PFF names Stanford WR Elic Ayomanor as best Day 2 pick for Tennessee Titans
Most of the hype surrounding the 2025 NFL draft is centered on the first day, when all of the big names come off the board, and rabid football fans get that rush of emotion when their teams make a pick. But championship teams aren't built in just one round; the entire draft is the difference between being a contender or a bottom-feeder.
The Tennessee Titans have a lot of work to do once they make their pick No.1 overall. Plus, their draft is complicated by not having a third-round selection after they dealt it away in 2024 for cornerback L'Jarius Sneed. The Titans have needs across the board and have a long wait between picks.
Tennessee has to make its second-round pick count, and Pro Football Focus (PFF) believes that a wide receiver is the best Day 2 fit.
Tennessee Titans
Prospect to target: WR Elic Ayomanor, Stanford
Should none of the first-round talents at receiver slide to Round 2, the Titans still can attack the position with a savvy route runner in the form of Ayomanor, who separated at a 71st-percentile rate in 2024. He has a diverse release package and knowledge base that will allow him to excel as an X receiver next to Calvin Ridley.
If you follow Titans Wire, you know that Ayomanor has been a consistent target in the second round of our mock drafts for many reasons, but primarily because of his value compared to those available in our simulations.
Ayomanor can walk in and instantly upgrade their receiving corps. He is a complete wide receiver who has the size, speed, and overall skill set that would be a perfect complement to Calvin Ridley. A big receiver, he has enough speed to threaten teams deep while being a constant red-zone threat.
Ayomanor may have to work on his drops, but he comes into the NFL ready and is one of the easier players to project.

Where does new Jacksonville Jaguars' center Robert Hainsey rank among position group?
Where does new Jacksonville Jaguars' center Robert Hainsey rank among position group? Where does new Jacksonville Jaguars' center Robert Hainsey rank among his position group heading into the 2025 NFL season? Where does new Jacksonville Jaguars' center Robert Hainsey rank among his position group heading into the 2025 NFL season? Pro Football Focus has been putting together its ranking of the top 32 players at each position group. At the guard spot, Mason Cameron had Hainsey at No. 23 on his list. "While we haven't seen much of Hainsey over the past year, he did show flashes on a small sample size, posting a 73.3 PFF overall grade," wrote Cameron. "That should be a positive step toward a return to form in Jacksonville." With the addition of Graham Barton by the Buccaneers in last year's NFL draft, Hainsey played just 94 snaps in 2024 coming off the bench. However, as GM James Gladstone described following the addition of Hainsey in free agency, there were two things about his game that stood out and made him a player that the Jaguars had to sign. One facet is that he knows Liam Coen's offense after the two worked together while in Tampa Bay last season. As Gladstone put it, Hainsey's familiarity with the system "takes some weight off the shoulders" of Trevor Lawrence at the line of scrimmage. The other part of Hainsey's game that grabbed Gladstone's attention was his play style. "The whistle blows and he's playing through it, and that's something that we really, really value," Gladstone said. The Jaguars signed Hainsey to a three-year, $21 million deal with $13 million guaranteed.

PFF give Steelers rare praise — Zach Frazier ranked among top centers in NFL
PFF give Steelers rare praise — Zach Frazier ranked among top centers in NFL Pro Football Focus has given Pittsburgh some rare praise — ranking second-year Steelers C Zach Frazier among the very top at his position. PFF's Mason Cameron recently tackled the challenge of ranking the top 32 centers in the NFL for the 2025 season — and Frazier was ranked in the top three, just below Ravens C Tyler Linderbaum at second and Chiefs C Creed Humphrey at first. Here is what Cameron had to say about Frazier's placement as the third-best center in the NFL: "The Steelers hit it out of the park when they selected Frazier in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft. At just 24 years old, he heads into his second year poised to build on an excellent rookie campaign during which he placed fourth in PFF overall grade (77.9) among qualifying centers. Frazier's all-around grading profile is solid, as he places above the 75th percentile as both a pass protector and a run blocker." Following future Hall of Fame C Maurkice Pouncey's retirement at the end of the 2020 season, the Steelers struggled to find his heir apparent — but Frazier looks to be the cornerstone at the position for the foreseeable future. Pro Football Focus center rankings illustrate value of Aaron Brewer's deal with Dolphins
Pro Football Focus center rankings illustrate value of Aaron Brewer's deal with Dolphins The Miami Dolphins are banking on multiple youngsters morphing into difference makers up front along its offensive line. As the Dolphins navigate forward with some youth, the franchise needs its veteran linemen to be rocks. One of Miami's older heads up front seems to be coming into his own. Sixth-year pro Aaron Brewer is coming off his best season after joining the Dolphins last spring on a three-year, $21 million contract. Brewer's emergence is reflected in Pro Football Focus' latest NFL center rankings. Brewer checks in as the league's No. 7 center according to Mason Cameron. Brewer's move to Miami this past season paved the way for his best season in the NFL. He posted a career-best 74.1 PFF overall grade on a full workload — a top-eight mark at the position. Improvements as a pass protector helped round out his game, as he finished as one of just two qualifying centers to post a 70.0-plus PFF grade as a run blocker and a pass protector. The only other player to hit the mark was Creed Humphrey. - Mason Cameron, Pro Football Focus. Sharing company with the Kansas City Chiefs' Creed Humphrey is certainly a great sign for Miami. Humphrey ranked as PFF's No. 1 center overall. Brewer is likely to share the interior with another veteran and one rookie. The Dolphins selected Arizona offensive lineman Jonah Savaiinaea with their second-round choice in the 2025 NFL draft. Savaiinaea projects as one of the Dolphins' starting guards, joining free agent signee James Daniels who spent the past three seasons in Pittsburgh. Meanwhile, second-year pro Patrick Paul, a second-round draft choice in 2024, is set to slot in as the Dolphins' new starting left tackle. Paul is replacing five-time Pro Bowl left tackle Terron Armstead. Sixth-year pro Austin Jackson projects as the Dolphins' starting right tackle.
