Hearts have signed Albanian winger Sabah Kerjota from Italian side Sambenedettese.
The 23-year-old has moved to Tynecastle on a three-year deal, subject to international clearance and Scottish FA approval.
He joins Derek McInnes' squad from Italy's third tier after scoring 10 goals to help Sambenedettese to the Serie D title last season.
The Hearts head coach says he is pleased to add Kerjota to his side ahead of the new season.
McInnes said: 'I'm pleased that we've been able to bring Sabah in to give us more options on the wings.
'He's had a really productive few seasons in Italy and although Scottish football will be a new experience for him, we've seen attributes that we feel can make him a success here.
'Sabah will need to do a bit of fitness work to bring him up to speed, but I'm looking forward to seeing him on the pitch once he's ready.'

Inside Rangers owner Andrew Cavenagh's secret Ibrox mission as he bought ticket and sat with normal fans before takeover

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) ANDREW CAVENAGH made up his mind to secure a controlling investment in Rangers as he brought a regular ticket and sat in the cheap seats in the Copland Stand. Cavenagh, who made his money in the US health insurance sector, secured a 51% stake in tandem with 49ers Enterprises big hitter Paraag Marathe in June. Former Rangers director Paul Murray, who had met Cavenagh weeks earlier, told the Daily Record: "I think the two things which really struck me about Andrew that day were, first of all he was really engaged and obviously really interested in what I was saying, but also we were playing a game against Hearts at Ibrox a couple of days later on the Sunday. "He actually said to me, 'I think I'll just with all fly up to and he Ibrox and go to the 'I'm game.' "I asked if he wanted me on his chat to try to speak to someone and he said, 'No, I'll just get a ticket and I'll just go.' "As it turned out, for various reasons he wasn't able to go as he had some family stuff on, but he then contacted me about a week later and said he wanted to go to the Dundee United game, which was in the middle of November. "Again, I asked if he wanted me to help and he said, 'No, I'll just go and get a ticket - a normal ticket for any area of the ground.' I think he actually went into the Copland (Road) Stand. "But I thought that was quite interesting. A guy with that wealth and he just thought, 'I'm going to buy a ticket.' "He flew up to Glasgow, bought a ticket on his own. He went with a couple of other guys and you might remember it was a really bizarre game because it was meant to be a three o'clock kick-off on the Saturday and it was really bad weather. "It was the middle of November, but there were snow drifts and crazy weather to the point that Dundee United couldn't get down the A9. Rangers fans unfurl giant tifo ahead of Russell Martin's first match "He actually contacted me to say, 'When does the game start?' "I said, 'I've just looked and apparently it's been delayed until four o'clock!' "So it was a really weird day and Andrew was basically walking about the stadium, looking at the stands and nobody knew who this guy was. "The other thing that happened that day was there were quite a lot of fan protests as well as having the snow drifts to contend with. But it obviously didn't put him off." Rangers sale confirmed Rangers have confirmed the sale of defender Robin Propper to FC Twente. The 31-year-old Dutchman has returned to his former club for an undisclosed fee just 12 months after moving in the opposite direction for £1.5million. Propper made over 40 appearances in his only season at Ibrox, and played a part in the club reaching the last 16 of the Europe League. He scored two goals, including one in a 3-0 derby win over Celtic at Ibrox. However, he never fully won over the Rangers support and was deemed surplus to requirements by new head coach Russell Martin. A Rangers statement read: "We can today confirm the departure of Robin Pröpper to FC Twente for an undisclosed fee. Everyone at Rangers thanks Robin for his contribution in his time at the club and wishes him well for the future." The 24-year-old failed to make a single competitive appearance for the Hoops since joining from Busan IPark two years ago and spent most of his time out on loan. Kwon played nine times for St Mirren before making 21 appearances on a season-long deal with Hibs. Taking to Instagram after signing a three-year deal with the Ligue 1 side, Kwon wrote: 'Hi Celts, it's time to say goodbye. I didn't want to say goodbye like this, really sorry I didn't help the team a lot. But I was proud to be a member of this team. I'll always support this team anywhere. Good luck with this season. Glasgow will be green forever.' Hearts submit bid Hearts have made a six-figure transfer offer to sign Valur Reykjavik midfielder Tómas Bent Magnússon. According to the Edinburgh Evening News, talks have reached an advanced stage and a deal could be agreed in time for the start of the Scottish Premiership season next weekend. Magnússon, 22, would become the ninth summer signing in Gorgie, with the arrivial of winger Pierre Landy Kabore also nearing completing. Valur football department chairman, Björn Steinar Jónsson, confirmed that an offer has been received for Magnússon. 'We knew exactly what was expected of this boy when he came to us and he has lived up to it rather well. Of course it would be a shame to lose him at this point, but this is an opportunity that everyone dreams of and we fully understand that. We of course wish him all the best and look forward to watching him in the Scottish Premier League. This is of course a blow for us as we have been on a good run and Tommi is a real key player." Robin Propper finally leaves Rangers as Gers confirm defender's exit after one season at Ibrox

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) RANGERS have confirmed the departure of Robin Propper, bringing an end to a lengthy transfer saga. The defender has returned to FC Twente, the Dutch club he left for Ibrox last summer. The Ibrox side said: "We can today confirm the departure of Robin Pröpper to FC Twente for an undisclosed fee. "Everyone at Rangers thanks Robin for his contribution in his time at the club and wishes him well for the future." In his season at Ibrox he featured regularly, playing over 40 times and scoring twice with one coming against Celtic in a 3-0 derby win. Despite it not even being a full calendar year since joining the club, talk of Propper's exit has been rumbling on for some time. Back in April, before the Scottish league season was even over, he was sensationally linked with Netherlands giants like PSV and Feyenoord. And by early last month reports were suggesting that a return to his former club was looking highly likely. This meant eyebrows were raised when the Dutchman was involved in a pre-season friendly for new boss Russell Martin later in June, a closed-doors game against The New Saints. Just over a week ago, Twente sports director Jan Streuer said there was 'no clarity' around the situation but they hoped to get some 'very soon'. Confirming the centre back was one of their top priorities, he added: "We have money to buy players. Is that a lot of money? Twente is not a club that is going to pay five, six or seven million for a player. We are not there yet." Rangers new boy Robin Propper reveals how Cyriel Dessers and Sam Lammers told him to join Gers It wasn't long before a £1.5million sale was being reported as close to done, as Martin confirmed: 'We accepted a bid from them, so I think it's just a case of Robin deciding if that's what he wants and agreeing personal terms and stuff. 'I've been really impressed with him as a guy, but I think obviously we signed some centre-halves, so it's going to be difficult for him to play football. 'So I think if it happens, it's a good move for him, and if it doesn't, it will be because he's decided it's not what's right for him and maybe he'll look for something else." The delay in finalising the move has been attributed to 'negotiations with Rangers' as the player was said to be holding out for compensation. Propper still had three years remaining on his contract in Glasgow but is thought to have penned a four year deal in Holland. 4 Keep up to date with ALL the latest news and transfers at the Scottish Sun football page
