She took part on series 11 of Love Island and impressively made it to day 38.
Jess, 26, famously sported raven hair and pretty, girl-next-door looks.
But she's since debuted a much more glam appearance, a sculpted face and golden tan.
The influencer shocked fans when she showed off her fuller lips, highlighted hair, and a fresh face in snaps from Ibiza last week.
She's now admitted it's not just make-up and colour that has made her look totally different.
Jess hit back at a fan who wanted to know if she'd had a nose job, after she shared photos posing on a pavement in faded jeans, a white bra top and black sandals.
One follower asked her: "Did you have a nose job?" and Jess replies: "No! Just filler from the best ..." tagging her aesthetics practitioner.
Jess revealed she'd ditched her darker tresses last week.
She posed for a series of sunkissed snaps accessorising her look with round rim sunglasses, straw sun hat and a sheer beach dress.
Jess captioned the post: "Summer has been good to me."
I was on Love Island this year - one girl is delusional while another is a BULLY
Her former Love Island pals were quick to compliment Jess of her new look, with Olivia Hawkins writing: "Wow," with a heart eyes emoji.
Eve Gale commented: "Unreal."
Jess' getaway comes after she spoke about a worrying health scare in May.
The brunette told how she feels "sick all the time" in a candid video taken from her bed.
She said: "So this is a genuine question, is it just me or is it normal to feel sick ever day?
"I actually swear 'I feel sick' probably comes out of my mouth once a day.
"And I will feel fine and then I just get that wave of I feel sick for hours, and that's it.
"Then it will just clear. I am never ever sick but I just feel sick all the time, it's bizarre.
"To the point that now if I don't feel sick I'm like, why don't I feel sick?"
The TV star then told how she had put a pizza in the oven, but felt too unwell to eat it.
She finished her clip by asking fans: "What does that mean?"
Her fans were quick to offer a variety of suggestions for the sickness, including anxiety and contraception, yet the underlying advice was to see her doctor and get blood tests.
LOVE ISLAND JOURNEY
Jess was in last summer's original Love Island line-up, yet was dramatically dumped from the ITV2 show in a mass cull ahead of the final.
She was embroiled in a love triangle with Harriett Blackmore over Ronnie Vint during much of the series and they came to blows on several occasions.
Jess was repeatedly branded a "bully" by Love Island fans.
But the former retail manager insisted she has been a pal to ALL of her fellow islanders.
Jess was later tipped for a spot on the spin-off All Stars series - yet never ended up featuring.
Though her ex Ronnie did - and Jess then revealed the truth about claims he "kisses like a washing machine".
In the All Stars spin off, Ronnie was labelled a bad kisser after Elma Pazar blasted his kiss for having a bit too much tongue action at high speed.
Reacting to Ronnie's mistake by comparing her own experience, Jess said: 'I mean I can't speak for all his conquests…but he wasn't as bad as a washing machine!
"Definitely not the best kiss I've had though."
Jess added: "I'd rate Ronnie's kissing as a 6/10…but maybe I need to jog my memory?'
Jess, who failed to find lasting love on the show, has previously admitted: "I think I'm single because I don't underestimate the fact that I'm hard work.
"I know what I want and I'm not easily pleased. When you're a loud, outgoing woman, sometimes it can intimidate men…"

But things quickly go awry as Nella is left dumbfounded by her cousin being unable to answer a very easy question. In The Sun's exclusive first-look clip at the digital series, Darkest Man tells Nella that the next question will be based on the topic of Science. Looking at her family playing alongside her, she chooses her cousin Afo to take on the all-important question to bag a point for their team. However, it quickly falls apart when it emerges that he is the only one of their team to not know the answer to the question. Afo is asked: "Jeff Bezos sent an all-female crew into space, including which popstar?" As soon as she heard the question, Nella can be heard making noises as she walked around the set with her hands in the air as it became apparent that she knew the answer - but Afo did not. The chippy took to social media last week and posted a video to show how it was made. To create the deep-fried delicacy, staff cut a morning roll in half and start spreading a thick layer of Nutella on the bottom. They then add a heap of strawberry jam on top of the hazelnut spread. The roll is then dipped in batter and deep fried. Once it's golden brown, it's taken out of the fryer and then coated in sugar. Chippy bosses have described the treat as "outrageously indulgent". It's only available for a limited time, so you'll need to be quick if you want to give it a go. The caption read: "Introducing… THE GLASWEGIAN DOUGHNUT. Only at Hook and Catch. "We've taken the deep-fried tradition up a notch and created the ultimate Scottish sweet treat – crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and outrageously indulgent. I tried the London tour that lets you make the viral TikTok doughnuts - and you can book for Easter "It's a roll. It's a doughnut. It's pure Glasgow genius. "Available now for a limited time – come and taste history in the frying." Customers have been left divided by the creation and flocked to the comments to give their opinion. One person said: "I'm Scottish and I'd like to report a crime." Another wrote: "There's a reason it's never been done!" A third added: "Why are we as Glaswegians like this?" While a fourth commented: "A Glaswegian heart attack." Despite some punters being left horrified by the idea, others were keen to try it out. One added: "I bet this tastes beautiful." A second wrote: "I'd eat that, wouldn't think twice about it. Looks fab." A third suggested: "Change the crusty roll for a sweet brioche and you could be onto something."
