The Princess of Wales shares birthday photo of grown-up Prince George – and he looks just like his dad
On their official social media accounts, Prince William and Kate posted a portrait of a smiling Prince George leaning over a gate post. In the photo, Prince George looks remarkably like his dad, Prince William, did at a similar age.
In a caption, Prince George's parents wrote 'Happy 12th Birthday to Prince George!' with a birthday cake emoji. Just last week, Prince George joined The Prince and Princess of Wales and his sister, Princess Charlotte, for a day out at Wimbledon. While Prince Louis wasn't attending on the day, the family had a front-row view of the tennis, and Prince George mirrored his dad's navy suit for the occasion.
Both wore navy suit jackets along with a shirt and tie for the semi-formal occasion, watching the Men's Singles Final of The Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis Club on Day 14 of the event.
Prince George's mum, Kate, presented the trophies at the end of the match, as she had the day before at the Women's Singles Final on Day 13. The Princess of Wales was also in blue on the day, wearing a V-neck Self Portrait midi dress.

Music therapy charity raises £14,000 at Kendal Calling Festival
A charity based in Penrith has raised £14,000 to support its music therapy work. Annie Mawson's Sunbeams Music Trust secured the donations during its first appearance at the Kendal Calling Music Festival, held at Lowther Deer Park. The trust delivers community music therapy to more than 2,000 disabled and disadvantaged children and adults each month. Ollie, a Sunbeams friend, with his dad, visiting to give support (Image: Sunbeams Music Trust) Jules Blundell, fundraiser for the charity, said: "It's more than raising money – it's about raising awareness. "The conversations we've had over the weekend have just shown how many people believe in music being a force of healing, wellbeing, good health, inclusivity and bringing people together. "Thank you also to all the community who came to say hello and support and visited the Sunbeams gazebo." The trust credited the generosity of festival-goers and the support of Andy Smith and Ben Robinson, Kendal Calling directors. The trust thanked the volunteers connected with the charity, saying these 'tremendous' funds could not have been raised without their "passion, enthusiasm, and incredible commitment.

Meghan Markle's 'Special' 44th Birthday Marked By 'Standout Dining Experience' And A-Lists Snub
Meghan Markle's 44th birthday paled in comparison to the love she once received from the Royal Family and her celebrity pals. The Duchess of Sussex marked her big day with a low-key celebration surrounded by her family and friends. Although she credited her husband, Prince Harry, for making the event "special," it must have stung not to receive any recognition from her famous pals. Meghan Markle's birthdays previously received love from her in-laws, Prince William and Kate Middleton, even after stepping down from her role as a senior working royal. However, her relationship with the royals has since turned bitter, and the same appears to be happening to her celebrity acquaintances. Meghan Markle Enjoys Low-Key Celebration With Friends & Family Meghan turned 44 on August 4 but recently revealed how she celebrated the event with her loved ones. She dropped a picture from her birthday dinner on Instagram, capturing her blowing candles on a beautiful cake decorated with yellow flowers. "Blowing out the candles on a beautiful 24 hours, and thanking my husband, friends, and family for making it so special. To those of you I don't know, but who send love every day, thank you so much. Please know I feel it and appreciate it," Meghan gushed in the post's captioned. She revealed her birthday dinner took place at the popular Funke restaurant in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, crediting the establishment's chef and team for blessing her with one of the top five meals of her life. "Extraordinary. Thank you for a standout dining experience," Meghan concluded her post. The Former Actress Was Reportedly Snubbed By Her A-list Friends Although Meghan enjoyed a private dinner with her husband and loved ones, it appears that only those in her innermost circle cared to mark her big day. RadarOnline shared that her once-close celebrity pals like Beyoncé and Tyler Perry failed to acknowledge the Duchess of Sussex's birthday. Besides getting snubbed by her A-list pals, Meghan also received zero congratulations from the Royal Family. Prince William and Kate used to mark her birthday even after Meghan and Harry stepped down from their roles in 2020. The outlet noted King Charles and Queen Camilla also celebrated Meghan's birthdays. However, the congratulations stopped coming after Harry and Meghan dropped scathing allegations against the Royal Family in the tell-all Netflix docuseries in 2022. Additionally, the Duke of Sussex's bombshell memoir "Spare" further escalated the rift between them. Critics Bash The Duchess Of Sussex For Getting Snubbed The lack of recognition on Meghan's birthday sparked a wave of criticism as many believed celebrities rightfully snubbed her. "Ha! Hollywood A-Listers could NOT Care Less about Meghan Markle's Birthday--NOT a Single A-Lister contacted her," someone wrote on X. Another echoed similar sentiments, claiming: "C-cksucker Megan was never friends w/them to begin with, they knew Megan is using them and btw she is 48 yrs old." A third agreed that Meghan never cut it with the A-list crowd, noting: "She was never anything special, people are starting to see it now. She's getting the bad karma that she put out there." The criticism continued with an X user theorizing that everyone wanted nothing to do with the former actress. "Those 'supporters' of years past have probably realised what many people knew all along, Meggy's a mess, she's an ongoing mess, she likes to make a mess," the individual declared. Prince Harry & His Wife Face Backlash For Not Supporting Tyler Perry Meghan's birthday snub comes weeks after she and Harry faced backlash for staying silent amid Perry's sexual assault lawsuit. The Blast covered the story, reporting the famous couple was trashed by fans and royal commentators, including Hilary Fordwich. Fordwich slammed Harry and Meghan's silence as "a clear demonstration of a total lack of moral courage," with sources echoing similar sentiments about their lack of support. An insider explained the couple was keeping quiet to avoid getting dragged into the lawsuit, adding: "But many think it's hypocritical, since Tyler Perry has stuck up for them so many times, and it's bad that the Sussexes don't say anything to support him now." Meghan Markle Labeled' Duchess Difficult' For Allegedly Mistreating Staff The Blast recently reported that Meghan's past bullying allegations had resurfaced over her attitude towards staff. Royal reporter Valentine Low first dropped the scathing claims in 2021, alleging: "There had been one or two stories which suggested there were difficult relations between Meghan and her staff. We'd seen them, and the phrase 'Duchess Difficult' had been used." Low claimed he knew Meghan was "angry" about the bullying allegations; however, there appeared to be some truth behind these claims. He shared that those who suffered under Meghan's employment were emotionally distressed till date because they feared her "infinite" capacity for revenge. Will Meghan Markle continue to get snubbed by her celebrity pals?

Lou Adler & Tim Curry to Appear at 50th Anniversary Screening of ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show'
The Rocky Horror Picture Show didn't receive a single Oscar nomination when it was released in 1975, but the film has since become a cult classic, so much so that even the Motion Picture Academy has taken notice. On Sept. 26, the Academy Museum in Los Angeles will host a '50th Anniversary of The Rocky Horror Picture Show' program. Music industry legend Lou Adler, who was one of the producers of the film; Tim Curry, who starred in the film as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite alien scientist; and Sins O' The Flesh are scheduled to appear. 'Join us for a sing-along and shadow cast experience for this one-night-only 50th anniversary program,' the event's notes advise. 'Prop kits will be sold at the theater for maximum audience participation.' More from Billboard Let's Do the Time Warp… Again! The film was based on the 1973 musical stage production The Rocky Horror Show, with music, book and lyrics by Richard O'Brien. The cast album to that show bubbled under the Billboard 200 in November 1974. The film opened in the U.K. at the Rialto Theatre in London in August 1975 and in the U.S. the following month at the UA Westwood in Los Angeles. Initial response was mixed to negative, but it soon became a hit as a midnight movie, when audiences began participating with the film at the Waverly Theater in New York City in 1976. Adler received a Grammy nomination in 1976 for producing the cast album, which was released on his Ode Records (through A&M). The album eventually reached No. 49 on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold. The track 'Time Warp' has become a classic. In 2005, the film was selected for the Library of Congress' National Film Registry for being 'culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.' Adler, 91, is an industry legend. He founded Dunhill Records in 1964, producing hits by such artists as The Mamas & The Papas and Scott McKenzie. He helped produce the Monterey International Pop Festival in 1967. He signed Carole King to his Ode Records in 1970 and produced eight Gold, Platinum or multiplatinum albums by her. In 1972, he and King won Grammys for album of the year (Tapestry) and record of the year ('It's Too Late'). Adler was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 (receiving the Ahmet Ertegun Award, presented by Cheech & Chong, for whom he produced four Gold albums). He received a trustees award from the Recording Academy in 2019. The Rocky Horror Picture Show has had a long afterlife. The Rocky Horror Glee Show aired on Fox in October 2010 as part of the second season of Glee. It featured cameos by Bostwick and Meat Loaf. An EP from the show, which included 'Time Warp,' 'Damn It, Janet' and 'Sweet Transvestite,' reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200. In October 2016, Fox aired a modern-day 'reimagining' of the film titled The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let's Do the Time Warp Again. Here's a link to tickets for the screening.
