Pregnant Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing appear to have a tense exchange as they step out at the BBC Radio 1 studios amid co-presenting duties

Pregnant Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing appeared to have a tense exchange as they stepped out together in London on Wednesday morning.
The former Made In Chelsea stars, 30 and 36 respectively, were seen near the BBC Radio 1 studios amid their current co-hosting duties.
Sophie is now joining husband Jamie on the show after his usual drivetime co-star Vick Hope left on maternity leave.
While out and about Sophie showed off her toned and tanned legs in a black skirt which she teamed with a blue cardigan.
Meanwhile Jamie cut a casual figure in a white T-shirt and dark trousers which he wore with a cap.
And it appeared they were having a serious discussion as Jamie looked strained while Sophie seemed rather downcast on the outing.
It comes after Sophie revealed earlier this week on her and Jamie's newly named podcast NearlyParents, that she has struggled with some aspects of her pregnancy.
She confessed that when her second trimester hit, she felt like she was 'dying' and was dealing with a lot of hormones that made her frequently feel irritated.
'This girl has gone from a bit of a b***h to don't come near me,' she quipped.
'Up until week eight, I was smooth sailing. No good aversions, no sickness, so much energy, I was like what is every talking about this is unbelievable.
'Week eight hit and everyone's starting to grate to me a bit. Like that man sat next to me on the plane breathing, like is it illegal if I punch him in the face?
'If you're a fan of the podcast, I love you so much but you're not going to like me if you meet me at the moment.'
Jamie said he struggled to get his head around Sophie's mood changes with pregnancy, recalling: 'I asked Sophie if she had any cravings and she said, ''No, the only craving I have is hating you''.
'I then spent an evening on Reddit looking at 'Why does your wife hate her husband so much when they're pregnant'.
He went on: 'Sophie is teaching me to drive and I'm a little bit nervous in the car and she goes 'You're a s**t driver'. I'm literally in my head going 'Oh my god she hasn't eaten this is really scary'.
'Sophie then gets so angry she says to me 'I'm so angry I want to drive us both into the back of this car and kill us'. And then she started crying!'
Sophie confessed that the 'anger is uncontrollable' but that it 'was very fleeting' as she lamented how her 'enormous t*ts' also meant she couldn't fit in any of her clothes.
Jamie candidly told listeners how he owed her a real apology after not taking her hormones seriously and threatening to leave her over her 'grumpiness'.
Sophie said: 'Jamie was like 'Oh you're just milking it, you fake all your hormones, there's no such thing'. He went 'Oh you're just faking all of this.' I was like 'Oh my god' as I'm lying there with my enormous t*ts out and I can't fit into a single thing.'
Recalling the incident in question, she went on: 'We are leaving and I feel really sick this day and Jamie gets his camera out and goes 'I'm going to vlog today'. Like on my Sunday that I'm about to vomit all day long.
'And what happened was Jamie sits down and he goes 'I'm going to call my friends and ask them what I should do about this. Because I'm going to have to leave you. I'm going to leave you because you're just so unbearable right now.''
Jokingly pretending to break down in tears, she shared: 'And I went 'You're going to leave me and I'm pregnant'.'
In defence of his actions, Jamie quickly added: 'The amount of people who are going to call me an a*****e. Just a caveat to add - I had no idea the emotional journey that you go on, how your body changes.
'I just didn't understand the extreme things that go on and since having read stuff on Instagram, I am awe of what you go through. The hormone change is wild.'
Showing their Chelsea roots, the couple also revealed that Sophie's worst craving so far was for caviar, recounting how they had dashed around London trying to find a shop that was open at 8pm.
Jamie explained they eventually found a caviar store only to discover a single pot cost £240, as he declared: 'I was like 'Well that craving has to stop there and then'.
Sophie revealed that after some Googling, she learned it is recommended that pregnant people avoid the expensive delicacy due to the risks of bacteria and mercury.
However, she confessed that the risks were the only thing that stopped her from eating it, otherwise, she would not have allowed the hefty price tag to put her off.

Rachel Zegler belts out the best bit of Evita to West End passersby for free every night... and paying audiences aren't happy

A ticket for Jamie Lloyd's hot new West End production of Evita could set you back as much as $336. But some paying audience members have been left feeling disappointed after they realized one of the musical's biggest showstoppers does not take place on stage. Instead, Rachel Zegler, who plays protagonist Eva Peron, belts out Don't Cry for Me Argentina on a balcony outside the London theater - with passersby able to enjoy the performance for free. Meanwhile, those who have paid for tickets inside the London Palladium must make do with a live video link transposed onto a massive screen. Crowds are now expected to assemble at the spot on Argyll Street at about 9pm every night until the show concludes in September. On Saturday evening, around 600 people gathered for 24-year-old Zegler's performance of the song made famous by the likes of Elaine Paige and Madonna. However, furious fans have taken to social media to express their frustration that they will not see Don't Cry for Argentina on stage, despite paying for tickets. One person wrote: 'Sorry, are you saying I've paid £350 ($470) for 2 tickets and she's singing the biggest number outside at people who haven't paid?' Another explained that they 'go to the theater to share the same space with a performer'. Others, however, said the move would help encourage more people to go to the theater. Abi, a 21-year-old student from London, said: 'I think it's making theatre more accessible. It's actually adding to the ambience of the show. 'The speech she does at the end of the song does hit completely different seeing it outside. It adds so much more to her performance to see her do it to the people.' Another person added: 'I think you might potentially be a bit gutted [if you were inside the theatre]. I know they had it on the projectors, but you might be a bit gutted to have missed the most important song. 'But you've still got the rest of it to go and it's given a good night to a lot of people who wouldn't normally be able to get that experience.' Zegler, who has been engulfed in controversy since the release of Disney's 'woke' Snow White, is hoping her fortunes could see a career turn with Evita. She is playing former First Lady of Argentina Eva Peron in the show, which debuted in 1978 and was written by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Following the announcement earlier this year, Rachel gushed: 'Evita has been such an important musical to me since I was a little girl, when my dad and I would sing Don't Cry for Me Argentina together on my back patio. 'The opportunity to bring Jamie Lloyd's singular, visionary ideas to life onstage is an honour unlike any other. The stage has always felt like home to me, and I can't wait to make my West End debut in such great company.' Rachel is no stranger to musical theater and starred in Stephen Spielberg's Oscar winning adaption of West Side Story in 2021. Other famous faces to take on the iconic role Evita include Patti Lupone, Elaine Paige, as well as Madonna in the 1996 movie version.

Paloma Faith reveals she 'nearly died' during violent attack by an ex who tried to run her off the road before smashing her window and pulling her out of it

Paloma Faith has revealed that she 'nearly died' during a violent attack at the hands of an ex when she was younger. The singer, 43, opened up about the horrifying ordeal on her podcast Mad Sad Bad on Tuesday, where she was joined by Ruby Wax. Paloma shared that she was left with a black eye and 'smashed up' face after an ex-partner tried to run her off the run in a high-speed car chase before smashing her window and pulling her out of it. The star got an injunction out against the man following the 'very violent' attack - but she ran into him seven years in a bizarre twist of fate. Making her way to work at an underwear shop, Paloma saw her ex waving at her and she agreed to go for a last drink - but as she discussed 'taking back the power' following an assault, Paloma said she left him stunned when she said she found his chat boring and walked out. Paloma said the moment made her feel as though she had 'conquered' something as she healed from the ordeal. Recalling the attack, Paloma said: 'This guy, when I was younger, attacked me very, very, very violently, and I nearly died. 'It was a high speed car chase, and he tried to run me off the road. He's an ex, and I nearly died. 'He drove his car into the front of somebody's house, and he came and smashed my driver's side window in and pulled me out, but I got a black eye and a smashed up face, and then I got an injunction against him.' Paloma continued: 'Seven years later, I saw him. I was going to my job when I worked in the knicker shop, dressed all like, you know, knickery in the little pink outfit - feeling quite confident in the uniform. 'And I see this man drive past, and he goes, and then he gets out, and then he says, "Can I take you for a drink after work? I feel like we need to clear it up." I said, "Yeah, I'd like to go." 'So I went for a drink and I let him speak. I didn't say very much, and I asked him some questions. His answers were kind of boring. 'And then I just said, "I'm gonna go now." And he said, "why?" I said, "I find you quite boring".' It comes after Paloma opened up about her 'posh' new boyfriend after Vogue Williams confronted her for calling Spencer Matthews 'posh'. The hilarious exchange happened on the Mad, Sad and Bad podcast when Paloma asked Vogue, 39, what attracted her to 'the multimillionaire hunk'. Vogue then revealed that her husband Spencer, 36, told her that Paloma ' kept slagging him for being posh.' Paloma said: 'Yeah, but I've now got a posh boyfriend. Now I'm dating one - I'm sleeping with the enemy.' The singer, who has spoken candidly about her working-class upbringing in Hackney, London, then apologised to listeners about her choice of lover. She joked: 'I'm thinking of it more like a social experiment.' Vogue, from Portmarnock, Dublin, went on to explain that she is 'considered posh'. She then answered the question and said that her now-husband was great fun, so much so that he managed to convince her it was better to be with him than be single, which is what she wanted at the time. She said: 'He was great craic. He really was. 'All my gay friends were like, "Vogue, you better sleep with him."' While she was reluctant at first, she said the pair, who are celebrating their seventh anniversary, 'kept coming back together'. Paloma went public with her new man Stevie Thomas, the director of a music venue in Birmingham, in March of this year at Sony's Brit Award's afterparty at Nobu Portman Square.
