Ozzy Osbourne is selling his DNA 'so fans can try to clone him' when he's gone
In a bizarre move ahead of his final gig, Ozzy Osbourne is selling his DNA to lucky fans for the small sum of $450 (£335).
The Black Sabbath legend, who will return to Birmingham next month for his final ever show, has teamed up with drinks company Liquid Death for a limited edition deal.
There are 10 cans of iced tea – which the Paranoid hitmaker has already consumed – up for grabs.
The empty cans were re-sealed after Ozzy, 76, finished the drink, which hold his DNA inside.
Liquid Death's PR team said: 'Once technology and federal law permit, fans can use this DNA to try to clone Ozzy in the future and enjoy him for hundreds of years to come.'
Ozzy seems very pro-cloning as he quipped: 'Clone me, you b****rds.'
This isn't The Prince of Darkness' first collab with the brand as he previously starred in an ad for Liquid Death's Death Dust electrolyte drink mix.
He joked in the clip: 'Whatever you do, don't try freebasing it and never ever inject it. And don't even think about boofing it, you little perverts.'
It seems Ozzy's sense of humour hasn't wavered amid his recent health struggles, which will perhaps see him chair-bound when he takes to the stage at Villa Park on July 5.
Back to the Beginning will see Ozzy give a short solo performance before reuniting with Black Sabbath bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward for the first time in 20 years.
However, fans – and even Black Sabbath's Tony – have expressed concern for Ozzy's health on the night.
Speaking to Music Week three weeks ahead of the show, Tony admitted: 'This would be a big, monumental thing if it all comes good. The worrying thing for me is the unknown.
'We don't know what's going to happen. Normally, when we'd tour, we'd rehearse and run through the thing for a while, and it's just us. But with this event there are so many other moving parts.
'You're used to Ozzy running around, but he certainly won't be doing that for this show. I don't know if he's going to be standing or sitting on a throne or what.'
Last month, chatting on Ozzy Speaks, The Osbournes star revealed his blood pressure was being taken 15 times a day.
Ozzy explained: 'I have got this trainer guy who helps people get back to normal. It's hard going, but he's convinced that he can pull it off for me. I'm giving it everything I've got.
'It's endurance. The first thing that goes when you're laid up is your stamina.

'I am having my blood pressure taken 15 times a day.. I've got this f***ing device on my finger. It's a monitor to say how my heart rate is.'
The worrying updates come after Ozzy revealed he was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2020, and two years later he paused touring following extensive spinal surgery in 2023. More Trending
Ozzy crashed a quad bike at his Buckinghamshire home in 2003, which required surgery and metal rods to be installed in his body.
A fall in 2019 displaced metal rods inserted into his back from the crash, which he said caused more complications than Parkinson's itself.
The one-off charity concert will feature performances from the likes of Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Gojira, Alice in Chains, Anthrax, Mastodon, and many more.
Proceeds will raise money for Cure Parkinson's, the Birmingham Children's Hospital and Acorn Children's Hospice.

Another EastEnders exit in early BBC iPlayer streaming release amid Zoe drama
This article contains spoilers for tonight's episode of EastEnders, which airs on BBC One at 7.30pm or can be streamed now on iPlayer. Following on from Zoe Slater's (Michelle Ryan) disappearance, the hunt to track her down has begun. The legendary character made a brief return at the beginning of the week, and it became immediately clear that she had fallen on hard times. She told cousin Stacey (Lacey Turner) and stepfather Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) that she was on the run from Spanish loansharks, but it later transpired that she had been sending threatening messages to herself. Alfie was desperate for her to reconnect with her mum Kat (Jessie Wallace) – and the two women almost came face to face – before she scarpered out of a window. In a later phone call to Stace', she revealed that she had done something 'so bad' that would taint her family's view of her, and for that reason she was having to flee. In today's episode, which can be streamed now, Kat was suspicious of Alfie, who seemed increasingly distracted by some information she isn't privy to. They were meant to be making their marriage official at the registry office, but he rushed off to see Stacey again. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video She revealed that Zoe had taken her credit card and booked a flight to Barcelona, and Alfie decided that they should refrain from cancelling the account and track her movements. That way, they'd be able to find her easier. When he returned back to Walford, Alfie explained to Kat that his brother Spencer (Christopher Parker) is in a bad way, and as a result, he'd have to spend some time in Australia. She couldn't help but feel abandoned, and their sons Tommy (Sonny Kendall), Bert and Ernie, were upset that he was breaking up their family dynamic. After drowning her sorrows in The Vic, and some wise words from unlikely source Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth), Kat returned home and told Alfie that she gave him his blessing to leave. However, she asserted that if he is lying, she'll end the relationship. She then opened up about wanting to reconnect with Zoe, wishing that she was in her life – a statement which left Alfie in a state of surprise and considering whether to come clean. More Trending He told his wife that he was going to be the 'good bloke' that she needed, and give her everything she wants in life. She was completely oblivious that this meant bringing Zoe to Albert Square. After rushing off to their appointment to officiate their wedding, she packed his bags and sent him on his way. As he boarded the taxi, she asked him to bring home the best present ever – and he promised he would. View More » Will Kat realise that Alfie isn't in Australia with Spencer? All Hollyoaks spoilers for next week as killer takes a hostage
Comebacks and chaos are on the menu in Hollyoaks next week, as confirmed in my new spoilers, with two familiar faces' returns at the centre of another exciting week. The beloved Channel 4 soap has been serving hard over the past few months and that's showing no signs of changing, with another whopper on the cards. But just what are the residents of the eponymous deadly village getting up to during the week in question? What aren't they getting up to would probably be a more appropriate question! With her cancer in remission and having suffered through the loss of Freddie Roscoe (Charlie Clapham) – not to mention the comeback of nemesis Clare Devine (Gemma Bissix) – Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe) needs nothing more than a quiet week right now. Unfortunately for her that's not on the cards as instead she gets told that son Bobby (Zak Sutcliffe) has escaped the secure home, prompting a mother and son reunion that she couldn't have predicted. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video The walls close in on Jez Blake (Jeremy Sheffield), meanwhile, as the serial killer faces fresh trauma when his mother all but disowns him – and he gets blackmailed. And Diane Hutchinson (Alex Fletcher) is determined to win back her man in Tony (Nick Pickard)! But with Marie Fielding (Rita Simons) still on the scene, will she succeed? Craving more deets on all the juicy drama? Fear not, that's just for starters! Prince throws a 'screw you cancer' party in honour of Mercedes, who spoils the surprise when she walks in on the planning. Upon learning of Freddie's role in putting the party together, she tells her family to carry on with the organising. The party gets underway at Casa, with Myra delivering a heartfelt speech. Mercedes, however, is acting suspiciously and soon proceedings are halted as Donny arrives on official police business, informing Mercy that Bobby has escaped from the secure home, presumably in a social worker's car. Reeling, Mercedes plans to meet with Bobby. Jez, meanwhile, is spooked to learn of Dodger's plan to meet with Tori's social worker and thus skips out on Mercedes' party, much to the upset of John Paul. Dodger meets in the park with the social worker, who is spooked as he admits that Dennis made a confession before his death, revealing that he was being harassed by a member of the Blake clan. Dodger wonders if it could be Dilly, with Jez delighted to know that he's off the hook. Or at least that's what he thinks – as someone later slips a letter under the door, with smiling Jez left reeling as he discovers someone is blackmailing him. Elsewhere, Diane and Marie vie for Tony's affection. The two throw insults at one another, with Tony left red-faced. Mercedes finds Bobby hiding in The Dog. He apologises for everything he's done. Tony, meanwhile, is hurt to discover that Bobby has escaped and he's not alone in that respect, with Goldie arriving back in the village on a mission to ensure Bobby serves the rest of his sentence. Mercedes is of a similar mindset, urging Bobby to hand himself in so that he can do his time and secure his freedom the right way. The question is: will he listen? Elsewhere, Martha washes her hands of Jez, branding the serial killer too hard to love. Jez appears to be genuinely hurt by his mum's words. Rejected by Martha and with no-one else to confide in about his crimes, he keeps someone prisoner at the shed. More Trending But just who is it? Time is ticking for Bobby to get out of the village, with work imminently set to commence on The Dog. Donny watches Mercedes closely. Will Bobby make it out of the village? Ozzy Osbourne exclaims 'clone me' as his DNA is bizarrely sold to fans
Ozzy Osbourne has had his fair share of rather interesting stories over the years, but now the iconic rocker is flogging his own DNA to a handful of dedicated fans Ozzy Osbourne is flogging his DNA to a handful of dedicated fans in a bizarre move. The legendary rocker, who is no stranger to controversy, having bitten off the head of a live bat while on stage, is now giving fans the chance to "clone" him, should they wish to. The Prince of Darkness, who next month will perform a farewell show at Birmingham's Villa Park, is hoping that fans will purchase his DNA to ensure that he lives forever. In an unexpected move, the 76-year-old has teamed up with a drinks company in order to recycle him "forever". Ozzy struck a deal with Liquid Death, and his DNA will be available on ten limited edition iced tea cans, quite fittingly named Infinite Ozzy. The company, known for selling canned water, said: "Ozzy Osbourne is 1 of 1. But we're selling his actual DNA so you can recycle him forever." In a promotional trailer shared on their website, the Black Sabbath rocker was seen drinking from the cans before crushing them and placing them in a sealed container. Over the video, a voiceover said: "There will never be another Ozzy Osbourne, unless you have his actual DNA. "Introducing Infinitely Recyclable Ozzy by Liquid Death. These cans of low-calorie iced tea with B vitamins have each been drunk by Ozzy himself. And each can contains trace DNA from Ozzy's saliva, as well as his handwritten signature. Now, once technology and federal law permits, you can replicate Ozzy and enjoy him for hundreds of years into the future. "Just imagine if you could bring back early Eighties Ozzy. He can mow your lawn, perform at kids' birthday parties or anything you want. So get your can of Infinitely Recyclable Ozzy. No, this is not a joke, yes, these contain Ozzy's actual DNA, there are only ten available, act now." Each can was sealed in an airtight container to "preserve the DNA." Speaking about the project, Ozzy exclaimed: "Clone me, you b******ds!" Ahead of Black Sabbath's show next month, Ozzy recently confirmed that Back to the Beginning will be available to live stream for fans who struggled to get tickets. But while the iconic musician may be battling with his health, he has no plans to slow down ahead of the historic occasion. He recently said on his Ozzy Speaks SiriusXM show that he will be there "by hook or by crook." He said: "My head's crazy. I will have done the show and died a death before I even started my exercises. So I try and put it on the back burner. "I'm not going up there saying 'It's going to be great. I'm really confident.' In my head I will have died on my ass, I remember being in f***ing Vegas one time being in the dressing room going, 'I'm going to play. I'm going to die'. "And I talked myself into blowing the gig, it was only two f***ing songs. Sharon goes, 'Just don't think about it.'" But will fans see the star on his trademark throne or on a segway? That is still to be decided. "I don't f***ing know. If I'm on a throne, okay! If I'm in a f***ing movable f***ing cart, I don't know," he said. The show will reunite the original band members – Ozzy, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward – for the first time in 20 years. The band played its "last" gig in 2017 in Birmingham with Osborne, guitarist Iommi and bassist Butler but without Ward on drums. But last year, Ozzy was not well enough to perform at the band's Rock'N'Roll Hall of Fame induction in America. In a new interview ahead of the show, Tony admitted he has "excitement mixed with fear" ahead of the show, whilst he also confirmed rehearsals are due to start this month. He said: "This would be a big, monumental thing if it all comes good. The worrying thing for me is the unknown. We don't know what's going to happen. Normally, when we'd tour, we'd rehearse and run through the thing for a while, and it's just us. But with this event, there are so many other moving parts."
