Meghan Markle's half-brother Thomas Markle Jr is staying with him in Cebu, and according to the locals, as quoted by UK Mirror, they recently moved to the Philippines and are still struggling to find their feet in the new city. 'Thomas and his son only recently moved into the property and they are still finding their feet in Cebu after the big move abroad, but they're here together and are firmly supporting each other," one told Mirror.
