Motorola Moto G56 | Image credit: YTECHB.com Motorola is expected to launch more entry-level and mid-range smartphones by the end of the year. The Moto G56 is one of the phones that's likely to be introduced in the next couple of weeks considering the number of reports that specifically talked about the device. In fact, it's only been a few days since the Moto G56's complete design was leaked online. Now we're back with the rest of the information such as specs and price, so if you're in the market for a not so expensive mid-range Android smartphone, or you're simply curious about Motorola's next device, here is what the Moto G56 looks like on the inside.
According to a new report, the Moto G56 will be a decent upgrade over the current model, the Moto G55. The phone will feature an updated chipset, a bigger display, a bigger selfie camera, and, more importantly, a slightly larger battery. Motorola Moto G56 rumored specs : Display : 6.72-inch, FHD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 7i

: 161.56 x 73.82 x 8.19 mm Weight : 200 grams In comparison, the Moto G55 is equipped with a slightly older MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset and sports a much smaller 6.49-inch display with FHD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

As far as the price goes, the Moto G56 is rumored to cost €270 in Europe and will come in four different colors: PANTONE Gray Mist, PANTONE Dill, PANTONE Dazzling Blue, and PANTONE Black Oyster. In comparison, the Moto G55 was introduced last year for €250, so the sequel will be a bit more expensive.
Overall, it doesn't seem like you'll need to upgrade from the Moto G55 to the new phone, but as a mid-range phone the Moto G56 is quite decent. It will probably have strong competition in Europe from Chinese brands, but Motorola fans will most likely find appealing enough.

Oppo A5m retailer listing reveals its specs and price ahead of time

Oppo's A5 line is soon going to add another member - the A5m. Despite not having been made official yet, this has been prematurely listed by a Polish retailer, and the listing has outed some of the phone's specs, along with its pricing in Poland. Let's start with that - it will go for PLN 899, which right now translates into approximately $239 or €211. For that amount of cash, you're getting a 6.67-inch 720x1604 LCD screen with 90 Hz refresh rate, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a 50 MP main camera with a 2 MP decorative sensor next to it, a 5 MP selfie camera, and a 6,000 mAh battery. The handset runs Android 15 and comes with Oppo AI, because of course it does. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded into the power button, and an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance. It measures 165.71 x 76.24 x 7.99 mm and weighs 193g. If all of these specs sound familiar, it's because they are identical to those of the recently unveiled Oppo A5 4G, so the A5m is clearly a rebranded version of that model for specific markets. Via

WhatsApp is testing a simple Logout option

WhatsApp is constantly working on new features, which are generally seen in beta versions before being released. That's also the case today, when some enterprising folks dug through the latest WhatsApp beta for Android and found an upcoming Logout option in Account settings. Once it goes live, when you tap it you'll be presented with two options - one of those will have you log out while also erasing all of your data and preferences, while the other will keep your data and preferences. WhatsApp Logout option in testing If you pick the route that will erase your data, it's basically just like uninstalling WhatsApp. It logs you out and deletes all app data and preferences, but doesn't remove you from groups. On the other hand, the option that won't erase data simply logs you out without touching anything else - your chats, group chats, data, and preferences will all be there waiting for you when you get back. You can then restore everything easily by simply signing in again with your phone number. So, with that in mind, this feature seems to be tailor made for those who want to take a short break from WhatsApp for whatever reason. The Logout option still shows an "Internal" badge which tells us that it's being actively tested internally in the WhatsApp development team. The next step should be a full beta release for everyone, followed of course by the stable release sometime after that. Source

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite seemingly spotted in the Geekbench database

Back in April, we heard a rumor that Samsung was working on the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, which would be the cheapest Tab S10. This was said to be using the Exynos 1380 SoC. Now, a Samsung tablet with the model number SM-X406B has been spotted in the Geekbench online database, and wouldn't you know it - it's powered by the Exynos 1380. Since Samsung uses the "X" prefix in its model numbers for the Galaxy Tab S line, this is pretty obviously the Tab S10 Lite. It has 6GB of RAM and runs Android 15, and those are all the details that the benchmark has revealed. As you can see, it managed a 782 single-core score and a 2,637 multi-core score in Geekbench 5.5.1 for Android. Nothing else is known about the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, but since people are already in possession of prototypes and running benchmarks on them, we're pretty sure we'll hear much more about this device sooner, rather than later.
