Kapur's personal life had once drawn a lot of attention while he was married to Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor. They tied the knot in 2003 but ended up parting ways following a messy divorce that was finalised in 2016. Karisma later accused him of neglecting their sick child to go play polo with Prince William and claimed he married her for publicity, among other allegations, including domestic violence and trying to auction her off. According to the Mirror, Kapoor once said, '(Sunjay) decided to carry on, leaving me behind to take care of our sick four-month-old son, just to play a Polo match with Prince William. I also realised that he had married me only because I was a famous and successful film star, which would facilitate him to be reported in the press.'
Sunay Kapur was born into a wealthy business family and completed his studies at The Doon School in India. He then moved to the UK at the University of Buckingham, for his degree in business. Later, attended Harvard Business School. Kapur inherited his father's business, remarried and moved to England with his wife Priya Sachdeva. His company, Sona Comstar, issued a statement mourning his sudden death, calling him a 'visionary leader'

Friends and business associates of Kapur praised him as a kind and generous man who treated everyone equally. In a statement to PEOPLE, a friend of the businessman said, 'He will be greatly missed not only by his family and friends but the local community around his club, as he employed so many people and made so many friends, he was fun, kind and generous. He didn't distinguish between his grooms or high net worth friends; he had a party, everyone was invited, and everyone was equal.'
An eyewitness told the outlet that right before his death, Kapur said to people nearby, 'I've swallowed something.' Upon consulting an expert, it was known that the allergic reaction caused his blood pressure to drop and his heart to stop. According to doctors, a bee sting in the mouth can be extremely dangerous as it can block the airway and lead to heart failure. Meanwhile, his death is under investigation.

‘Good Voice, Sense Of Humour': Pierce Brosnan Lists Traits Needed For Next James Bond
Last Updated: Pierce Brosnan, Bond from 1995-2002, stressed the next James Bond needs humour, courage, and boldness. He hopes the franchise's legacy will now be honoured. Pierce Brosnan has insisted that the next James Bond must have a 'sense of humour".The 71-year-old actor is one of many who have taken on the titular role of the 007 franchise over the years, but when it comes to just who should star next, he listed off all the elements that an actor would need to have in order to take on the part of the iconic spy. Asked about the requirements an actor needs to take on the part, he told MovieWeb, 'Good voice, good body, courage. Great courage. And a sense of humour, a passion for hard work and danger. And being bold. Gotta be bold, gotta be dangerous. And you have gotta know yourself." Earlier this year, Amazon Studios took control of the franchise from Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, and The Unholy Trinity star previously insisted that it is a 'given" that the new bosses of the film series must adhere to the tradition of casting a British star. Speaking to The Sunday Telegraph, he added, 'In this world that is moving so fast now, at the speed of light, [the takeover] does come with a certain lament. I thought it was coming for some time I guess, but I think it was the right decision for Barbara and Michael. It takes great courage for them to let go. They will still have a say in matters. I hope that [Amazon] handles the work and the character with dignity and imagination and respect." The Mamma Mia! star played the Bond from GoldenEye in 1995 until he bowed out of the franchise in 2002 with 'Die Another Day, and Daniel Craig took over for Casino Royale in 2006 before leaving after No Time To Die in 2021. Brosnan added, 'History has been passed on and I'm very proud to have been part of the history and the legacy of Bond and the movies that I made with Barbara and Michael. That we moved the needle, that we brought it back to life. It had been dormant [for] six years and GoldenEye was such a success that it continued and went from strength to strength…You know, everything changes, everything falls apart, and I wish them well." Who will inherit Sunjay Kapur's Rs 310000000000 business empire? Karisma Kapoor's daughter Samaira.... Indian automotive industry veteran and Chairman of Sona Comstar, Sunjay Kapur, passed away on Thursday. He was 53 years old. He was best known to many as the former husband of Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor. The couple had two children together: daughter Samaira, born in 2005, and son Kiaan, born in 2011. They filed for divorce by mutual consent in 2014, which was finalized in 2016. Sanjay is the son of Surinder Kapur and Rani Kapur. He took over management of his father's business in 2003, and following his father's death in 2015, he was left to handle it entirely on his own. Sanjay had two sisters, Mandira Kapur and Suparna Motwane. Speculation is rife that following Sanjay Kapur's untimely demise, ownership of his business may pass to his two sisters. For context, Kapur was the owner of Sona Comstar, a leading name in the Indian automotive sector, with a market capitalization estimated at Rs 31,000 crore, according to Bloomberg. As far as Sunjay Kapur's personal life is concerned, he was married first to Nandita Mahtani. Their marriage lasted four years before they got divorced. The couple had no children. Later, he married the Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor. They got divorced, and he subsequently married actress and model Priya Sachdev, who was previously married to hotelier Vikram Chatwal. Priya Sachdev was a mother from her previous marriage, having a daughter from their marriage. After marrying Sanjay, she gave birth to a son, Azarius. As such, Sanjay had responsibility for a total of four children: Samaira, Kiaan, Safira, and Azarius. Priya Sachdev and the four children represented his family, and they used to enjoy festivals together. Now that he has passed unexpectedly, the whole family business is reportedly going to be managed by Priya Sachdev. Sanjay Kapur was estimated to have over Rs 12,000 crore of assets under management, which must be quite a business for someone taking over. In 2017, model and actress Priya Sachdev entered Sanjay Kapur's life. She was previously divorced and had a daughter named Safira Chatwal from her first marriage. After marrying Sanjay, the couple welcomed a son, Azarius. This brought the total number of children under Sanjay's care to four—Samaira, Kiaan, Safira, and Azarius. Priya and these four children made up his close-knit family. Sanjay Kapur reportedly owned assets worth over Rs 12,000 crore, and managing such a vast empire could now become a significant challenge.
