Kristin Cavallari's Kids Make Debut Appearance on Mom's Podcast— and Share How They Really Feel About Filming Their Reality Series

Kristin Cavallari's three kids are sharing what they really think about filming their new reality TV series.
On Tuesday, June 3, the Laguna Beach alum's kids Camden, 12, Jaxon, 11, and Saylor, 9, appeared on her podcast Let's Be Honest for the first time and spoke with their mom about a variety of topics, including what they thought about filming the family's new TV series Honestly Cavallari.
"Some of it was boring and then some of it was fun," Saylor answers when her mom asks what she thought of filming. "What part was boring?" asks Cavallari.
"Just when we'd talk," Saylor says. "It's not like we talk like a family ever," jokes Camden.
Cavallari again asks her daughter what part was boring, to which she responds, "No, when we were just sitting down."

The proud mom then asks all three of her kids what was the most fun about filming the show.
"Them putting the mic on you and then you'd be like, 'Check check,' and then they'd look at you and be like," Camden says, showing a thumbs up at the end.
"You guys loved having a microphone," says Cavallari. She then asks if her kids liked the show after watching the first episode, to which they all say yes. Cavallari also asks if the experience of filming was what they expected.
"I just thought they'd come, put some cameras up, put some mics and then we'd just talk and film," says Camden. Cavallari goes on to say that filming this show was one of the easiest experiences for her since they were just told to be themselves.
"I don't think any of it was really scripted except the last part," admits Camden. "She told us some questions to ask you."

Earlier this month, Cavallari shared why she's been posting photos of her kids and letting them join her on her new TV series after previously not sharing them on social media. While speaking to PEOPLE ahead of the premiere of her new E! docuseries, the mom of three shared that her children have been eager to get in on the spotlight.
"They have been asking me for years to post them. I guess it was maybe a year and a half ago that I finally posted Camden. He's almost 13, Saylor is 9 — she'll be 10 in the fall. It's sort of the curse of being the second or the third kid. They just sort of naturally do what the oldest is doing. In my perfect world, would they all be 12 [before] deciding if they were posted? Sure. But also, it's just not realistic," she said.
For most of the kids' childhood, Cavallari refrained from showing their faces online. Now that they're a little older, she said, she's enjoying being able to fully share them with her audience.
"It is nice for me to be able to show that with people because my kids are the biggest part of my life. They always have been since I became a mom," said Cavallari. "And I could only let people in so much without showing my kids, so to be able to now share that world with everybody? People [can] see at the end of the day, I am just a normal mom. That is my life."

Tom Hanks Is 'Not Surprised' About His Daughter's Memoir That Alleges Her Mom Samantha Lewes Was Emotionally and Physically Abusive

Tom Hanks is speaking out for the first time following the release of his daughter E.A. Hanks' memoir, The 10: A Memoir of Family and the Open Road, which alleges that her mom was emotionally and physically abusive "I'm not surprised that my daughter had the wherewithal as well as the curiosity to examine this thing," he explained to Access Hollywood recently E.A. Hanks' memoir was released on April 8 and examines her childhoodTom Hanks is sharing how he really feels about his daughter E.A. Hanks' memoir, The 10: A Memoir of Family and the Open Road — and the claims it brings forth that her mom, actress Samantha Lewes, was emotionally and physically abusive. The Forrest Gump star, 68, addressed the abuse allegations E.A.'s book — which was published April 8 — during a conversation with Access Hollywood on Wednesday, May 26, at the red carpet premiere of his new film, The Phoenician Scheme. 'I'm not surprised that my daughter had the wherewithal as well as the curiosity to examine this thing that I think she was incredibly honest about,' Hanks told the outlet. 'We all come from checkered, cracked lives, all of us.' 'She's a knockout, always has been,' he continued. 'If you've had kids, you realize that you see who they are when they're about 6 weeks old.' In the memoir, E.A., whose real name is Elizabeth Anne, details experiencing "emotional violence" and "physical violence" from her mother, whose real name Susan Dillingham, after her parents' divorce. Hanks and Dillingham tied the knot in January 1978, and their divorce was finalized in 1987. Dillingham got primary custody, and the kids had designated weekend and summer visits with Hanks. "I would visit my dad and stepmother (and soon enough my younger half brothers) on the weekends and during summers, but from 5 to 14, years filled with confusion, violence, deprivation, and love," E.A., 43, wrote in an excerpt previously obtained by PEOPLE. She added, "As the years went on, the backyard became so full of dog s--- that you couldn't walk around it, the house stank of smoke. The fridge was bare or full of expired food more often than not, and my mother spent more and more time in her big four-poster bed, poring over the Bible." E.A. said she moved to Los Angeles after her mother's alleged abuse took a turn for the worse. "One night, her emotional violence became physical violence, and in the aftermath I moved to Los Angeles, right smack in the middle of the seventh grade. My custody arrangement basically switched — now I lived in L.A. and visited Sacramento on the weekends and in the summer." She said during her senior year of high school, her mother called to tell her she was dying. Though her mother was never diagnosed, E.A. believes Dillingham was bipolar with episodes of extreme paranoia and delusion. Hanks' latest film, The Phoenician Scheme, centers around a wealthy businessman Zsa-zsa Korda (played by Benicio Del Toro), who "appoints his only daughter, a nun, as sole heir to his estate. As Korda embarks on a new enterprise, they soon become the target of scheming tycoons, foreign terrorists and determined assassins,' per IMDb. Hanks plays Korda's business associate, Leland. The film also stars Mia Threapleton, Michael Cera, Willem Dafoe, Bill Murray, Scarlett Johansson and more. It was released in limited theaters on May 30 and will see a wide release June 6. Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin sneaked in a quiet date in Malibu on May 16, soaking in some sunshine together. Photos from the couple's rare outing captured them exiting an establishment in casual fits. Dakota Johnson & Chris Martin's Breakup ‘Feels Final,' ‘Source' Claims

and Chris Martin are reportedly going through a breakup after eight years of their on-and-off relationship. According to a new report, the pair, who first sparked romance rumors in 2017, have seemingly gone their separate ways for good this time. Although Johnson and Martin kept their relationship out of the spotlight for the most part, they occasionally gave glimpses of their loved-up dynamics. A new report has sparked breakup rumors about Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin, while the couple has yet to address the speculations. PEOPLE reported on Wednesday that the pair has ended their eight-year on-and-off relationship. A source told the outlet, 'It feels final this time.' The split news comes after Johnson and Martin were spotted together during an outing in Malibu last month. Earlier this year, in January, the 35-year-old actor was also seen with the Coldplay star in India. This was during the band's stop for the 'Music of the Spheres World Tour.' Some of the sightings showed Johnson and Martin walking hand in hand during their outings. This was after the alleged former couple were caught up in split rumors in August last year, too. However, a rep for Johnson confirmed to PEOPLE that they were still 'happily together.' Meanwhile, Johnson and Martin had been private about their romance since getting linked in 2017. However, they did not shy away from occasionally giving insights into their relationship. During a 2021 interview with Elle, Johnson got candid about her love life with Martin. The 'Fifty Shades of Grey' star said, 'We've been together for quite a while, and we go out sometimes.' However, Johnson noted, 'But we both work so much that it's nice to be at home and be cosy and private.' The 'Materialists' actor added, 'Most of the partying takes place inside my house.' Despite the low-key love life, Johnson and Martin also had their ups and downs. A source previously told PEOPLE that 'they've had issues and taken breaks in the past.' This was around the time there were split speculations last year. However, the source added that things were 'great.' It's worth highlighting that Martin and Johnson are yet to address the breakup report. The post Dakota Johnson & Chris Martin's Breakup 'Feels Final,' 'Source' Claims appeared first on Reality Tea.
