Allu Arjun bags best actor at Gaddar Awards, thanks Sukumar and dedicates win to fans

has been honoured with the Best Actor award at the inaugural Gaddar Telangana Film Awards 2024 the star of the blockbuster 'Pushpa 2: The Rule'. The Telangana government announced the award on Thursday, recognizing Allu Arjun's outstanding performance in the film.
Expressing his gratitude on social media, the actor dedicated the award to his fans.
On X (formerly Twitter) Allu Arjun credited his director

, the producers, and the entire Pushpa team for the success, and wrote, "I am truly honoured to receive the first Best Actor award for #Pushpa2 at the #GaddarTelanganaFilmAwards 2024. Heartfelt thanks to the Government of Telangana for this prestigious honour. All credit goes to my director Sukumar garu, my producers, and the entire Pushpa team.

The Gaddar Telangana Film Awards have been introduced by the state government to celebrate excellence in cinema, named after the late revolutionary poet and balladeer Gaddar. This first edition of the awards saw veteran actress Jayasudha chairing the jury, adding credibility and prestige to the event. The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place at HITEX in Hyderabad on June 14, where Allu Arjun will formally receive the honour.
