The driver and passenger of the car were unhurt in the collision.
A teenage motorcylist who died after a collision between a bike and Renault Clio near a cemetery has been named by police.
Luc Trainer, 18, from the Newton area of Wick was taken to Caithness General Hospital following the accident on April 30 where he later died.
The driver and passenger of the car were unhurt.
The collision happened on the B874 near Wick at around 10.25pm.
Sergeant Calum MacAulay, Road Policing Unit, Dingwall, said: 'We are supporting Luc's family at this very difficult time. They are very much in our thoughts.
'If you have any information that may assist officers with their investigation, please call 101 quoting incident number 4119 of Wednesday, 30 April, 2025.'
An 18-year-old man has been arrested following the crash. He has been released pending further enquiries.

This comes after a body was found by police in the search for a Colombian woman who disappeared after leaving her home in east London. Yajaira Castro Mendez, 46, was reported missing to the Metropolitan Police on May 31 having left her home in Ilford on the morning of May 29. Her family has been told about the discovery of the body, which was found during searches in Hampshire's Bolderwood area on Saturday, but formal identification has yet to be made. Detective Inspector Jay Gregory, who is leading the investigation, said: 'This is a very sad development in the investigation and our thoughts are very much with Yajaira's family and friends at this incredibly difficult time. 'We continue to appeal to anyone with information that could assist the investigation to please come forward.' A post-mortem examination has yet to take place. The police said a man who was known to Ms Castro Mendez appeared in court on Friday charged with her murder and was remanded into custody. Her disappearance was initially treated as a missing person investigation led by local officers. The investigation was then transferred to the Met's Specialist Crime Command on June 5, after a range of extensive further inquiries suggested she had come to harm. Police were at a scene in Gray's Inn Road, Camden, on Friday as part of their investigation.

Paedo lawyer worked at charity accused of ignoring child sex harassment claims
The Scots lawyer also ran a rugby club near Glasgow. A paedophile lawyer worked for a Government-backed youth charity embroiled in accusations it failed to handle claims of child sexual harassment. Alan Eccles, from Giffnock near Glasgow, was spared jail after pleading guilty to three charges and sentenced to 300 hours of community service at Paisley Sheriff Court last week. He admitted to engaging in grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing conversations about the sexual abuse of children, sharing indecent photos of children and an intimate picture of a woman between October 22 and November 14, 2023. The Sunday Mail can reveal Eccles, 44, worked for the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) as a legal adviser for several years until at least late 2023. The SYP has come under fire for failing to handle previous allegations of sexual harassment by its young members. After allegations about a former SYP chief were published by the Sunday Mail in 2022, the organisation vowed to carry out a policy review to ensure it had acted properly on the claims. The review was done while Eccles was working for it but a spokesman insisted he played no part in the review. Eccles, who was a partner at law firm Brodies until 2020, was also the director of the Glasgow Hutchesons' Aloysians Rugby Football Club (GHA RFC) until April this year, resigning just weeks before admitting to his vile child sex abuse crimes. During his time at the club he was involved in governance reviews for the organisation. A spokesman for the SYP said: 'Alan Eccles served as an external legal adviser to the SYP executive and board until late 2023. At no point did he interface with the broader SYP membership or any member data. 'While none of the charges relate to SYP, we have continually strengthened our safeguarding guidelines and procedures in line with evolving national child protection policies.' Urgent search launched for missing Scots OAP as concerns grow
Police are growing concerned for Barbara Lamond, who vanished from the Craiglockhart area of Edinburgh on Saturday. Police have launched an urgent appeal to help trace an elderly woman who has been reported missing from Edinburgh. Barbara Lamond was last seen around 4pm on Saturday, June 7, in the Craiglockhart View area of the city. Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for the 86-year-old's welfare. She is described as white, around 5ft 4ins tall, of slim build, with short grey hair. When last seen, she was wearing dark trousers, a dark padded coat, and may also have been wearing a light pink woolly hat and glasses. It comes as police also are appealing for help to find teenager Ava Stewart who may have travelled to England alone after she boarded a train from a Scots train station. Ava Stewart from Kilmarnock was last seen at around 1.35pm on Friday, June 6, at Glasgow Central Station. Following enquiries, officers believe she may now be in Birmingham.
