Katie could be seen wearing a blue and white Breton striped top and sunglasses, keeping her blonde hair in a straight style.
Eamonn, 65, who is in the midst of a divorce from ex Ruth Langsford, also 65, and a battle over their £3.6million home, stayed snug in a blue zip jumper.
In her caption, Katie wrote: "Who doesn't love the smell of the Woods, the birds singing and the hugging of trees?!!"
One of her followers wrote: "Aw great pics. You all look happy xx"
Earlier this month, Katie broke her silence on speculation the pair were engaged.
They have been dating since mid 2024.
After recently flashing her pearly white smile, The Sun was first to report how Eamonn is "smitten" with his new partner.
A source told us: "She looks immaculate on his arm and he's a very proud man."
DIVORCE BATTLE
The GB News anchor's newfound happiness comes after his ex Ruth brought in lawyers to make sure he would never get her share of their £3.5million home.
The divorcing Loose Women star has been granted a severance of joint tenancy of the six-bed pile they bought in 2014.
The move, revealed in public documents, means that if Ruth were to die her share of the house in Weybridge, Surrey, would not go to her former spouse.
The couple, both 65, met in 1997.
They had son Jack in 2002 and wed in 2010, moving into the home on a private estate four years later.
Ruth and Eamonn's relationship timeline
Before the shock split announcement, Ruth and Eamonn seemed like one of the strongest couples on UK TV – even with their signature bickering style.
Here's how their romance played out...
1997 - The couple first meet after being introduced by mutual friends, two years after Eamonn splits from his first wife, Gabrielle, with whom he has three children.
1997-2002 - To be respectful to Gabrielle, the couple kept their relationship out of the limelight. Ruth told Daily Mail: "I thought it spoke volumes about the sort of man he was, the sort of father he was and the integrity he had. It made me love him more, not less."
2002 - Ruth and Eamonn welcome their son, Jack, to the family.
2005 - Eamonn finalises his divorce with Gabrielle.
2006 - The pair begin to host Friday episodes of This Morning together.
2010 - Eamonn proposes to Ruth while at the Cheltenham Races, after asking Ruth's mother for her hand.
June 2010 - Eamonn and Ruth marry at Elvetham Hall, Hampshire.
2016 - Eamonn undergoes a double hip replacement in the first of many health battles.
June 2019 - On This Morning, Ruth and Eamonn say the secret to their happy marriage. Eamonn credits "compromise, consideration and lots of conjugal," while Ruth said it was "laughter and an equal marriage".
November 2020 - Ruth and Eamonn are replaced on their regular Friday slot by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary in a 'show shake-up'.
December 202 1 - After a year of being moved to the bank holiday presenting slot, both Eamonn and Ruth left This Morning.
January 2022 - Eamonn debuted on GB News, while Ruth stayed with ITV in her long-standing role on Loose Women.
September 2022 - Eamonn undergoes spinal surgery after years of back issues including a trapped sciatic nerve.
November 2022 - Eamonn falls down the stairs of his Surrey home with Ruth and breaks his shoulder, requiring a new operation.
September 2023 - Eamonn has a spine and neck stretching procedure as part of his year-long recovery.
May 2024 - Ruth and Eamonn announce they have split after 14 years of marriage and a 27-year relationship.
September 2024 - Eamonn was spotted on a luxury holiday in Barcelona with his new girlfriend Katie Alexander. Ruth calls in a 'fierce' divorce lawyer.
Yet last year we revealed they were to divorce, with Eamonn promptly moving out of the family pad.
HEALTH WOE
Earlier this week, Eamonn posted a heartbreaking update on his health to social media.
He vowed to "redouble my efforts" to walk again after being confined to a wheelchair.
In his bittersweet caption alongside a snap showing him looking svelte from 2022 he wrote: Great picture popped up from 3 years but it's made me sad - I could walk."
The GB News anchor added: "Got to redouble my efforts."
Eamonn had a double hip replacement in 2016 yet has been suffering from chronic pain since a follow-up spinal operation in September 2022.
Added to this, in early 2021, Eamonn was rushed to hospital after suffering from "pain he's never felt in his life."
In addition to his other health woes, Eamonn suffered a fall at his Surrey home - which he previously shared with ex Ruth - which left him with a fractured shoulder in 2023.

Jamie Oliver emotionally reveals his dyslexia made him feel 'worthless and stupid' at school as he discusses lack of support in new documentary
Jamie Oliver has opened up about the emotional toll of struggling with dyslexia when he was growing up, revealing it made him feel 'stupid'. The celebrity chef, 50, has reflected on his own experience with dyslexia in a new hour-long Channel 4 special, titled Jamie's Dyslexia Revolution. Dyslexia is a common learning difficulty that causes problems with reading, writing and spelling and difficulties with processing. Ahead of his documentary's release, Jamie recalled being branded a 'stupid dunce' at school and said his learning issues left him feeling 'worthless, stupid and thick'. He told The Sunday Times: 'I'm unpacking quite a lot of stuff and I'm oversharing with you because I've got to f***ing work this s**t out, I thought I'd buried it but it's hitting a nerve. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'I didn't have any extra time in exams, there were no strategies, just a bit of extra tutoring help,' he revealed. 'There was no robust dyslexic knowledge then.' The Essex-born chef, now a household name thanks to The Naked Chef, said the kitchen 'saved' him and gave him purpose when the classroom let him down. He added: 'I didn't tell mum, dad or the teachers. I just bottled it up inside. The kitchen saved me. I knew I had something to offer. I knew I wasn't a useless piece of s***.' The NHS says dyslexia affects up to one in ten Brits, often causing trouble with reading, writing and spelling. But many, like Jamie, excel in other areas such as problem-solving and creativity. Jamie is using his platform to call for urgent changes in schools, including early dyslexia screening and more teacher training in neurodiversity. He said: 'I've only got love for teachers, we need to appreciate them more. But they want to be trained, they want to have the tools to notice, understand and react.' His hard-hitting documentary, airing soon on Channel 4, will question whether the UK education system is doing enough to support children with dyslexia - and if not, what needs to change. Jamie has already met with Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson and says this campaign is even tougher than his famous fight for healthier school dinners. The Essex-born chef, now a household name thanks to The Naked Chef and Jamie's Kitchen, said the kitchen 'saved' him and gave him purpose when the classroom let him down (pictured in 2010) 'Not acknowledging or allowing a six, seven or eight-year-old to express their intelligence… that's kind of child abuse,' he said. 'This is heavy, because neurodivergent kids are falling between the cracks. They end up resenting education, which leads to anger, frustration, poor health, crime, prison and all the horrible things you don't want to think about. He added: 'I ran from school thinking, 'F*** you,' but I was lucky because I had the kitchen.' Tim Hancock, commissioning editor at Channel 4, said: 'There's no more effective campaigner than Jamie, and now he's turning his expertise to a subject close to his heart. 'I'm thrilled Channel 4 is following him back on the campaign trail. Dyslexia is a learning difficulty that primarily affects accurate and fluent word reading and spelling. It can affect individuals of all intelligence levels and can result in poor or inconsistent spelling and writing - along with potential struggles following directions or being organised.
