Neha Dhupia Shuts Down Age-Shaming With Grace, Credits Yoga for Her Glow in Her 40s

Actor and producer Neha Dhupia recently addressed an audience of dermatologists at a recent event, where an unexpected question came her way. She was questioned by a doctor about her "secrets" for looking young in her 40s and if she possibly underwent any surgery to look younger.
Neha Dhupia, who is a mother of two, laughed and then addressed the question. She shared that her inner and outer glow is largely a result of regular yoga practice, which helps her feel grounded and balanced. Her response received a round of applause from the audience.
"I've been practicing yoga for years, and it has genuinely helped me stay balanced, calm, and healthy from the inside, which reflects on the outside too. But I want to say this clearly — it's okay to follow any pattern you wish to look and feel a certain way at any age, but passing judgments on how someone looks, especially a woman, is not okay. This is so back handed and so normalised to ask women of what their 'supposed' secret to beauty or looking younger is."
Neha also emphasized the need to stop putting women under a microscope for their appearance.
"I don't think such comments should be welcomed. We need to stop putting women under a microscope for their appearance, whether they are in their 20s or 40s. I am grateful that yoga has helped me feel the way I do today, but let's remember that true beauty lies in embracing yourself and allowing others to do the same without fear of judgment."
This isn't the first time Neha Dhupia has spoken about body image and societal expectations. In several previous interviews, including on her own podcase No Filter Neha, she has often highlighted the pressures women face around motherhood, ageing, and physical appearance - calling out the unrealistic standards placed on women in the public eye.
Whether it was embracing her postpartum journey publicly or speaking against trolling and body-shaming, Neha has consistently used her platform to advocate for self-acceptance.

Viral Recipe: Your Mom Will Not Stop You From Eating These Tasty Lauki Momos

Most of us grew up dodging lauki (ghiya or bottle gourd) at the dinner table. Why would anybody want to eat it? No taste, no fun, extremely healthy and boring. We would rather stay hungry than eat that lauki sabzi. On the other hand, moms are always trying to feed their kids healthy and nutritious food, and so lauki makes complete sense. So, what if there is a way to turn this most dull sabzi into something you'd actually crave? The answer is momos, yes, lauki momos. Momos prepared using lauki are actually more authentic than the greasy, overstuffed versions we often find on city streets. In the hill towns of Dehradun and Darjeeling, momos aren't just snacks, they're part of everyday home cooking. Over there, hardly anyone uses cabbage in momos stuffing. Instead, they use grated bottle gourd along with a few simple ingredients to prepare these fabulous and comforting momos. Chef Neha Deepak Shah recently brought this regional gem into the spotlight with a now-viral Instagram reel, and the internet can't get enough. This healthy twist on momos has already been viewed 900K times. Why You'll Love Lauki Momos If you grew up hating lauki (bottle gourd), this dish might just flip the narrative. As chef Neha jokes in her viral reel, " Mumma ne lauki agar aise khilayi hoti toh aaj mera lauki ke saath love affair hota! Faltu hi lauki ko badnaam kiya maine." This humble vegetable, when prepared the pahadi way, becomes the star of a juicy, delicate momo. The real charm lies in the simplicity of ingredients and a technique that preserves the natural taste and moisture. A Regional Favourite From The Hills In Dehradun and parts of the North-East like Darjeeling and Kalimpong, momos aren't made with cabbage. Instead, locals prefer grated lauki or squash, lightly seasoned and steamed to perfection. The filling is not even sautéed in general; it is just mixed raw, squeezed of excess water, and stuffed into thin wrappers. This makes the momos juicier and softer, with no oily aftertaste. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Neha Deepak Shah (@nehadeepakshah) How To Make Dehradun-Style Lauki Momos At Home Start by peeling and grating a medium-sized lauki (bottle gourd). Lightly squeeze out the excess moisture, but don't overdo it, as you want the filling to stay juicy. Next, finely chop a small onion and a green chilli, and mix them into the lauki along with a teaspoon of grated ginger and a teaspoon of crushed garlic. Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of oil. You can also mix in some crumbled paneer, although it's completely optional. Give everything a good mix and set it aside. You can sauté the mixture or use the filling directly. If you are cooking it, make sure the mixture is cool before stuffing, as a warm filling can break the thin wrappers. Roll out your momo dough into very thin circles, place a spoonful of the filling in the centre, and seal carefully. Preheat your steamer and steam the momos on high heat for about 7-8 minutes until they're cooked through. Serve It Right With Green Chutney These momos are not served with the popular spicy red chutney. Traditionally, these are paired with a fresh green chutney made with coriander and tomato. The chutney adds a zesty contrast to the mellow flavour of the filling. With minimal oil, fresh ingredients, and a recipe that's been tried and loved in the hill regions of India, these momos are as comforting as they are clean. If you're someone who loves momos but wants to make better choices, these lauki momos might just be your new favourite thing. Try them once, even your mom won't say no.

Akshay Kumar REACTS To Wife Twinkle Khanna And Kajol's Talk Show: 'Already Scared…'

Last Updated: Kajol and Twinkle Khanna are teaming up for a bold new talk show on Prime Video, and Akshay Kumar already has thoughts. Move over, Koffee with Karan. There's a new talk show in town — and it stars two of Bollywood's boldest women. Prime Video has just announced Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle, a brand new unscripted series that brings together Kajol's fiery charm and Twinkle Khanna's no-filter humour in one explosive setting. While fans are already buzzing about the duo's hosting debut, it's Twinkle's husband Akshay Kumar who gave his first reaction to the talk show — and he kept it real, as always. Sharing the show's poster on his Instagram Stories, he wrote, 'Already scared just seeing you two on the poster can't imagine the chaos on the actual show!" Produced by Banijay Asia, the talk show promises to be everything but subtle. Featuring top-tier Bollywood celebs, the format will follow a candid, unfiltered style — much like No Filter Neha or Koffee with Karan. Think big names, unexpected confessions, cheeky banter, and plenty of sass, all stirred up by the dynamic energy of Kajol and Twinkle. From what's known so far, Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle will go beyond the usual polished surface. Expect loud laughs, real talk, and a guest list stacked with Bollywood's biggest stars. The show will premiere on Prime Video soon, with more details expected in the coming weeks. The announcement alone has sparked a wave of excitement, and if Akshay Kumar's reaction is anything to go by, Two Much is gearing up to be one of the most chaotic and fun celebrity shows we've seen in a while. On the work front, Kajol's latest film, Maa, directed by Vishal Furia and starring alongside Ronit Roy, Indraneil Sengupta, and Kherin Sharma, hit theatres on June 27. Now, she's gearing up for her next release, Sarzameen, which boasts an exciting ensemble cast including Prithviraj Sukumaran and Ibrahim Ali Khan, and is set to premiere on July 25. Meanwhile, Twinkle Khanna has been away from the big screen for quite some time, and this show will mark her much-awaited comeback.
