Amid a steady first few rounds, fans of the programme will see Jeremy Clarkson quiz him on a tough question about Ireland.
In order to bank £16,000, Mike will have to answer the following question - but would you be able to get it right without using any lifelines?
The Sun's exclusive clip shows Jezza asked him: "Which county in the Republic of Ireland is the largest by area, and the most southerly?"
He is then presented with the following options: "Cork, Donegal, Wicklow and Mayo."
It became clear that Mike was struggling to come to any sort of clear basis for an answer.
He said: "I have no idea, so I think this will be one where I ask the audience."
It was then up to the crowd to decide which of the four possible answers they believed to be the correct choice.
However, the results were not clear cut with 51% plumping for Cork but still a rather large percentage of 30 going for Donegal.
Only 6% opted for Wicklow with 13% picking Mayo.
Unsure, Mike then said to Jeremy: "It is a clear majority, but it is not overwhelming.

"I have more lifelines, but do I really want to use anymore?
"I'll use the 50/50 please!"
Unhelpfully, Mike is then left with both of the top choices - Cork and Donegal.
Trusting in the audience, Mike decided to play without using any more lifelines and picked Cork as his final answer.
Thankfully, it paid off and is correct and lands him £16,000.
But just how far will Mike get up the Millionaire ladder?
Mike's episode airs Sunday at 8pm on ITV.

'Skint' Josie Gibson resorts to 'moving back into a caravan' after This Morning star's home renovation leaves her 'sleepless and with stress through the roof'

has revealed that she's resorted to 'moving back into a caravan' after the This Morning star's home renovation left her 'sleepless and with stress through the roof'. The This Morning presenter, 40, appeared on Thursday's episode of the ITV show to chat with Ed Balls, 58, and Ranvir Singh, 47, about a breast cancer campaign that she is involved in. But before they spoke about that, they mentioned her brand new show Josie Gibson's Big Country Build, which is on our screens later this year. They shared a sneak peek of what to expect, and a clip of Josie of her saying: 'Have I sat down and worked out the financials? 'No. No... and I am quite skint now, actually.' When they returned to the live studio, Josie could be heard laughing out loud and she said: 'You always think you're really cool until you watch yourself on TV and you think "Oh my God - is that what I sound like!?"' Josie said: 'Have I sat down and worked out the financials? No. No... and I am quite skint now, actually' Ranvir pointed out that Josie used to live in a caravan before all this, and now she's got an enormous house. The former Strictly star dubbed the host: 'You are a great British success story!' Josie confessed: 'Well... I've moved back into a caravan. I don't know about that!' Ed was keen to find out what the programme is about. Josie explained: 'So my dream Ed, was to always build an eco house off grid as possible. Myself.' She continued: 'I've roped my family in. So they say never work with family and animals... and I've just done that. To say my stress levels are up here is to say the least.' Talking about her loved ones, Josie said: 'They are great. They are amazing. But there is a lot of challenges let's say.' Ranvir asked: 'Has it put relationships under strain?' 'I would say so,' Josie replied while nodding. As well as transforming her home she is also taking part in Breast Cancer Now and Tombola's 'Eyes Down, Check Up' campaign. They want people to regularly check their breasts and also raise £1m. On Thursday she went down to Westfield Stratford and joined nurses to chat about breast cancer. 'When you're sat down with your mates, let's make it part of the conversation, let's make it a normal thing,' Josie told the presenters. Josie's new show was announced last month. The seven-part series has allowed for cameras to follow her journey of transforming her huge Somerset property into a modern pad. Josie will be joined by her rarely-seen family members brothers Josh and Charlie, who are scrap metal traders, as well as her builder cousin Tom. Not only that, she's keen to follow a sustainable life style, so the camera crew will follow her growing her own produce and installing an underground heat pump for bees. ITV's press release states: 'The extensive renovation will be followed every step of the way as Josie attempts to assemble her dream home, complete with an on-site gym, walk-in wardrobe, and blacked out windows. 'And as she adapts to new surroundings, Josie will be building lots of new friendships with neighbours who could prove integral towards making her renovation dreams a reality.' Speaking about her new show, Josie said: 'My dream is to build a house as eco and luxurious as possible where you are immersed in the sanctuary of nature. 'I want to use the acres of land to try and my best to have a little small holding. I want bees, birds, badgers, to all live in harmony. 'Though, I'm becoming increasingly concerned that my harmonious dream is slowly turning into a construction nightmare..

But new owners decided when upgrading the pub to take some inspiration from the past. Hospitality boss Mike Baxter wanted to create something that harked back to his earlier life in the pubs he drank in. Setting out to recreate the ideal local boozer, he transformed it into a pub from the 1990's and renamed it Leith Social Club. Everything from the fittings to furnishings are the ultimate throwback to a bygone era. With it's pristine wooden walls and plush red carpets, it is a shameless trip down memory lane. The nostalgia boost continues with red leather seating and collection of music decor dedicated to music icons of the 80s and 90s, from posters and memorabilia to framed records. Leith Social Club also has a branded Burberry pool table, a pro dart board and a aniconic LaserDisc jukebox. Mike said: "When the team approached me to take on the Tam O'Shanter, I thought we should take a gamble – Leith doesn't need another speakeasy. "What I wanted to do was to celebrate the culture and community and reimagine the local pub for a modern audience. There will be something for everyone at the new bar as it opens its doors today at 8pm, with staff promising a packed social schedule of events and live gigs. They are even taking advantage of Oasis' sensational reunion shows coming to the city tomorrow. Later tonight they will have a ticketed event with Definitely Maybe and (What's the Story) Morning Glory? producer Owen Morris who will share some stories about the iconic band. There will also be a Noel Gallagher experience to enjoy, alongside The Oasis Exhibition held in collaboration with Bittersweet Home. Open from August 8th-12th and raising funds for Maggie's, revellers can get up close to multiple platinum discs, instruments and even a coat which was worn by Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher. Kyle Dale, Director at Bittersweet Home, says: 'From a Manchester council estate to global fame - this exhibition celebrates the history of the biggest band since The Beatles.
