Dunelm cuts 20% off 'easy to install' Venetian blinds that come in seven colours

Shoppers will need to be quick as the sale is set to end on Sunday evening.
With the Dunelm pre-summer sale quickly approaching its end, shoppers don't have long to snap up any discounted products they have had their eye on. For those wanting to revamp their home, now is the best time to make some last-minute purchases to change up the vibe of your home.
From bedding and curtains, to wall art, lamps and accent chairs, Dunelm has put a little bit of everything into their homeware sale - with some items getting discounts as big as 50 per cent.
One popular item in the sale, that will add a homely feel to any room, is the Bamboo Venetian Blinds. Normally retailing between £40 and £155, for a limited time only shoppers can grab the beautiful blinds for between £32 and £124.
The major homeware retailer is supplying their popular blinds in a wide variety of sizes that will fit into any room at home. The smallest size available is W 60cm (24") by D 120cm (47"), while the largest is W 120cm (71") by D 160cm (63"). With many sizes to choose from, the blinds can also be trimmed to size if required, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Additionally, shoppers have also spoilt for choice as all seven colourways of the Venetian blinds are included in the sale. Shoppers can choose between Bamboo Jute, Dark Oak, Sage, Navy, Walnut, White and White Sand.
Described as an 'easy-fit' blind, the product comes with a convenient cord and tilt mechanism that will allow users to effortlessly control their light and privacy levels. Being both a stylish and practical edition to the home, the 50mm slats contribute to the timeless appeal for the versatile blinds.
Alternatively, Dunelm is also selling the Fauxwood Venetian Blinds which are available in white, black, wood or dove. While not in the sale, the price of these blinds start at £18 and go up to £85. Shoppers also have the option to choose which size of slats they want - 50mm or 25mm.
Over on Debenhams, the retailer is selling the Furnished Venetian Window Blinds for between £15.99 and £33.99. Sizes start at a 50cm width with a 150cm drop, and go up to a width of 120cm with a drop of 210cm. Shoppers can buy the blinds in either black, grey, natural or white.
Dunelm's Bamboo Blinds currently have a 4.5 star rating from shoppers, with many praising the blinds for how it transformed their rooms by making them 'fresher and brighter'.
One happy shopper remarked: "Easy to install, easy to operate. Good value for money given the excellent quality. Really pleased with the look these add to our office space."
With another five-star reviewer adding: "Husband said it was straightforward to cut and install. It's a really nice colour, looks stylish and my bathroom feels so much fresher and brighter. It's amazing how much difference it makes."
However, one shopper cautioned about the screws that come with the blinds. They said: "Very attractive. Easy to cut with the right tools. Supplied screws however they seem to be made of butter and head erodes on turning; throw away and use better screws recommended to avoid tantrums."
Another shopper also said: "Very pleased with the product which looks great. Just to be aware - we bought a slightly oversized blind with the aim of cutting it down to fit the window, and this was much more labour intensive than expected! The metal is a bit of a challenge to cut through and the slats are very awkward and easy to splinter."
On the flip side, another top reviewer raved: "I absolutely love my new bamboo venetian blinds! They replaced voile curtains and now the natural light just streams in through the slats. My room is transformed! Great quality, great price."
While a sixth shopper tagged on: "Purchased this blind yesterday so simple to put up amazing quality looks absolutely beautiful up and was the finishing touch I needed for my hallway."

Debenhams slashes £780 watch down to £81 - and shoppers say it's 'stunning'

Finding a classic watch with style without draining your finances can be quite a challenge. Although it can be nice to treat yourself to an expensive watch as a reward for all your hard work saving, there are some going for a reduced rate which are well worth checking out. For connoisseurs of high-end, luxury watches, Debenhams is hosting a massive sale with thousands of accessories enjoying discounts of over 70%. A standout offer features a crystal watch with a staggering reduction of almost £700. The Stührling Original Lineage Ladies Quartz 31mm Watch, one of Debenhams' bestsellers, typically retails for £780. However, shoppers can now acquire this stunning watch for a mere £81.75, thanks to a 90% discount. For money-saving tips, sign up to our Money newsletter here This lineage watch boasts a sleek, polished finish and an ultra-thin profile, ensuring it complements any outfit seamlessly. Its distinctive obelisk-style hands and crystal markers, set within a jewelled bezel, give it a sophisticated and aesthetic appeal. Powered by the Miyota 2115 Japanese quartz movement, the stunning watch is not only attractive but practical as it will keep its user on time no matter the occasion. Completed with a 16mm stainless steel link bracelet, Debenhams promises this watch will deliver "supreme comfort and sharp looks", reports the Daily Record. The classic watch is available in six colourways. The retailer has on offer a rose gold version, along with two distinctive two-toned bracelets. Alternatively, there are options for a silver bracelet paired with either a blue, silver, or black dial. Also up for grabs in the Debenhams sale is the stunning STÜHRLING Original Deauville Sport Dress Watch. Originally priced at £570, it's now a steal at just £63.75. This seamlessly stylish accessory boasts a unique strap, ideal for transitioning from daytime to evening wear. For those particularly keen on rose gold, Ernest Jones has reduced the Michael Kors Kacie Watch by £120. Previously sold at £239, watch lovers can get his elegant timepiece for only £119 during the sale. It features a rose-gold bracelet and dial, accentuated with rose gold Roman numerals and hands. Back to the popular Lineage watch, Debenhams shoppers have given the timepiece a 4.3 star rating. While many shoppers praised the accessory for its price and design, a few did note that they needed to get the bracelet resized once it had arrived. A satisfied shopper said: "Lovely item and a great price. Looks fab on and even though the wrist strap is slightly big I'm leaving it as I like it loose like a bracelet." Someone else noted: "Stunning watch, needed a few links of, but is so comfortable to wear and is beautiful, can't get over the price." Several customers mentioned needing adjustments for the watch to fit properly. One buyer said: "The strap is a little big for me but a jeweller could adjust this. Really like this watch." Another common point raised was regarding delivery times: "I am the proud owner of a beautiful watch which (eventually) arrived in a lovely presentation box. It also came with its authentication card. It has a look of luxury. I gave four stars, purely because it took longer than I expected to arrive but Customer Service kept me well updated. Thank you." Yet someone else added: "Very pleased with my watch it looks stunning. Best looking watch I've ever had." And another shopper shared their partner's approval: "My wife likes this watch. No numbers just crystals which she likes, and is nice to look at. Looks like a very expensive watch."
