PS Plus Essential July 2025 games release time, when you can download them
More PS Plus games are on the horizon for Essential subscribers, with Diablo 4 leading the pack for a fresh dose of dark adventure.
A new batch of PS Plus games has been officially announced. It's welcome news for subscribers, particularly as this month's lineup is notably robust for Essential subscribers.
The early unveiling of the PS Plus Essential July 2025 games was quite a surprise, with Diablo 4 being revealed as the service's main attraction, arriving just as the Season 8 end date appears and ushers in a new wave of live service content.
The game will be featured alongside The King of Fighters 9 and rising indie title Jusant, making for an impressive month of complimentary games for subscribers. This should help soften the blow for players who must continue to pay for their online services, while PC gamers largely avoid this cost.
The timing is also fortuitous, especially given that excitement for FBC: Firebreak from the PS Plus Extra and Premium June 2025 games waned disappointingly quickly upon its release, despite its distinct Remedy feel. Fortunately, players now have a new online title to delve into with their mates. However, before we can dive into the new games, they need to be released. It's important to remember that this will push out the previous games from the service, so there's a collection of games to grab before they disappear.
Here's what you need to know about the PS Plus Essential July 2025 games release time.

The shocking moment teenage boy punches woman unconscious at UK rapper's concert
To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video A teenage boy has been arrested and charged after 'punching a woman unconscious' during a Central Cee concert. The British rapper – real name Oakley Neil Caesar-Su – rose to fame five years ago with the release of his drill singles Day in the Life and Loading, with his first mixtape Wild West debuting at number two on the UK Albums Chart. His 2023 song Sprinter also holds the titles of being the longest-running number one rap song in the UK, holding the position for 10 weeks, and the most streamed UK rap song ever. The 27-year-old is currently on his Can't Rush Greatness World Tour, performing in Australia over the past week. However, during his Perth concert, a shocking incident unfolded which left a woman being attacked and a teenager now in custody. On Wednesday night's show at RAC Arena a 17-year-old, who was in the seated section, allegedly turned around and started attacking a 25-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman watching the show. Witnesses alleged the boy started throwing punches about 9.40pm and continued for over two minutes, as reported by PerthNow. A video shared on TikTok also captured part of the jaw-dropping incident. Concertgoer Campbell Darby, who was sitting next to the woman, said he was left shaken after witnessing the attack. 'They were right next to me, and I had to move out of the way, but the girl was knocked out, fully unconscious,' he told the same publication. 'I had to help the people next to me get out of the way, so they didn't get hit. 'It completely turned my night around, and the people I was with were very shaken up after seeing that happen right in front of our eyes and seeing the poor girl unconscious on the floor.' For the eighth year, 150,000 festival goers will descend on Glasgow Green from 11-13 July to see the liked of 50 Cent, Gracie Abrams and Biffy Clyro, and you could be there! A WA Police spokesperson explained that officers had been patrolling the venue before being alerted to a physical altercation about 9.45pm. 'It will be alleged a 17-year-old male assaulted a 25-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman,' they said. 'Both victims sustained bruising to the head and face. 'It will be further alleged; the juvenile resisted arrest and was verbally abusive towards officers.' More Trending The boy was also charged with one count each of disorderly behaviour in a public place and obstructing public officers. Another witness, Don Salapang, said she and the people she was with at the gig were all 'so scared and in shock'. She added that it was even more jarring given there were 'young kids around'. The boy is due to face Perth Children's Court on July 29. Metro has contacted WA Police and representatives for Central Cee for comment. Got a story? Oasis set list 'revealed' as band shares first look at reunion tour stage
To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video We're just hours away from the first Oasis gig in 16 years—and we now have our first look at the stage the once-feuding brothers will share. And perhaps more importantly, the set list has been 'revealed.' Noel Gallagher, 58, and younger brother Liam Gallagher, 52, haven't performed together since 2009 when they announced their split, meaning the world was, quite literally, sent into a frenzy last August when they confirmed the guns had 'fallen silent'. Tomorrow night, after a lengthy wait, the siblings will kick off their string of sold-out reunion shows at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. Noel was pictured arriving in the city yesterday, with rehearsals underway as they prepare to perform some of their biggest tunes to thousands of adoring fans who will scream every word back. With a mere 24 hours to go, the Oasis brothers took to social media with a teaser video that offered a glimpse of the stage design thanks to an epic drone light show. The footage was captured by a drone flying over the stadium, with the sky lit up in a bright 'OASIS' logo. What's more, reports suggest the full set list has been leaked, with MailOnline claiming Oasis will kick off their set with Acquiesce, which originally appeared as the B-side to Oasis' first number-one single, Some Might Say, in 1995. After the fan-favourite tune will come Morning Glory, with the first half also including tunes Cigarettes & Alcohol, Supersonic, Roll With It, and Half the World Away. As per the publication, Oasis will sing 23 songs in total, the latter part of the concert including Rock and Roll Star, The Masterplan, Don't Look Back in Anger, and, of course, Wonderwall. Ending on a high, the brothers will close with Champagne Supernova, also the closing track on the band's second studio album, having saved their most popular tunes til the end. Speaking ahead of the first show, a source hinted that Noel and Lim are still keeping some distance. For the eighth year, 150,000 festival goers will descend on Glasgow Green from 11-13 July to see the liked of 50 Cent, Gracie Abrams and Biffy Clyro, and you could be there! 'But Liam barely even stayed for the first eight songs before leaving the rehearsals early, and Noel continued on his own.' Nevertheless, fans are absolutely beside themselves with excitement, as the responses to their X teaser video make clear. 'What a time to be alive', declared @SoyNatuVA. Praying that one lucky ticket holder will pull through with a live stream, @mialovesoasis wrote: 'so so excited for tomorrow and i'm not even going'. @DlRTYSHlRT added that those in attendance tomorrow will be 'witnessing history', while @adele_liam told the pair: 'Welcome back I missed you sm'. Doors will open at 5pm before support acts Cast and Richard Ashcroft perform at 6pm and 7pm, respectively. Oasis will take to the stage at 8:15pm with a 10:30pm curfew, promising over two hours of music. The group will play 19 shows in the UK and Ireland this year before heading across Europe, with tickets sold to 900,000 fans. However, to say it's been smooth sailing getting here would be false. At the end of May, it was claimed that Noel and Liam still hadn't rehearsed together, with Liam also avoiding studio time with fellow performers Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs, Gem Archer, Andy Bell, and Mikey Rowe. Instead, Liam, who is set to become a grandfather for the first time in a matter of months, has been chilling at his £4million mansion in the South of France with his girlfriend, Debbie Gwyther. Oh, and he's also been tweeting… Just this week, the singer offended a large number of South Korean Oasis fans by tweeting the phrase 'chingchong'. 'Chingchong' (believed to have originated in the 19th century) is understood as an offensive or derogatory phrase that's used to mock or denigrate East Asian languages. While usually intended to insult people who speak Chinese languages, it has also been applied towards languages and speakers from Japan and South Korea. Liam deleted the post shortly after and responded nonchalantly with 'Whatever' when one user warned he might get cancelled. It's believed Oasis will generate a whopping £400million in ticket sales and add-ons, just from their initial dates. As for their take-home pay, Noel and Liam are thought to be getting £50million each. More Trending But for those gutted to have missed out on tickets, have no fear, because after a disastrous first sale, the group announced last week that more tickets could become available. 'Oasis promoters may be able to release a very limited number of additional tickets for sale once final sight lines are checked and the production is fine tuned,' a statement read. 'These final production releases will happen over the coming days. If you are an Oasismynet member, keep an eye on your inbox for an email from your regular Oasismynet or Ticketmaster correspondence address. Marvel Rivals Season 2 end date and when you'll say goodbye to the Hellfire Gala
Marvel Rivals is getting ready to launch its third season, introducing Blade and Jean Grey to the hero shooter, but before that players will need to say goodbye to the current season. Marvel Rivals is set to introduce Jean Grey and Blade soon, but first, we must conclude the current season before moving onto these exciting new additions. Marvel Rivals continues to offer thrilling experiences for players seeking a taste of comic book-inspired hero shooter action. Despite facing stiff competition from Fortnite and its Squid Grounds Reload map, the game has maintained its appeal, particularly with the introduction of Emma Frost and the evil Ultron, each bringing their unique playstyles. The successful launch of Mecha Break demonstrates that players are still eager to engage with the gameplay styling of the hero shooter, and as Marvel Rivals continues to evolve, it seems as though everyone wins, especially comic book fans. As a new season looms, featuring villains led by Hela and Knull, players are kept on their toes. The most anticipated features are the new playable characters, Blade and Jean Grey, along with a range of new cosmetics, including Hela's expected Symbiote-ified costume. Fans can also look forward to more maps and modes being gradually released throughout the season, providing even more reasons to explore the game's latest offerings. However, we're still waiting for the Marvel Rivals Season 2 end date to arrive before we can dive into the new season. So when exactly can we anticipate this chapter closing and a new one beginning in Marvel Rivals? Here's what you need to know about the Marvel Rivals Season 2 end date. Marvel Rivals Season 2 end date The conclusion of Marvel Rivals Season 2 is scheduled for Friday, July 11 at 2am PDT / 5am EDT / 10am BST. According to a recent tweet from Marvel Rivals, it is at this time that the game will enter its maintenance period, expected to last between two and four hours, before launching into Season 3. This is set to cause quite a stir, particularly as Blade fans have been left without the representation promised by the MCU with its continually postponed vampire hunter film. Plus, in any case, it's nice to see a hero shooter reach some success after the appearance of Overwatch 2 squandered the gaming structure for many. We'll be glad to take Blade to the fight.
