(Video) ZEROBASEONE's Zhang Hao Allegedly Seen Running Away From Sasaengs In China
Most idols would have their security team with them or at least one bodyguard whenever they go out in public. However, that wasn't the case for this singer, who was recently allegedly seen running away from a mob of sasaengs during his trip to China. Here's what happened:
Over the weekend, a video circulated on social media showing a male idol fleeing from a large mob of sasaengs at what appeared to be a food court or hawker centre in China. Although the singer's face was not visible in the CCTV footage, it was alleged that the individual was Zhang Hao (章昊/장하오), a member of K-pop idol group ZEROBASEONE (ZB1/제로베이스원).
According to sources, the star was having hotpot at the eatery with two managers present when the obsessive fans suddenly surrounded him. Fearing for his safety, he ran towards his company car, with his managers following closely behind as the mob continued to pursue him. Unfortunately, the terrifying experience didn't end there, as it was also reported that the artist narrowly escaped the sasaengs upon arriving at his hotel.
The CCTV footage quickly went viral, with ZB1 fans expressing frustration over the incident. Many criticised the sasaengs for disturbing the idol during his personal time, while others directed their frustration at the agency WakeOne for failing to provide a security team for Zhang Hao when he appeared in public. At the time of writing, WakeOne has yet to issue a statement clarifying whether the individual in the viral clip is indeed the ZB1 member.

Cops find ‘positive leads' on attack on Rafizi's son
The attack on Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli's 12-year-old son occurred at a shopping mall in Putrajaya on Wednesday afternoon. PETALING JAYA : Police say they have found multiple positive leads in their investigation into the attack on Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli's son. Selangor police chief Shazeli Kahar said the leads could help hunt down those involved, and followed examination of CCTV footage around the shopping mall where the incident occurred, Bernama reported. 'There are leads from the CCTV recordings, but it's not complete at this time,' he said. Shazeli said 14 people have been summoned to assist in the investigation. Police are also working with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission to investigate the threatening text messages that Rafizi had received a day after the attack. The attack on Rafizi's 12-year-old son occurred at a shopping mall in Putrajaya at about 2pm on Wednesday. The former PKR deputy president said CCTV footage showed that two men, dressed in black with their faces fully covered by helmets, had followed his wife's car on a motorcycle before the incident. His son, who was dragged and stabbed with a syringe, was rushed to hospital for treatment and a checkup. The assailants escaped. Rafizi suspected that the attack was planned, and that his wife was likely observed by the assailants for a few days before the attack was carried out. He also said his son will need to undergo six months of medical tests to rule out the possibility that he was injected with anything dangerous.

CCTV reveals leads in Rafizi's son assault, 14 questioned, police say
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 16 — Police have found several positive leads in tracking down the suspects involved in the assault of Pandan MP Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli's son at a shopping mall in Putrajaya on Wednesday. Selangor police chief Datuk Shazeli Kahar said the leads were obtained following examination and review of closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage around the shopping area. 'There are leads from the CCTV recordings, but not fully at this time,' he said when contacted by Bernama yesterday. So far, he said, 14 individuals had been called to assist in the investigation into the assault. Shazeli said police were also investigating a threat message received by Rafizi's wife in relation to the incident, confirming that it was the first time the former economy minister's wife had received such a message via WhatsApp. The report on the threat was lodged by Rafizi's wife, and investigations are ongoing with the assistance of related agencies, including the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). On Wednesday, the police confirmed the son of the former PKR deputy president was assaulted in an incident at about 2pm at the pick-up and drop-off area of a shopping mall in Putrajaya. Rafizi claimed the attack involved two men dressed in black and wearing helmets who arrived on a motorcycle, with one of them allegedly dragging his son before pricking him with a syringe. — Bernama
