If you're not tracking, you're probably overeating without realizing it. Track your intake initially.
Muscle is your secret weapon for fat loss. Don't be afraid to go heavy and train consistently; it'll change your shape completely.
Protein keeps you full, supports your workouts, and helps you stay lean while dropping fat. Make it a key part of every meal.
Walking is underrated, it burns fat, boosts mood, and keeps you active without draining your energy like intense workouts.
These sneak in a ton of unnecessary calories and mess with your progress. Keep it clean, and your results will come faster. Eat real food.
Getting in a light session before breakfast can really help with fat burning and mental clarity. Not a must, but it works for many.
Restaurant food adds up quick in hidden fats, sugars, and oils. Home-cooked meals = better control, better results.
Cutting down sugar reduces insulin spikes that promote fat storage. Lowers cravings and helps stabilize energy levels.
They won't burn belly fat directly, but will enhance shape once the fat reduces.
Fat loss isn't just about workout, it's also about recovery. Good sleep keeps your hormones in check and cravings low.

The saree was draped with elegance with the pallu neatly pinned over her shoulder to showcase the craftsmanship. Instead of opting for a matching blouse, she introduced a bold contrast with a deep green blouse featuring three-quarter sleeves and delicate gold embroidery along the edges. Her accessories added further opulence: layered silver necklaces studded with vibrant green emeralds, stacked bangles, and statement earrings. For the glam, she went for a polished yet understated look. She opted for a shimmering eyeshadow, defined lashes, a hint of blush, radiant highlighter, and a soft nude lip. Completing the look, her hair was styled into a sleek bun adorned with fresh flowers. Complementing her style, Akash looked refined in a beige bandh gala kurta teamed with tailored straight-fit trousers. He layered the outfit with a richly embroidered jacket that brought a touch of grandeur to his otherwise minimalist ensemble. Harvard gastroenterologist shares worst foods that could raise your cancer risk: Here's what to avoid

While no single food directly causes cancer, certain dietary choices can significantly increase the risk. Dr. Saurabh Sethi, a California-based gastroenterologist trained at AIIMS, Harvard, and Stanford University, highlighted this in a June 9 Instagram post, where he revealed what he considers the worst food for cancer risk. (Also read: Gastroenterologist shares 7 common everyday habits that could be silently ruining your gut health ) "Did you know that some of the most common everyday foods are scientifically linked to increased cancer risk? Here are some major food culprits that you must reduce or eliminate from your diet, especially if you're serious about long-term health," Dr Sethi wrote in the caption. Let's take a closer look at what he recommends: A post shared by Saurabh Sethi (@ These include items like sausages, hot dogs, bacon, and deli meats. Rich in preservatives and additives like nitrates and nitrites, they have been classified as Group 1 carcinogens by the World Health Organisation, the same category as tobacco. Regular consumption of sodas, energy drinks, and sweetened beverages can spike insulin levels, lead to weight gain, and increase inflammation, all of which are known to support cancer cell growth and progression. Foods that are deep-fried in reused or heavily processed oils produce harmful compounds like acrylamide and trans fats. These not only promote inflammation but also create oxidative stress in the body, both linked to higher cancer risk. Cooking meats at high temperatures, especially over an open flame, can create carcinogenic compounds such as heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which have been shown to damage DNA and potentially trigger cancerous mutations. Even moderate alcohol intake has been linked to an increased risk of breast, liver, and colorectal cancers. Alcohol can disrupt hormone levels, particularly estrogen, and also produce a toxic byproduct called acetaldehyde, which damages DNA. Packaged snacks, ready-to-eat meals, instant noodles, and sugary cereals often contain high levels of refined carbohydrates, added sugars, and industrial seed oils. These ingredients can drive systemic inflammation, which is a known precursor to many chronic illnesses, including cancer.
