Jurassic World Rebirth, starring Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey, is ready to arrive in the theatres on July 4. The film, directed by Godzilla fame Gareth Edwards, is dubbed to be the standalone sequel to Jurassic World Dominion, which premiered in 2022.
In the seventh film in the cult series, pharmaceutical company ParkerGenix hires a group of mercenaries, including Johansson's Zora Bennet and paleontologist Dr. Henry Loomis, played by Bailey. They are on a mission to extract dinosaur DNA from a forbidden island. But Jurassic World Rebirth's ending has left the audience with more questions than answers. Let's decode what it means.

Adding to the twist, the Delgado family also returns home with a baby dinosaur named Dolores.
Jurassic World Rebirth is the first movie in the franchise to not include returning characters. It takes place five years after the events in Jurassic World Dominion.
