has said and suggested she pull him for a chat about it. Toni does not need to be told twice, sitting Ben down to ask: 'I've heard from people you said I'm giving you the ick?' Liam Gallagher has just one regret as he prepares for first Oasis comeback show
Ahead of Oasis taking to the stage in Cardiff next month, Liam Gallagher has taken to social media and revealed that he has just one regret about the legendary band Liam Gallagher has revealed his one major regret about Oasis just weeks before the band hit the road. The legendary Manchester-based band will be on s tage together for the first time in 16 years next month for their mammoth Oasis Live '25 tour. Brothers Liam, 52, and Noel, 58, had been at loggerheads ever since the band split in 2009 and were often embroiled in tense feuds on social media and in interviews. But years before their split, an internal war is believed to have broken out between the warring siblings. Liam is said to have questioned the paternity of Noel's eldest daughter, Anaïs, 25, in May 2000. But after almost two decades of arguing, the brothers left fans in a state of disbelief last year when they announced their sensational return, almost 15 years to the day of their split. In just a matter of weeks, they will take to the stage at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on July 4 for their first show. However, Liam has now opened up about his one major regret about the band in an honest admission with a fan. "How does it feel singing songs with ur brother again? Like old times?" asked one fan on X, formerly known as Twitter. Liam responded: "You know what it's spiritual but I can't help think about all those wasted years, what a waste of PRECIOUS time." Oasis came to an end in 2009 following a disagreement between Liam and Noel backstage at the Rock en Seine Festival in Paris. A witness who saw them row said: "Liam was goading Noel constantly and then the two snapped." Liam also smashed up one of Noel's guitars during the heated clash. The pair are due to perform over 20 dates starting on July 4, before completing the UK leg on September 28 at Wembley Stadium. But could fans see the once-warring brothers again after their upcoming tour? Replying to a fan last week, Liam said: "Let's see how this tour goes and if we still love each other after it." When asked by the Mirror how rehearsals are going, Liam told us: "Dangerous." Meanwhile, videos have circulated on social media, with audio clips of the band apparently rehearsing the anthems Cigarettes & Alcohol and Fade Away. He told fans that it was his idea to have both songs on the setlist for the most anticipated tour. Last week, the two brothers were seen heading to rehearsals for the first time. While the pair arrived separately, they had two very different methods of transport to the top-secret location. Liam was seen arriving in a chauffeur-driven van, surrounded by packets of Lockets and cough syrup to help his throat, while his older brother, Noel, took public transport and was seen on the District Line at Paddington station. A source told the Mirror: "It was extremely exciting having Noel and Liam in the same room. The excitement for the tour is off the charts." Get Oasis updates straight to your WhatsApp!
