People Are Teaching Dogs To Talk Using These Buttons

Unless you live off the grid, chances are, you've seen videos of pet owners 'talking' with their animals using speech buttons on Instagram or TikTok. (@hunger4words, anyone?) The videos are adorable and nothing short of impressive. Typically, a person asks their dog a question and the dog responds by pressing a button that vocalizes a pre-recorded word or phrase. It's not telepathy, and no, you don't need a degree in speech pathology to talk to Fido. In fact, teaching a pet to use speech buttons is easier than it looks. Several reviewers speak to actually having the experience Dr. Learn describes with their pets — using a doggone good speech button set deal on Amazon for under $30! Before you write off speech buttons as too time-consuming or complicated, here's how they work: While Bunny can string together complex sentences using multiple buttons, that level of communication comes from building a strong foundation over time. Here's how to get started using the speech buttons at home. But brace yourself: It'll take time! Just remember to set boundaries, gently. These buttons can be a net positive for deeper bonds. Speech buttons can deepen the bond between pets and people by creating a two-way channel for communication. 'This gives them a tool to participate more directly,' Dr. Learn notes. If you're interested in starting a conversation with your pet, check out this basic set we found on Amazon that many reviewers say actually does help them communicate with their pets. Try having a conversation with your dog and grab some of these speech buttons on Amazon. If you're hesitant about trying some for yourself, check out these promising reviews. The Gilded Age Season 4 - News, Cast, Updates, More

The penultimate episode of the third season of The Gilded Age ended not with the clang of a champagne glass, but with a bang (quite literally) when the Russell family patriarch found himself on the receiving end of a gun moments before the credits rolled. It was a shocking moment, particularly given the relatively poised and civil nature of the series — though, given poor John Adams's equally shocking death in the previous episode, it's becoming a bit of a pattern these days. So will George Russell manage to survive his injuries? The trailer for the season finale makes it seem like his fate could go either way. But what about the fate of The Gilded Age itself? With the show's third season coming to a close, many fans will undoubtedly be curious about when — or even if — the HBO Max hit series will return for a fourth go-round. And since it would be downright rude not to oblige, here's everything you need to know about The Gilded Age season 4: Unlike the fate of George Russell, the future of The Gilded Age is already known. HBO officially renewed the series for a fourth season back in July, which means more drama and societal hijinks is on the horizon. 'We couldn't be prouder of the undeniable viewership heights The Gilded Age has achieved this season,' HBO's Francesca Orsi said in a statement, as per Deadline. 'Transporting us to 1880s New York City, Julian Fellowes and the enormously talented cast and crew have created a 'cant-miss it' entertainment experience from week to week, and we're delighted to continue exploring these characters' grand ambitions for what we promise will be a thrilling fourth season.' Considering that we don't know how the season will end, it's impossible to say for sure what sort of content season 4 will cover. But odds are that a lot of these storylines from season 3 will be wrapping up to make way for new adventures and problems, in equal measure. Most likely, season 4 should reveal where Marion and Larry stand in regards to their romantic relationship, once and for all, now that the whole truth is out in the open. And, of course, depending upon when or if George Russell is able to recover from his injuries, there are bound to be lasting ripple effects from the shooting for the entire Russell family, both physically and emotionally. This show has been fairly regular with churning out seasons as opposed to keeping fans waiting for years on end, though their release schedule has been a little sporadic. Season 1 premiered in January 2022, followed by season 2 debuting in October 2023. Meanwhile, season 3 kicked off in June 2025. That makes predicting the season 4 premiere a little tricky — at least when it comes to guessing the month — but it seems fairly plausible that the series will return sometime in 2026, barring any scheduling conflicts with the cast, which isn't too far away. Normally, I would say that this show doesn't have a history of killing off central characters a la Game of Thrones-style, which would make every character's return very likely. However, that sentiment doesn't really seem to track these days. Morgan Spector recently told Variety that viewers should be 'very worried' in regards to George Russell's fate on the show, even going so far as to admit that 'I don't have a contract for next season yet, so who knows?' But while poor George's head may be on the chopping block, you would think many of the other key players will be coming back, including Carrie Coon, Christine Baranski, Cynthia Nixon, Denée Benton, Louisa Jacobson, Harry Richardson, and Blake Ritson, among many others. Though, this season has been particularly fraught with peril, so with the finale still looming on the horizon, who knows what could happen.

From clever add-ons that transform your favourite tube into an accessory to teeny-tiny charms made just for your go-to products, we're collectively living quite the charmed life these days. But it's not just about squeezy tubes. Logo keychains — including the 'bootleg' kind found on Amazon and Etsy — for brands like Bubble, Dior, and Glossier have become modern-day collectibles. Repping your favourite sports team or designer label? That's cute. But we'll take a plush Tatcha fob, thank you very much. With everyone from drugstore to prestige brands getting in on the beauty charm game, scroll on to see which ones R29 editors are adding to their handbags, keychains, belt loops, and beyond. Evereden Tinted Lip Oil, $37 "Not all chemicals are bad but with sensitive skin, I stick to clean formulates to avoid any surprises. Evereden's tinted lip oil is as close as it gets, formulated almost entirely without nasties (with the exception of a hint of peach fragrance and sorbic acid which gives the product a longer shelf life). It's also the perfect everyday lip product. It comes in two super wearable shades of pink and ruby red, making it the perfect everyday product." — Haymun, Contributor Bubble Tell All Lip Balm, $15 'This adorable pill-shaped balm is so cute I almost didn't want to use it. It lives on my work backpack, so whether I'm at the office or a coffee shop, I know I've got a balm on hand. I'm partial to the mint flavour — it's refreshing and cooling, especially on a hot day. Unlike some of the other lippies in this bunch, it's not tinted and doesn't have a glossy finish; it's just a lip balm — but a really good one.' — Karina Hoshikawa, Senior Writer ' Whenever I pull this balm out of my bag, people flock — and I think the dainty Dior charm has something to do with it. A friend of mine even attached hers to her car keys, and I'm obsessed. But it's not just about looks. The formula is packed with skin-strengthening peptides and moisturising ceramides, plus cherry oil for a glossy, non-sticky finish. My favourite shade is Black Cherry — a muted merlot that looks amazing with a darker lip liner. It's replaced my Rhode Peptide Lip Tint in Raspberry Jelly (which says a lot).' — Jacqueline Kilikita, Beauty Director Glossier Balm Dot Com Keychain, $33 ' I've never had Magnolia Bakery's famous banana pudding, but do I need to? This is the tastiest lip balm I own — I can't get enough. Dry lips? Don't know them (that's the magic of castor oil, beeswax, and lanolin). The keychain, complete with a bunch of bananas and a screw-on metal cap, makes it even better. It's cutesy, kitsch, and exactly the kind of fun my bag was missing.' — Jacqueline Kilikita, Beauty Director Fenty Beauty Smurfette Effect Gloss Bomb + Keychain, $44 "This gloss is giving major nostalgia in the cutest way. The formula is everything you'd expect from Fenty—juicy, non-sticky, and super flattering—but it's the Smurfette keychain charm that sealed the deal for me. It's playful, collectable, and perfect for tossing on your bag or keys so you're never without a little gloss (and a lot of cuteness)." — Sara Tan, Global Beauty Director tarte x Dunkin' Maracuja Juicy Shimmer Glass Lip Plump + Free Charm, $42 'I love Dunkin', and I love Tarte — so this collab felt like it was made just for me. (It wasn't.) Like the rest of TikTok, I count the Maracuja Lip Plump as one of my most-used lip products for its hydrating, glossy, and subtle plumping properties. This rosy mauve looks great on everyone — alone for a hint of tint or layered over liner for a lip combo moment. I didn't think the formula could be improved… and then they added a tiny golden Dunkin' cup charm. Now it's a collector's item. ' — Karina Hoshikawa, Senior Writer Cherriez Gone Bad Hydrating Lip Care Duo + Keychain, $58 'The key to a"blurred" makeup look is a soft, untextured lip with an airbrushed finish. Fenty's lip care duo preps your lips to achieve that look under almost any lippie — velvet and soft matte finishes are recommended. Plush Puddin' works overnight to soften lines and the vampy cherry-tinted lip oil keeps things glossy and hydrated all day long. I clip the lip oil together with my keys (the cherry keychain is too cute not to) so I'm never caught without it.' — Haymun Win, Contributor
