Sabrina Carpenter scores a brand new hit all around the world this week with 'Manchild,' the lead single from her forthcoming album Man's Best Friend. The track earns a huge debut, landing on charts seemingly everywhere in impressive starting positions, especially on Billboard's worldwide tallies.
All the excitement around the country-tinged pop tune appears to have had a spillover effect, as multiple other tracks by Carpenter are climbing internationally.
Sabrina Carpenter Claims Multiple Global Hits
Carpenter currently fills five spaces on the Billboard Global 200, including with 'Manchild.' All but one of those tracks also appear on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S., which operates in much the same manner, only with streams and sales from American audiences removed. All of the Grammy winner's tracks are growing, and in one instance, a previous favorite even manages to return.
'Espresso,' 'Taste' and 'Please Please Please' Climb
'Espresso,' 'Taste' and 'Please Please Please' are the three biggest hits from Carpenter's 2024 album Short n' Sweet. Each rises on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. at the same time. Among that trio, 'Espresso' is the greatest gainer, as it presently sits inside the top 20 on both rankings, 61 weeks into its stay. All three tracks are currently present inside the upper half of the 200-spot rosters.
'Busy Woman' Mounts a Comeback
Before 'Manchild,' Carpenter's most recent single was 'Busy Woman,' a track that was added to the deluxe edition of Short n' Sweet months after the album's debut. 'Busy Woman' doesn't find space on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. this week, but it does reenter the Billboard Global 200 at No. 155.
'Manchild' Nearly Reaches No. 1
Carpenter almost earned another No. 1 on the two planet-spanning tallies as 'Manchild' debuts. The quick win launches at No. 2 on both rankings, giving the pop superstar her fourth top 10. Only 'Ordinary' by Alex Warren keeps her from the throne, as that tune is easily one of the biggest hits of 2025 all around the world.

recently shared photos of her kids enjoying the summer at their home. In the pictures, the rapper's daughter, Blossom, stole the limelight donning a Louis Vuitton scarf. Cardi B took this opportunity to introduce her nine month old toddler to her social media fans as the caption read, 'It is you Miss Blossom Belles.' Viewers went gaga over the child's smiling face. Cardi B's latest Instagram post included photos of her three children — daughters Kulture and Blossom, and son Wave. In their backyard photoshoot, the family showcased Louis Vuitton and Takashi Murakami's 'Cherry Blossom' collection. The youngest donned a pretty scarf draped on her head and a neon pink swimsuit. Then, the oldest, Kulture, turned a professional model carrying two purses while posing near the swimming pool. With a serious expression, Wave wore a pair of loose, rose coloured pants and boots. Furthermore, Cardi B rocked a body suit with an LV bag, scarf, and umbrella. She posed for a solo picture in the backyard and also a photo with Blossom. Viewers lauded the photos and greeted Blossom in the comments. A user wrote, 'Omgggg, so you gave birth to another Kulture??! Hey miss Blossom.' Another mentioned, 'Your sweet Baby Angel, awe…Thank you, Cardi Bae , for showing us your little sweetheart.' Also, photographer Daniielle Alexis commented, 'It was such an honour to photograph you and your beautiful family I love you.' The mother of three shares the kids with her ex-husband, Offset. For a while, the two have been locking horns amid their divorce proceedings. Cardi B has frequently gained attention due to her social media rants where she slammed Offset for refusing spousal support. Earlier this month, things got heated between the ex-couple after the Grammy winner officially announced her relationship with boyfriend Stefon Diggs. Offset seemingly took a dig at Cardi B's new date, who is a star NFL player. However, he later deleted his post from X (formerly Twitter). Lola Young only has 'One Thing' on her mind: The British songwriter's third full-length album is officially on its way. Young will release I'm Only F–king Myself on Sept. 19, following a huge 18 months that have put the Londoner on the map as a main pop girl. The forthcoming record was written with her production team and band: Connor Dickinson, Will Brown and Jared Solomon (also known as Solomonophonic). On her Instagram, Young wrote, 'My ode to self sabotage, my chance to claw myself back from the edge of defeat.' More from Billboard Here's How to Enter Submissions for AIM's 2025 Independent Music Awards Sabrina Carpenter Says She's Considered Banning Phones at Her Concerts Miley Cyrus' Magnifique Mash-Up of 'The Climb' & 'We Can't Stop,' Plus More Highlights Inside Paris Spotify Concert The announcement comes after the 24-year-old confirmed earlier this week that her next single, 'Not Like That Anymore,' will land Friday (June 20). The breakthrough star has enjoyed a jam-packed few weeks of promo, opening up for Billie Eilish at the Paris dates of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour as well as appearing at London's Wembley Stadium for the Capital FM Summertime Ball. In May, Young released I'm Only F–king Myself's bubbly lead single 'One Thing.' The track peaked at No. 19 on the Official U.K. Singles Chart, marking her second top 20 to date, following the stratospheric success of 2024's 'Messy.' The latter enjoyed a slow-burn rise to the summit of the U.K. charts, hitting No. 1 in January – eight months after it was initially released. The song stayed there for four weeks and also reached No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100. It has been streamed more than 600 million times on Spotify to date, leading to Young securing slots at the likes of Coachella and Glastonbury. Young scooped the rising star accolade at this year's Ivor Novello awards following her best pop act nomination at this year's BRIT Awards. She is scheduled to perform at festivals across the U.K. and Europe throughout the summer, including Reading & Leeds in August. In 2024, Young unveiled This Wasn't Meant for You Anyway. The LP followed her debut project My Mind Wanders And Sometimes Leaves Completely, which arrived the year prior.
