Police are investigating the sudden death of a woman in Belfast this morning.
Cordons are in place in the area on the Shore Road, north Belfast, as PSNI enquiries continue.
An MLA said an arrest has been made.
It is understood emergency services received a call to the scene.
One neighbour said there was a lot of shock in the area.

"We were woken by blue lights at about 1am this morning,' they said, speaking to the Belfast Telegraph from the scene.
"We went down and a police officer said 'we are dealing with a very serious incident.
"There is a lot of shock in the area."

Phillip Brett, a DUP MLA for North Belfast, said there was shock in the area.
'There is massive shock and sadness in the Shore Road community following last night's tragic incident,' he said.
'I have spoken with the police and they will be releasing a statement later today. An arrest has been made.

It stated that Cahill operated within the gang as 'an effective money launderer' and although he has no convictions, he is a close associate of others who have been prosecuted. Warning In early 2019, Cahill was served with three warning notices by gardaí that there was a threat to his life or to his personal safety, according the evidence. His association with the head of the gang, Christy Keane, became known in 2016 when a greyhound, reported to be worth €1 million, was stolen and a ransom demanded. One member of the consortium told the Sunday World at the time that they did a deal when the 'dognappers' realised they were in over their heads. Bawn Motors At a Central Criminal Court sentence hearing this week, it was heard how a garda at the scene on the killing in 2023 noted Cahill saying: 'I hit him with a shovel, I hope the c**t is dead.' At a previous hearing this year, Cahill had pleaded guilty to manslaughter after Ger Curtin smashed windows, threatened to burn the house down and demanded money. Cahill opened the door and used the shovel — which had been propping the door shut — to hit Curtin knocking him to the ground. Protect Before hitting him another three times with the shovel, Cahill had called the emergency services. He later told the call-taker: 'I think he's dead... I had to protect my kids. Police had originally said they were treating the incident as arson, but in an update today they said the death is not believed to be suspicious. The PSNI said in a statement: 'The person who died following a vehicle fire outside Omagh on Saturday afternoon, 2nd August, has been confirmed as a female in her 30s. 'A post-mortem has concluded and family has been informed. At this stage, her death is not believed to be suspicious." TRIBUTES AFTER ARMAGH TRAGEDY It comes after a man died from his injuries in hospital after falling from a moving car in Co Armagh last month. Aaron Samuel Moffett passed away on Friday, just a month after the tragic accident in the Markethill area. Aaron's heartbroken family confirmed the 38-year-old "went to sleep one last time surrounded by his loving family" on Friday. They added: "Our hero, too kind for this world." He is survived by his wife Lindsey, parents John and Florence, sister Hannah, parents-in-law Philip and Jennifer, siblings-in-law Ashley, Chris and Vicky and nephews Bodhi, Sonny, Carson and Arthur. They stated that the house is strictly private and the funeral service will commence on Wednesday at 2pm in Knocknamuckley Parish Church, followed by a private committal. The family appealed that mourners make donations for the benefit of REVIVE and Northern Ireland Air Ambulance.

PSNI officers and the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene shortly after 2pm on Saturday, where they found a silver Mitsubishi Lancer GS2 on fire. The blaze was extinguished by the fire service. Police have said they are treating the fire as arson and are working to ascertain how the victim came to be next to the burning car. 'As fire officers extinguished the blaze they discovered that, tragically, a person had died as a result of the fire,' said Detective Inspector Keon. 'We are treating this fire as arson, and our enquiries as to how the person came to be beside the vehicle are ongoing. 'We would appeal to anyone who may have been in the area between midday and 2.15pm yesterday, who may have noticed anything suspicious, to contact us. 'We would be particularly keen to hear from anyone who had dashcam or other footage and would also like to hear from anyone who may have noticed this particular vehicle.'
