In the post, she showed off her toned physique in a light pink bikini as well as a brown bandeau two-piece.
Revealing how she maintains her fit figure, the mother-of-three also shared a snap of herself working hard in the gym.
The star was staying at a luxury oceanfront boutique in the Riviera Maya, where rooms start at $1,000 a night.
She captioned the pictures: 'A dreamy few days at one of my favorite places @etereoauberge.'
Her new Instagram post comes days after Jessica was seen passionately kissing her new boyfriend Danny in LA on Saturday.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the couple were seen embracing and sharing a kiss outside on a quiet street.
A source said the pair's budding romance has now taken a 'surprising turn'.
The insider said: 'What started out as a summer fling feels like it's getting more serious, although she still wants to take things slow.
'But at the end of the day Jessica has never been one to play the field. She's excited to see where this romance is headed.'
Jessica's new romance comes months after she filed for divorce from Cash Warren after nearly 17 years of marriage in February.
The actress, who married the film producer, 46, in 2008 – and has children Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, seven, with him – announced on Instagram their marriage was over.
