Sophie told The Sun and other press that the ITV2 dating show is more than just about bikini bodies and glam looks.
She said: "[It should be about] all beauty. Even my Mum, she asked me, 'What if this bombshell comes in? How you gonna feel about that?' I'm like, 'Well, this is what I signed up for, love!' They're gonna be stunning."

The influencer revealed the real reason why she turned down the opportunity to appear on Love Island in previous years.
She shared: "Body confidence for me has been something I've worked on.
"This is a show, which is why I had to make this a big choice of mine, in terms of thinking about all these things: am I ready? Am I in a part of my life where I'm confident? That's why previously, when I've been approached to do the show, I said no, because I wasn't ready."
Motivational speaker Sophie said she has spent the last few years working on herself and rebuilding her confidence.

"I didn't feel good in myself. I still had a lot of inner work to do on me," she continued.

"Now, I'm in a part of my life where I feel like I'm the woman that I'm meant to be.
"I'm proud that I can say, 'I'm confident, I feel beautiful.' I think beauty is not just about what you look like.
"You can wear a bin bag but feel beautiful.
"It's more about how I'm feeling on the inside, and right now, I feel like I'm at my best.
"I feel like I'm in a part of my life where I can handle rejection. I can handle if things aren't for me, because they're just not my person, that's OK."
The star, from Manchester, previously opened up to The Sun about the terrifying incident.
She said: 'The air-con was too strong so when I blew the fire out it blew back to me. It set me on fire. I just remember being in so much pain, I blacked out for a little bit. It's crazy.
'It happened in front of everyone and I had to get on with it as professionally and quickly as I could. As soon as I got into the ambulance, I was in bits."
She added: That was a scary, scary time. I couldn't breathe by myself, I couldn't eat, I couldn't really see, it was scary. I was pretty out of it but on day two I looked in the mirror and just cried.'
Sophie spent a month in an intensive care clinic in America, before battling with a tumour which began growing on the side of her face.

She said: 'Life since the accident is definitely something I didn't expect because I just see myself as someone who went through something and thought my story could help others.
'My aim was never to get awards or receive that type of attention. With the platform I have now, I feel like I have not only a responsibility to others but a responsibility to myself to be a better person everyday and to always be evolving.
'If people were to take a message from my story I'd say that beauty is always skin deep and your life is perfect just as it is.
'You just need to be yourself and accepting of life's roller coaster so love your perfectly imperfect life.'

Kylie Jenner ‘got a nose job, chin and jaw remodeling, fillers and fat transfers' in addition to boob job, experts say

KYLIE Jenner has gone under-the-knife to get her nose done, chin and jaw remodeled, and fat transfers in addition to her boob job, experts predict to The U.S. Sun. While Kylie, 27, has now revealed that she's gotten a breast augmentation as well as filler to her lips for years, there appear to be other procedures she may have had done that she has not yet been open about. Speaking exclusively to The U.S. Sun, 'Her body changes may also reflect fat transfer procedures or body sculpting, which are common among celebrities." Advertisement Fellow 'It's possible that she's also had fillers to her lips and possibly the zygomatic prominence. 'As well as chin and jaw remodeling either surgically or with dermal fillers to give her a more V-shaped appearance.' According to Dr. Bansal, a 445 cc implant 'generally equates to roughly a 1.5 to 2-cup size increase.' The size change is dependent on the patient's body frame and existing breast tissue. Kylie Jenner reveals plastic surgery secrets including doctor details and breast implant size in buried TikTok comment 'For someone of Kylie's more petite build, this would have likely taken her from an A or small B cup to a full C or D,' the respected surgeon said. Dr. Bansal also revealed the benefits of the procedure Kylie chose, explaining: 'A dual-plane, or 'half under the muscle' placement, allows the upper portion of the implant to be covered by muscle for a more natural slope. 'While the lower half sits under breast tissue to enhance projection. 'This technique reduces the risk of visible rippling and offers a more natural appearance, especially in thinner patients.' Kylie Jenner has two children with her ex Travis Scott: However, breast implants are not lifetime devices, Dr. Bansal warns, and she may need to have future procedures to maintain her health. 'Most require replacement or revision within 10–15 years, sometimes sooner if complications arise. 'Even if the implants are intact, aesthetic preferences change, and women often seek updates for size, shape, or symmetry, especially after major life changes like pregnancy,' the highly renowned surgeon said. THE British Soap Awards returned to screens last night after having been mysteriously axed for 2024. Read more on Soap Awards Jan was stood alongside co-star Chris Walker to hand out the gong to EastEnders duo Rudolph Walker and Angela Wynter. However, she was forced to read out the nominations a total of THREE times. And whilst one audience mole suggested on X the re-records took place as a result of the loud cheers for Corrie pair Vicky Myers and Alison King, The Sun can reveal an entirely different reason was behind the triple taping. Actress Jan suffered an on-stage coughing fit which saw her struggle to read out the names of the nominees. Most read in Soaps She gave it three goes but was affected by her tickly throat each time. The second and third attempts were both filmed after the gong was handed out with the audience already aware of exactly who had won. British Soap Awards viewers accuse ITV of 'cutting out' chants for EastEnders actress Elsewhere, whilst hostess Jane was on top form for most of the evening, there were a handful of occasions where she was forced to do a series of re-takes despite the ceremony supposedly filming as live. One audience member told The Sun: 'The warm-up guy made it clear from the start that they were recording the ceremony as live and so everyone had to be on their best behaviour. 'It also put a lot of pressure on Jane as she was expected to rattle through her hosting duties without a hitch but with so many links to record, she was bound to mess up on a few of them.' Just moments after the show kicked off, Jane was forced to re-record one of her links about hunky Coronation Street star Jacob Roberts. The actor, who plays lothario copper PC Kit Green, caught Jane's eye and she was quick to make a joke about his good looks. However, she tripped up over her own words and was left rad-faced as she admitted she had become too flustered thinking about Jacob. The audience erupted into laughter as Jane attempted to brush off her hilarious mishap and instead re-told her joke just seconds into the event. The moment left Jacob looking down at the ground after unexpectedly becoming the centre of attention. Someone else who suffered an embarrassing blunder was awards presenter Denise Welch. She was also forced into re-filming her entire segment after a blunder with her very own CHEE award. As part of a skit, Denise was handed a joke prize by Shirlie Kemp to mark her achievement of having played roles in all four major soaps . The trophy was made out of items connected to each of the four soaps but Denise held her prize back to front meaning the audience and cameras could not see what she was referring too. Just before handing out the award for Best Newcomer, Denise was halted by bosses and instructed to re-do the entire segment again and have the trophy facing the crowd. One onlooker told The Sun: 'Denise was referring to the trophy being connected to all four soaps but no one could see anything. 'It led to a lot of blank and unimpressed expressions on the soap stars faces when the cameras cut to a close-up hoping to get a hilarious reaction from them. 'It fell a bit flat but Denise was able to pick the mood back up when she was told of her error.' During the ITV broadcast, clever camera trickery saw the award facing the correct way as Denise gave her speech.
