Sydney's award-winning Maybe Sammy has created a limited-edition cocktail, now available at MGallery hotels across Australia
Maybe Sammy – one of the world's best cocktail bars, known for its old-world glamour, whimsical experience (hello, bubbles), tip-top pink-blazer-wearing bartenders and all-round good times – has created a super-special cocktail, now exclusively available at MGallery hotels around Australia. Designed to encapsulate MGallery's passion for mixology, storytelling and sensory journeys, the cocktail is called Bush Bloom – and she's a beauty. Inspired by native Australian ingredients, Bush Bloom is a pretty, summery drink made with honey mead, vodka, Davidson plum, raspberry and lemon myrtle, and it's served with a story card sharing the inspiration behind the drink. It tastes like sun-soaked, barefoot road trips around the country with your best friends – and not having anywhere to be. And the best part? You don't need to visit (and sometimes line up at) The Rocks to taste it. Bush Bloom is now served at MGallery hotels across Australia, including the beachfront babe Manly Pacific Hotel Sydney; the CBD's heritage-listed boutique spot The Porter House Hotel Sydney; luxurious and stylish The Playford Hotel Adelaide; the golden, shimmering Hotel Chadstone Melbourne; scenic nature escape Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains; and the five-star rural go-to The William Inglis Hotel Warwick Farm. To celebrate the launch, Maybe Sammy hosted a one-off pop-up and in-person staff training at Luma Restaurant & Bar at The Playford Adelaide MGallery – to the delight of the team and Adelaide locals. 'Maybe Sammy was designed to feel like a glamorous hotel bar, but without the hotel. Partnering with MGallery hotels, a brand built on soul, style and hospitality, is the perfect match,' says Mark Mewburn, MGallery's director of marketing for the Pacific. 'With Maybe Sammy's playful flair and MGallery's commitment to local discovery, our guests are in for a mixology experience like no other.' MGallery has also teamed up with Citadelle Gin to create three fab cocktails, also now available at its luxe hotels. There's the Crystal Diva – an elegant ode to the classic Gimlet made with Citadelle Gin, jasmine and lemongrass cordial, fino sherry and orange blossom, garnished with a white chocolate shard; the Timeless Negroni – a fun riff on the classic made with Citadelle Gin infused with sandalwood, red vermouth and pineapple-and-pandan bitters; and the Honey 75 – a celebratory tipple that sees Citadelle Gin fat-washed with local olive oil and paired with verjus, salted local honey, orange and cardamom syrup, then finished with Pommery Champagne. Both hotel guests and locals are welcome to swing by any MGallery hotel to enjoy the cocktails – but if you were looking for a sign to book your next getaway, this is it. Maybe Sammy, a dreamy stay at any MGallery hotel in the country and excellent cocktails? We'll cheers to that.

Gwyneth Paltrow supports son Moses as he follows in Chris Martin's footsteps
The youngest child of a well-known musician and his acting ex-wife is following in the footsteps of his father by being in a band, who performed at a gig in the US this week The son of a well-known musician is now following in their footsteps by their pursuing a career in music. They took to the stage with their band at a concert earlier this week and their Oscar-winning mother was there for support. Moses Martin, 19, is the youngest child of Coldplay 's Chris Martin, 48, and actor Gwyneth Paltrow, 52. The exes, who split in 2014 before getting divorce, but who have remained on good terms, are also parents to Apple Martin, 21. Like his father, Moses is a member of a band, with him one third of trio Dancer. His group performed at a concert in Chicago recently whilst supporting another band. It comes after Chris issued a warning to his own fans during his first gig with Coldplay since a kiss cam scandal earlier this month. Moses' band Dancer took to the stage at the Thalia Hall in Chicago last night. Alongside his bandmates Orlando and Andy, he opened for duo Royel Otis - who are due to perform at Reading Festival and Leeds Festival soon - at the venue. Prior to the gig, Dancer posted about their appearance on platforms like Instagram. Alongside a video of the trio performing together whilst sat on the back of a truck, they shared details of the gig with their followers. "I love this band," one person reacted to the post. Another wrote in the comments section: "Amazing." Someone else responded to the band's post: "See ya there." Someone else asked: "How can I listen to your songs???" Dancer teased over potential music being released soon, with the band's account replying: "Soon." Gwyneth liked the post and shared her excitement over the upcoming gig in the comments section. Teasing that she would be there to support her son, she wrote: "Can't wait." She later revealed that she was at the show in a post on her own account on the platform. The actor uploaded a photo that was seemingly taken backstage at the venue last night. It showed three microphone kits, each with a band member's name on, and Gwyneth didn't provide any caption. More recently, in a post uploaded to her Instagram Story earlier today, she shared a photo of the band on stage. Gwyneth shared her pride over Moses being a musician in a tribute for his birthday on the platform back in April. She wrote at the time: "Happy birthday [Moses]. Honestly, you are a dream come true. You are deeply kind and brilliant." She continued by writing to him: "You have an incredible intellect and you are so gifted, so talented. I listen to your music on repeat and miss you so much at college. And today more than ever. I love you my boy."

Adam Collard feared Laura Woods' miscarriage was 'karma' for his love-rat past
Former Love Island star Adam Collard has admitted he blames his past "love rat" ways for bringing "bad karma" onto his relationship with sports presenter Laura Woods Adam Collard has revealed he blames his past actions for fiancee Laura Woods having a miscarriage. The former Love Island star admitted he believes his previous "love rat" persona brought "bad karma" on the pair. The Geordie star, 29, confessed he believes his dating show antics on the likes of the ITV show - where he appeared twice - and Celebs Go Dating brought negative energy onto his current relationship. The gym owner is set to be put through his paces on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, taking part in a series of gruelling physical challenges. Speaking on the new series, dad-of-one Adam explained his thought process. He told the cameras: "I know it's a terrible way to look at it, but I felt like it was bad karma for me being on dating shows and upsetting too many people. "I felt like that was some high power's way of being like, 'Well, there you go, that's what you have to carry'." He went on: "I was just a cocky little p***k, being a love rat jumping from girl to girl. I want to show I'm not that man any more." And revealing why he chose to test himself on the endurance show, the fitness fanatic explained it was the mental test he desired. "'I had a lot of stuff going on before I went on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins," he said. "And I've got to be honest but credit to the show, I actually think it had the most positive impact on my mental health." Adam began dating sports presenter Laura in October 2023. The following year they announced they were expecting their first child and in April 2025 they welcomed their son Leo. The pair have both kept their followers up to date with their family life and at the turn of the year, Adam posted a candid message on his social media. At the time, he wrote: "2024, the hardest year of my life." He went on: "I've seen lot of amazing 2024 posts over the last few days... but if you're struggling right now, remember that Instagram is a highlights reel, and if you're struggling you aren't alone. "Struggled with my mental health more than ever. Lost something important. Struggled with injuries. Suffered with addiction to painkillers and sleeping pills and justified it as 'it doesn't affect fitness' or because it wasn't booze. "Got diagnosed with depression. Prescribed anti-depressants. Lost family. Drifted from certain friends. Tried to reach out to people and failed. Felt lost." But he admitted he also had a lot to be positive about, including his son and relationship. At the time, Laura issued a gushing response. In the comments section, replying: "Proud of you. You're going to be the most amazing dad x."
