Henry Cavill Confirms Birth of Baby Girl With Girlfriend Natalie Viscuso
In an interview with GQ UK published on Thursday, July 17, the actor, 42, was asked what he considered to be the 'most important time of [his] life so far.'
'My daughter being born, and the five of us settling into our forever home,' Cavill responded, referencing himself, Viscuso, their first child and their two dogs.
The Man of Steel star also touched on how he balances family and work with such a busy schedule as an actor.
Henry Cavill and Girlfriend Natalie Viscuso Welcome Their 1st Baby: Report
'Ordinary life? I'm not sure I remember that! Seriously, though, it can be difficult,' he said. 'Daily routine is not a luxury that I am afforded, but traveling to far flung places and the opportunity to be storytelling at the level that I am makes up for all of it.'
Cavill also got philosophical about the concept of time during the interview with the British publication.
'[Time] means many, many things. Sometimes I feel like we don't have enough, and sometimes I feel like we have the perfect amount,' he said. 'We can use our time in so many different ways, I try to use it well regardless of how I'm spending it. Spending it — an interesting turn of phrase, no?'
Cavill and Viscuso have kept tight-lipped about the newest addition to their family and did not officially announce her birth.
A source confirmed the baby's arrival to People after photos published by the Daily Mail in January showed Cavill and Viscuso pushing a stroller in Australia while the actor was Down Under filming the live-action Voltron movie.
Cavill confirmed that he and Viscuso were expecting their first child in April 2024.
Henry Cavill and Girlfriend Natalie Viscuso Are Expecting 1st Baby: We're 'Very Excited'
'I'm very excited about it,' he told Access Hollywood at the time. 'Natalie and I are both very excited. I'm sure you'll see much more of that.'
When asked whether his Ungentlemanly Warfare costar Henry Golding — who shares two daughters with wife Liv Lo — influenced his decision to become a father, Cavill replied with a laugh, 'I mean, he didn't inspire me to do that. My parents did.'
Posting via his Instagram on Father's Day 2024, the actor shared a glimpse of the nursery and expressed his excitement about becoming a dad.
'Oh yeah ….. and Happy Father's Day ye dads out there,' he captioned a selfie. The photo featured a room containing baby essentials such as a crib, changing table and rocking chair. 'Turns out I shall be joining your hallowed ranks soon! Any tips??'

Pamela Anderson, Liam Neeson dodge dating rumors on 'Today' show: 'Are you two an item?'
"The Naked Gun" costars Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson are the latest focus of Hollywood romance rumors. The Hollywood A-listers behind the beloved 1980s and '90s action franchise reboot appeared on the "Today" show with coanchor Craig Melvin, who bluntly asked the duo if they were dating. "What's the deal here?" Melvin asked on the July 29 episode, addressing "red carpet action" and a "passionate" onscreen kiss. "You're both single right now. There's clearly chemistry on display throughout this film. Are you two an item?" Neeson, 73, replied, "Craig!" as Anderson, 58, coyly quipped, "What? I don't understand the question." Neeson then told Melvin that "I had never met Pamela before. We met on set. And we discovered we had a lovely, budding chemistry as two actors." Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson share affectionate red carpet moment Neeson added that their approach to their chemistry was "like, 'Oh, this is nice. Let's not mold this. Let's just let it breathe,' and that's what we did." Neeson was previously married to British actress Natasha Richardson from 1994 until her death at 45 years old in 2009, while Anderson has had four husbands: Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, rap rocker Kid Rock, poker player Rick Salomon and Dan Hayhurst. Last week, as the costars posed on the red carpet at the film's London premiere, Anderson leaned up and gave Neeson a smooch on his cheek. As they took photos with one of the film's producers, she was seen clasping the Oscar nominee's hand around her left hip. On "Today," Melvin playfully told the costars that "we're watching the beginning of the breathing of a budding relationship" – as Anderson nervously laughed – and the journalist added that "America's here for it. We're here for whatever this turns into." Pamela Anderson done playing characters in her personal life. An Oscar could be next. Before the "Today" interview ended, Melvin complimented Anderson, telling the "Last Showgirl" actress that "you bring out a different side of Liam Neeson" and "we want you (both) to come back when it's official." Last year, when asked whether he was dating, Neeson told People: "No, in a word. I'm past all that." Contributing: KiMi Robinson

Decoding those Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau dating rumours, after they were spotted at dinner
Today in news that no one could have possibly predicted, it looks like Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are kinda/maybe/sorta dating? Or at the very least they were spotted having dinner — during what looks to be a cozy night out. TMZ broke the news (and has pics!) of Katy and the former Canadian Prime Minister eating at what they refer to as "a swanky restaurant in Montreal," where eyewitnesses report that they "sipped cocktails and shared several dishes ... including one with lobster." For what it's worth, Katy is currently in Canada on tour — so maybe they're just catching up? Or maybe this is a date, who can say! Either way, a couple things to note: 1. Justin split from his wife Sophie in 2023, after 18 years of marriage. 2. Katy and Orlando Bloom called it quits earlier this year, with their rep confirming the news to Us Weekly by saying "Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting. They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect." Meanwhile, a source told People that "Katy and Orlando have been suffering through the same problems that have plagued them for years. [They had] too much going on in their lives, which makes it hard to find time for each other and iron out disagreements. When they don't communicate properly, their relationship dips to a low level." This insider added that they'd "been living on an island of stress" and that "sometimes love isn't enough to keep two people with different styles and outlooks on how things are done [together]. It can overshadow the love."

Trisha Paytas's Response To Baby Theories Goes Viral
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. The YouTuber Trisha Paytas has responded after the social media was flooded with viral videos about the so-called Trisha Paytas baby theory. Paytas' video has already been viewed more than six million times. Newsweek has contacted Paytas for comment. What Is The Trisha Paytas Baby Theory? The original social media theory emerged in September 2022 when Queen Elizabeth II died at the age of 96. Trisha Paytas poses at The Entertainment Community Fund Opening Night of "Trisha Paytas' Big Broadway Dream" on Broadway at The St. James Theater on February 3, 2025, in New York City. Trisha Paytas poses at The Entertainment Community Fund Opening Night of "Trisha Paytas' Big Broadway Dream" on Broadway at The St. James Theater on February 3, 2025, in New York the time, social media users took note that in the hours that preceded the death of the longest-reigning monarch in British history, Paytas—a nonbinary YouTube sensation—had announced that they had gone into labor with their first child. Then, social media users decided that Paytas' child was the reincarnation of the monarch. This theory has only continued gaining traction over the years. When Paytas announced their third pregnancy, it coincided with the announcement that Pope Francis had died, sparking theories that their child would be the reincarnation of the pope. Paytas, addressing the theory on her podcast at the time, said, "I just don't get it." Then, the theory entered a new era when Paytas announced that their third child had been born. Paytas announced the birth of their son, Aquaman Moses, on July 12, 2025. The announcement coincided with news of the death of heavy metal legend and Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, leading social media users to believe that Paytas' new baby is the reincarnation of Osbourne. What To Know On July 28, Paytas shared a video on TikTok addressing the rumors. The video has the text overlay "What plays in my head 12 days postpartum and the internet won't stop with the reincarnation conspiracies," and is set to the song "Crazy Train," Osbourne's debut solo single, which was released in 1987. The TikTok is captioned, "my baby is just a baby y'all," and as of press time, has been liked over a million times. Paytas shares their children with Moses Hacmon. The two welcomed a daughter named Malibu Barbie, who was born in 2022. They later welcomed their second child, a daughter named Elvis, on May 24, 2024. Their third child, Aquaman Moses, was born on July 12, 2025. Paytas announced his birth in an Instagram post on July 22. What People Are Saying Indigo Stafford, the entertainment journalist who runs the pop culture news page IndigoReports, previously told Newsweek: " I think the internet is so obsessed with this theory because of how invested we are in Trisha Paytas as fans. She has become an internet sensation and almost a head of state for the chronically online (people who consume a lot of social media). She is known for being her real, raw, and authentic self online. And people love her unfiltered sense of dark humour. And that's ultimately what the Trisha Paytas baby conspiracy is! It's a bit of online dark humour that's possibly gone too far, but that brings us some light relief in uncertain times – just like Trisha does." What's Next Paytas recently shared on her podcast, Just Trish, that she will not be having more children.
