La Petite Maison Reveals International Expansion With Three New Restaurants

Forbes06-07-2025
La Petite Maison will open three new locations in Kuwait, Marbella and the Maldives over the next ... More few years.
Over the next few years, award-winning restaurant La Petite Maison will open three new locations in Kuwait, Marbella and the Maldives. The French Riviera-inspired spot will continue its global expansion strategy beginning with a highly anticipated debut in Kuwait in 2025, followed by a flagship launch in Marbella in 2026 and a new location in the Maldives in 2027.
While all the locations will have signature LPM dishes, each of the new openings will be unique. 'Marbella will be mostly outdoor with a lavish garden and a few unique features to reflect the lifestyle of the Costa del Sol, where we will not only be a restaurant but also be a destination for people to spend time,' explains Nicolas Budzynski, cheif executive officer of La Petite Maison in an interview with Forbes. 'Kuwait will be located on a seafront location near the iconic Kuwait Towers, and will offer beautiful sea views, a private room and a very elegant terrace. Maldives will be a very intimate restaurant, the smallest of our collection, where sea views and sunset meet together for a very exclusive destination.'
With each new location, the brand plans to keep the same quality of food and service consistency. The standout beverage program, which has a new menu that's slowly rolling out at all locations, will also remain the same. 'Our signature dishes and cocktails will remain, as this is in high demand wherever we have opened, and this is what people love us for; however, we will also evolve with time on new creations and features as we have always done,' says Bydzynski.
All of the restaurant's new openings will be in locations that are crucial for La Petite Maison's ... More brand development.
All of the restaurant's new openings will be in locations that are crucial for brand development. LPM ultimately opted for these locations to increase the brand's presence in each of the regions. 'Those markets have a need to increase their F&B offering as they have become extremely popular, and we are honored to be in such high demand with the La Petite Maison brand and product,' says Budzynski.
Up until this point, the brand has had a slow but consistent development. The original La Petite Maison location was opened in London 18 years ago. Since then, the brand has expanded to 10 locations along with five new ones in the works (Boston, New York, Kuwait, Marbella and the Maldives.
'We have taken a lot of time to balance food quality and consistency with growth plan and team structure to ensure we do not focus on one more than the other,' he says. 'The teams have put a tremendous amount of effort into achieving what we have done, year after year, while remaining a market leader and continuing to evolve and surprise our guests.'

All About The Marbella Opening
LPM's debut in Marbella marks its first opening in Spain. The 800-square-meter restaurant takes inspiration from classic Riviera villas and will have indoor and outdoor dining spaces. It will be able to accommodate up to 160 guests and serve up LPM's signature dishes alongside expertly crafted cocktails and a premium wine list.
The Kuwait La Petite Maison
Located on Kuwait's popular Arabian Gulf Street, this new LPM location will offer gorgeous beachfront views. The venue was developed in partnership with Al Dhow Hospitality and the Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC) and features a beautiful open-air terrace, a large dining room and a bar that will highlight the brand's signature mocktails.
La Petite Maison's Debut In The Maldives
In 2027, La Petite Maison will open for the first time in the Maldives. The new open-air dining space will be housed within the Rosewood Resort Ranfaru and feature an intimate 33-cover indoor dining room and a 38-cover outdoor dining room. Both will offer breathtaking sunset views alongside LPM's signature dishes.

Are Labor Day Sales Better Than Black Friday? For the most part, no. Many brands save their absolute lowest prices of the year on Black Friday. That said, often the price differences between the two sales aren't all that big. If you're ready to make a purchase, we don't necessarily think it's worth waiting until November to save a few extra dollars.
