Newsboy's racing tips for Tuesday's three meetings, including Lingfield nap

BINT MOHAATHER (3.00, Nap) has done little wrong in her three starts and looks the ideal pick in the Free Digital Racecard At raceday-ready.com Handicap over seven furlongs at Lingfield Park today.
After running on with promise when fifth on her sole outing as a juvenile last September at Chelmsford City, the daughter of Mohaather returned in a Wolverhampton maiden in June and romped to victory by a very cosy four and a half lengths over today's trip.
Jack Channon then took her to Doncaster 33 days ago for her debut on turf over six furlongs, and having been hampered at a crucial stage, ran on late to finish third, a length and a half behind Mystical Storm.
That trip was possibly on the sharp side and so returning to her ideal distance, the three-year-old can score a first handicap success.
At Carlisle, PROMISE TIME (2.45, nb) can bounce back in the six-furlong pricedup.bet Handicap after running without the handbrake on at Doncaster 19 days ago.
Nigel Tinkler's three-year-old showed considerable improvement prior to that, however, winning over course and distance in May and then followed up over an extra furlong at Town Moor, with an extra 9lb to carry.
The Time Test gelding looks well treated here.

Viktoria Plzen vs Rangers injury news: 9 out as Russell Martin mulls over two major decisions in Europe

Rangers will look to take another huge step towards qualification for the Champions League as they face Viktoria Plzen in the second leg of the third qualifying round at the Doosan Arena on Tuesday (kick-off: 6pm). Russell Martin's side enter the game on the back of another difficult result in the Scottish Premiership, where they had James Tavernier's injury-time penalty to thank for rescuing a 1-1 draw against Dundee at Ibrox on Saturday evening. However, after inflicting a 3-0 defeat over their opponents in last week's first leg in Glasgow, the Gers head to Plzen well in control of the tie. In truth, the hosts have it all to do, and enter the game on the back of a difficult weekend result against 1. FC Slovácko in the Czech First League, where they were forced to settle for a 1-1 after conceding a 93rd-minute penalty. Despite their commanding lead, there's certain to be intrigue as to how Martin sets his side up. His shock starting XI saw both Tavernier and Nicolas Raskin dropped to the bench, though the latter may be handed a reprieve after rescuing a point for Rangers at the weekend. Ahead of the game at Ibrox, The Scotsman has all the latest team news: 1 . Ridvan Yilmaz - Rangers - INELIGIBLE The Turkish defender is expected to leave Rangers this summer, with the full-back left out of the squad for the Champions League qualifiers. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group Photo Sales 2 . She had an inexperienced jockey in the plate when she allowed a useful rival too much rope at Hamilton last time, but she still pulled miles clear of the rest. With Silvestre De Sousa back on board, she can return to winning ways. NOBLE HORIZON (7.10 Hamilton, nb) Bumped into a useful horse at Newmarket two starts ago.
