The first meeting between the fierce rivals ended 1-1 at their shared San Siro home, as Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu scored against his former team to cancel out Tammy Abraham's opener.
Sergio Conceicao's side are ninth in Serie A and have endured a difficult league season. However, the Rossoneri beat Inter to win the Supercoppa Italiana in January and are unbeaten in four meetings with their Milan rivals.

Inter are chasing a treble success this season. The Nerazzurri lead the Serie A title race from Napoli on goal difference and face Barcelona in the Champions League semi-finals next week.
Milan look set to stick with the 3-4-3 formation that Conceicao has trialled in recent weeks. Tammy Abraham is expected to lead the line despite the recent return of January recruit Santiago Gimenez from injury.
Kyle Walker has returned to training amid fears he could miss the rest of the campaign and the on-loan Manchester City defender is an option in the three-man backline. Fellow full-back Emerson Royal remains unavailable for selection.
