Katy Perry Just Fueled Rumors She & Orlando Bloom Broke Up After Reports They're Pretty Much ‘Over'

Yahoo5 hours ago

It doesn't look good for Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom. The A-List couple has been making headlines about a potential rift, and the 'ET' singer's absence is raising a lot of eyebrows.
TMZ reported that Orlando Bloom will be attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding by himself. The days-long wedding is reportedly going to be in Venice, Italy. Despite the unexplained absence, Perry will actually be in Australia for her Lifetimes tour. The gossip site reported that she had those dates locked down way before the billionaire settled on a nuptial date.

However, it seems to be very tense on the couple's front. On June 2025, a source dished that the negative reception of Perry's latest album, 143, which came out in September 2024, was a reason for the couple's unhappiness. 'Katy was deeply frustrated following the reception of her new album,' the insider said. 'It made her very stressed. Orlando was understanding, but it did cause some tension.' Another source added, 'She was also disappointed in some of the tour reviews. It's put stress on their relationship.'Other sources seem to deem that the relationship is completely over and done. Page Six's source bluntly said, 'It's over. They are waiting till her tour is over before they split.' (Her tour ends in December 2025, so that's a long way to go.) Another source told Us Weekly, 'It's true they're spending time apart. Their friends don't know if they are permanently split…The first time they broke up it was about two years after they got together. It's happened a few times, but they've always worked it out before.'
The 'Daisies' songstress announced her engagement with Orlando in 2019, and the couple revealed in April that they were expecting a baby girl. She gave birth to their daughter Daisy on August 20, 2020.
Earlier in the year, Katy Perry opened up to People about how she and the Pirates of the Caribbean actor maintained their relationship. 'I've talked a lot about love languages and how important they are in learning your partner's love language, and even if it isn't your love language, tapping into that for them,' she said.

The meeting was 'a moment of profound spiritual and cultural inspiration,' the producer continued, saying that the discussion centered around 'shared values that lie at the heart of both the Catholic Church and the film: family unity, love, compassion and the importance of contributing to the common good.' He continued: 'These values, which Pope Leo XIV has consistently emphasized in his recent messages to the world, resonate deeply with the story of the Maserati brothers: a family whose legacy was built not only on innovation and excellence but on profound mutual respect, solidarity and a shared vision.' Nanni Moretti Teaming With Louis Garrel, Jasmine Trinca on New Film

Palme d'Or-winning Italian director Nanni Moretti (The Son's Room, We Have a Pope) is teaming up with French star Louis Garrel (Little Women, The Dreamers) and Italian actress Jasmine Trinca (The Gunman) for his new film, the romantic drama Succederà questa notte (It Will Happen Tonight). The feature, loosely based on the short story collection Hungry Heart (Lev Raev) by Israeli writer Eshkol Nevo, is set to begin shooting in Spain and Italy this fall. Moretti adapted Nevo's novel Three Floors Up as the 2021 film Three Floors. The Italian actress has been splitting her time between features, including Léa Todorov's Maria Montessori and Ildikó Enyedi's The Story of My Wife (2021), and TV work, appearing in acclaimed Italian series La Storia and The Art of Joy (both 2024). Succederà questa notte will be Moretti's first collaboration with Garrel. The French actor is coming off recent French blockbusters The Three Musketeers, parts 1 and 2, and Quentin Dupieux's 2024 Cannes festival opener The Second Act. The Italian auteur has been looking for a project to work on with Garrel for several years now. In 2023, the pair staged a series of viral Instagram skits to promote the Garrel-directed crime comedy The Innocent, which screened at Moretti's Nuovo Sacher cinema in Rome. The film's cast includes Angela Finocchiaro, Elena Lietti, Antonio De Matteo, Andrea Lattanzi, Hippolyte Girardot, Pietro Ragusa, and Paolo Sassanelli. Moretti, who often appears in his own films, will have a cameo. Moretti adapted Nevo's short story collection together with co-screenwriters Federica Pontremoli and Valia Santella, intertwining the book's separate stories about the various bonds — familial, political, social and romantic — that both restrict and liberate, into a single narrative. Sacher Film and Fandango are producing in collaboration with Rai Cinema. Italian daily Il Messaggero first broke the news of Moretti's new film. 'Fantastic Four's Vanessa Kirby and 'Thunderbolts*' Sebastian Stan Unite for New Movie

After they're finished fighting off villains and saving the world, two of the biggest names in the 2025 superhero film landscape are set to team up. And they'll do so in a genre that's an extremely far cry from the Marvel world. Sebastian Stan has made the leap from popular superhero to fan-favorite after reprising his role as Bucky Barnes in Thunderbolts*. He'll now star in a new project with one of the biggest names in the highly anticipated Fantastic Four: First Steps movie, Vanessa Kirby, who'll portray Sue Storm, which is set to premiere on July 25. As Deadline first reported, Stan and Kirby will headline and produce a new film based on Australian author Amy Taylor's upcoming second novel, Ruins. The news comes after Deadline reported that Miramax won the rights to Ruins "in a competitive bid." Here's a look at the book's story, which Deadline detailed: "Ruins follows a couple whose affair with a young Greek woman over the course of a summer in Athens threatens to crack their relationship open in a story about privilege and power, desire and intimacy." It sounds exciting, to say the least, and it's also a unique project that'll showcase the broad skillset of both stars. Along with Fantastic Four: First Steps, Kirby was featured in the movie Eden with Jude Law, Ana de Armas and Sydney Sweeney. She also played The White Widow in Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One. Stan has portrayed the character Bucky in multiple Marvel films, including Captain America: The Winter Soldier. He also starred in the 2024 film A Different Man, among many other projects.'Fantastic Four's Vanessa Kirby and 'Thunderbolts*' Sebastian Stan Unite for New Movie first appeared on Men's Journal on Jun 12, 2025
