Blake Lively and Taylor Swift used to be best friends. In fact, Swift is the 37-year-old actor's daughters' godmother. But their dynamics turned upside down when the vocalist was dragged into Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal case. The 41-year-old filmmaker accused his 'It Ends With Us' co-star of using Swift's fame to win the battle.
The court even approved his request to dig into the two best friends' chat messages related to him and the case. As things got out of hand, Swift reportedly took a step back from her friendship with Lively. Recently, a source told RadarOnline that Ryan Reynolds' wife would not let the soloist cut her off from her inner circle. '[Lively] can't accept that their friendship has ended and is pleading for an opportunity to make things right,' they said.
The outlet also mentioned that some leaked texts between the two ladies also affected their relationship. Those messages were sent to Baldoni. In it, Lively compared herself to the 'Game of Thrones' character Daenerys Targaryen, or Khaleesi, and stated that she also has 'a few dragons.' Swift was reportedly hinted to be one of the dragons, which didn't sit well with the pop star.
Another insider claimed, 'Blake insists she never meant to involve Taylor in this. She feels her friendship has been exploited.' They added that the actor treated Swift like her family, and thus, the current situation seems to be 'heartbreaking.' Moreover, since the 'Lover' hitmaker has kept a distance from Lively, her friends, including Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid, have also allegedly cut ties.
Despite the rocky relationship, Lively is 'holding on to hope' to mend fences with Swift. 'Blake isn't ready to give up. She loves her deeply and misses her beyond words,' the source concluded.

Over the past week, Musk has been flooding X with posts promoting Grok Imagine, the new image-and-video-generation feature in SuperGrok, the most advanced version of xAI's Grok chatbot. But the images Musk chooses to showcase say as much about the intended audience as they do about the technology. Instead of highlighting landscapes, futuristic tech concepts, or abstract art, Musk's posts overwhelmingly feature sexualized AI-generated women: scantily clad warriors, lingerie models, leather-clad dominatrices, and bikini-clad beachgoers. Many are posed in ways that lean on well-worn male fantasies: dominance and submission, BDSM aesthetics, and the 'vulnerable beauty' trope. This isn't the first time AI tools have been criticized for reflecting the biases of their creators or promoters. But in the high-stakes AI race, Musk and xAI seem comfortable making Grok Imagine a product that caters openly to a male-heavy user base. In the war for chatbot dominance, they're betting on an old internet truth: sex sells, especially to men.
