Peter Andre and wife Emily 'struggling' as daughter Millie reaches huge milestone
It's been a big week for Peter and his wife Emily. Peter Andre and his wife Dr Emily MacDonagh have opened up on how they are coping with their daughter Millie reaching a huge milestone in her life. The couple, who are parents to Amelia, Theo, and Arabella, with Emily also being stepmum to Peter's older children, Princess and Junior, have shared their feelings on the matter, writes The Mirror. Writing in his New! magazine column, the father of six said that it's been a big week for the family. He penned: "It's been a bittersweet time recently – Emily and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary this month, but it was also Millie's last week of primary school before she heads off to secondary school in September." This comes after Emily recently revealed on Giovanna Fletcher's podcast, Happy Mum Happy Baby, that the couple don't plan on having any more children, as she also opened up about her difficult third pregnancy. Asked if there's a chance of them having more kids, she said: "It's absolutely cemented now but we always said it would be the last anyway. We don't have anymore bedrooms for starters so that's a good enough reason. "The car is full. We don't even have a seven-seater anymore because Junior and Princess can drive." Discussing the family dynamic, she said: "They have a lovely relationship together. Even though the older two have their own lives, so they're busy and doing their own thing, when they see the younger kids, they're so sweet and they get the biggest hugs. "The age gap is so big that it makes it easier because they're not in competition with each other. Like the younger ones understand that there's a different set of rules for the older ones because they're grown-ups." Elsewhere in the podcast, Emily spoke about her relationship with Princess and Junior and how important that is to her. "I always feel lucky that they've kind of accepted me into their family. And I think then, when we had Millie and Theo - and Belle as well - it kind of cements you even more as a family. But I always feel like, you know, I'm not their mum, and that's something I always have to make sure I tread carefully with. I always see it, I think I would see it a bit more like being a big sister," she said. "Which, I don't know if that's the right way to look at it, but I think, you know, I always try and give them guidance, but I wouldn't overstep that. Like, I obviously try and support them like I would do with my own kids. I always try and be the same. I'm quite strict though, on my kids. That's what I would say to the older kids - it's lucky there's an age gap, you know?" She added: "Because then you guys don't need to worry about, like, silly rules I have. I'm like, you guys can be exempt because you're older. The age gap is enough that my kids don't question why they're allowed to have the screens." Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Kerry Katona's sad 'drugs' confession as she admits 'its exhausting'
EXCLUSIVE: Kerry Katona has opened up about the abuse she receives online, after it was revealed Louis Tomlinson has quit X, formerly Twitter, due to trolls and shares her similar experience Kerry Katona is sharing the same sentiment after Louis Tomlinson was forced to quit X after receiving hurtful comments. In her latest column for New!, kerry opened up about removing 'yourself from the situation' when it came to rumours of her being on drugs. 'I saw that Louis Tomlinson decided to quit X after receiving some hurtful comments, which I think is awful,' she says. 'People can be so cruel for no reason and it's a real shame. I get abuse and negative comments all of the time on Instagram.' 'Every time I have hayfever and sniff, people accuse me of being on drugs – it's exhausting. If I was Louis, I wouldn't have let the trolls win by coming off X – I think it makes more of a statement to show it doesn't bother you. But I do understand it's hard and, sometimes, removing yourself from the situation is the best thing you can do,' she continued. Former One Direction star Louis Tomlinson revealed why he's been absent from X/ Twitter as he slammed those prying into his life. The 33-year-old star has been dating Love Island's Zara McDermott for several months, with the two last spotted enjoying the sunshine at Glastonbury Festival. According to a deflated Louis, many have been sharing 'conspiracy' theories about his romance with Zara - who previously dated former Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson for five years. Taking to his X page, he wrote: "The last few months have made it impossible to be on here. " He went on to say there were offensive comments made about his son Freddie, eight, who he shares with ex Brianna Jungwirth. Some also posted opinions about his late mother Johanna Deakin, who died in 2016. "All the conspiracy chat about my relationship, my son or even stretching sometimes to opinions on my Mum," Louis said. "It's just too much and too hurtful for me to see! Thank you to everyone who always has my back!" Before the tweet, he last posted on July 8, writing: "So excited to be back on stage tomorrow. Feels like a while! Who's coming?!!" His most recent Instagram post was a slew of snaps from his time at Worthy Farm with pals and Zara. In 2021, Kerry said that her cocaine addiction at its height came dangerously close to costing her life. The former Atomic Kitten singer spoke out on social media in order to help others when life is becoming difficult and has shown what happens if you don't reach out for help when needed. Kerry has admitted that she has almost died twice due to the binges she would go on and she has spoken about her feelings when she experienced those near-death moments. Speaking to new! Magazine at the time, the reality star said: "The amount of coke I was once doing, I literally died. "I remember coming back [from the brink of death] with these beautiful figures around me and I felt so much love - that happened to me twice. 'I'd stopped breathing. So I know I have angels looking out for me. You can knock me down but you can't keep me down.'

Kerry Katona wishes ex-husband Brian McFadden 'a lifetime of happiness' with new wife
Kerry Katona hopes her ex-husband Brian McFadden enjoys "a lifetime of happiness" with his new wife Danielle Parkinson. The Westlife singer tied the knot with Danielle in Cornwall on Saturday 5 July, with Kerry and Brian's daughters Molly and Lilly-Sue attending the beach ceremony. Kerry, who was married to Brian from 2002 to 2004, addressed his nuptials in her latest column for New! magazine and insisted that she wishes Brian and Danielle nothing but the best in their new marriage. Revealing that she sent Danielle a message on the morning of their wedding, Kerry wrote, "My ex, Brian McFadden, got married earlier this month and I just want to wish him and his wife Danielle a lifetime of happiness. "I texted Danielle to wish them a happy day- it looked like a beautiful celebration and I hope they had a ball." The former Atomic Kitten singer also blasted the tabloids for writing stories about her shortly after the wedding, with a source telling The Sun that Kerry has "burned her bridges" with her ex due to her "big mouth". "I find it sad though that as he gets married, everyone writes stories about me," she wrote. "His wedding has nothing to do with me at all." In a previous column, the Celebs Go Dating star lamented the state of her relationship with the Irish singer, admitting that "it would be great to have a better relationship" for the sake of their kids. Danielle is Brian's third wife. After Kerry, he was married to Irish model Vogue Williams between 2012 and their 2015 separation. He got engaged to the PE teacher in 2019, and they welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Ruby, in 2021. Kerry has also been married three times, and has two children with her second husband, Mark Croft, and one with her third husband, George Kay.

Kerry Katona's surprising message to ex Brian McFadden's wife on his wedding day
Nearly 20 years on from her split with Brian McFadden, Kerry Katona has disclosed that she contacted the Westlife star's new bride, Danielle Parkinson, on their big day earlier this month. Kerry, who is mum to daughters Molly and Lilly-Sue with Brian, revealed in her weekly New! magazine column that she had messaged Danielle on her wedding morning - just days after reports suggested the former couple would 'never be friends'. "My ex, Brian McFadden, got married earlier this month and I just want to wish him and his wife Danielle a lifetime of happiness," Kerry wrote in her column. Following claims that the singer had 'burned all bridges' with Brian, she responded by saying: "I find it sad though that as he gets married, everyone writes stories about me," reports the Mirror. "His wedding has nothing to do with me at all. I texted Danielle to wish them a happy day– it looked like a beautiful celebration and I hope they had a ball," Kerry concluded. Whilst Kerry's two eldest daughters attended the ceremony, she kept quiet about whether they had a good time or not. Along with Molly and Lilly, Kerry is also mother to Heidi and Max - whose father is taxi driver Mark Croft - and daughter DJ, whom Kerry had with her late third husband George Kay. Kerry's peace offering to Brian and Danielle follows years of turbulent relations between the former partners, with Kerry previously branding Brian a 's**t dad' to their daughters. "He was a s**t dad. I'm the one who provides for them," she said on a podcast in 2023. Public remarks like these have allegedly put a strain on their co-parenting arrangement, according to a source who spoke out last week. An insider told The Sun: "Kerry has burnt her bridges with Brian, thanks to years of speaking out of turn. She's got a heart of gold but a big mouth and that has always been her downfall. "Kerry has a bad habit of not thinking before she speaks and it's landed her in hot water with Brian on many occasions. She'll say something publicly that is either outrageous or something she should have kept private between them and it gets her in trouble." Nevertheless, Kerry revealed just days before these reports emerged that she would 'love' to be mates with him again, writing in her column last week: "I wish Brian and I could have stayed friends. Molly went to watch him at a festival last week and I would have loved to have gone with her. It would be great to have a better relationship,". Brian seldom discusses Kerry publicly and made considerable efforts to avoid mentioning her in last year's BBC documentary, Boybands Forever. In a cringe-worthy moment, the interviewer asks him on camera: "Marrying Kerry, you're sort of..." as Brian swiftly cuts in: "I don't want to talk about her, no. Definitely no."
