Katie is known for her love off cosmetic surgery, having spent well over £100K on work to her face and body.
However, the former pin-up has revealed she almost went under the knife for the WRONG operation.
Speaking on today's episode of The Katie Price Show, entitled Face Off, she revealed: "Oh my god. Do you know what is funny, though.
"Before I went down and the doctors come and see you.
"And They thought I wanted a back lift!"
Explaining what it is, Katie said: "Do you know when you twist the neck, people have got love handles and whatever on your back? I mean, I don't have love handles.
"So, basically, imagine if you grab your skin, they basically pull your skin up, so it would lift your bum up, all of that, take all your skin, and you just get a cut right across your back.
Explaining what she said to the surgeons after they said they were going to perform a "back lift" on her, Katie said: "And I went, 'no'.
"'No. I don't want a back lift!' I said, 'lucky you said that!'"
Katie has been keeping fans up-to-date with her recent surgery and her recovery.
Princess Andre snubs mum Katie Price from intimate dinner as she reveals her birthday party guestlist
Yesterday, she posted a snap where she was seen posing in a pair of huge sunglasses while her trademark plumped pout looked painfully tight.
The mum-of-five captioned her post: 'I can't smile.'
Katie previously shared a first-look at her face after the surgery, posing with bandages around her ears and tape by her eyes and nose.
Meanwhile, Katie's recovery is no doubt a distraction from rumours of a rift between her and daughter Princess Andre.

Katie, who shares her daughter and son Junior, 20, with ex-husband Peter Andre, has claimed she was banned from seeing her daughter as she shot scenes for her reality show The Princess Diaries.
Both of them were in Ibiza at the time and Katie told how, when she attempted to meet up with Princess in a bar, she was blocked by members of the crew.
Ahead of the show's debut, Katie shared her frustrations at 'not being allowed to go near' the documentary, with Princess moving in with her dad, Peter Andre, while she shot it.
Show bosses reportedly told Katie she could not be a part of the series, with a source telling The Sun that Katie felt "isolated and disregarded".
"She loves Princess so much and is supremely proud of the young woman she is becoming," they said.
"Princess told her mum that she needed to distance herself publicly and yet chats to her all the time behind closed doors.
"She feels a bit like Brooklyn Beckham, with no one in the Andre family really speaking to her.'

Katie Price 'will no longer be gaslighted' after Peter Andre's bombshell statement
Katie Price's spokesperson has responded after the reality TV star's ex-husband Peter Andre issued a statement criticising her and accusing her of making "repeated lies". Reality TV personality Katie Price has responded after her former husband Peter Andre released a statement targeting her. He slammed her in an extensive post where he claimed she had been telling "repeated lies" throughout the years following their divorce. Katie, 47, and Peter, 52, have been apart since 2009, with the former pair having started their romance after meeting on I'm A Celebrity in 2004. The former partners share children Junior Andre, 20, and Princess Andre, 18. Peter lashed out at Katie in a statement released earlier today, where he claimed she had been spreading "repeated lies" and declared he wished to "set the record straight". Katie's representatives have now responded to the remarks from her former spouse. A representative for Katie informed the Mirror: "Kate is in a much better and clear headspace and is at peace with the situation, this was in the past and she doesn't feel the need to bring up tit for tat comments, but more importantly she's dealing with this the right way and it's now in her lawyers hands. Kate will no longer be gaslighted and bullied as she once was." Peter released his statement regarding Katie this evening, posting on Instagram: "For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today", reports the Mirror. "The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood. In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children." He went on: "In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases, found my ex-wife had made false claims. She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise, to me and my management. The same falsehoods are being repeated today." Peter wrapped up by telling his followers in the statement: "Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months." Earlier this month, Katie launched an attack on her ex-husband and his management firm the CAN Group, who previously represented her as well, following the launch of their daughter's new programme the Princess Diaries. She alleged that she hasn't been permitted to participate or help steer Princess in her career. She revealed that she's "upset" that her daughter is being represented by Peter's management team, who she claimed view Katie as "trash". The former glamour model, Katie Price, has voiced her concerns about the Princess Diaries ahead of its ITV debut. On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, she expressed her disappointment that the CAN Group is managing her daughter Princess' career. Katie, who observed that her daughter is following a similar career path, stated: "I have not been allowed to go on any photoshoot, no signings or Superdrug openings or anything like that. Why? Because I'm not allowed and I'm not welcome." She also reassured fans that Princess resides with her. While dismissing rumours of a feud, she said: "We get on like best friends, mother and daughter. Princess lives with me and she stays at her dad's. Now, she's been staying at her dad's the past two months because she's been filming her show." The CAN Group subsequently issued a statement which read: "As a company, our duty of care to our clients is paramount. We would never advise a client on their personal life unless asked and we have never stopped anyone seeing their families." More recently, Katie requested a meeting with Peter and her former management, the CAN Group. As previously reported, she said on her podcast: "I feel like I've missed out on so much and it's so not fair to bring Princess as piggy in the middle so I think it's about time all of us adults just sit down and talk about what their beef is with me and just get over it. Life would be such more at peace."

But number 14 revealed Princess Anne had two stepchildren from her second marriage to Sir Timothy Laurence, called Tom and Amy Laurence. In reality, the Princess Royal was Sir Tim's first wife when they tied the knot in 1992 - and he did not have any kids. Meanwhile Anne has a son, Peter Phillips, and a daughter, Zara Tindall, with her first husband Mark Phillips. Mark and Anne, who were married for 19 years, divorced the same year she wed Sir Tom. The falsehood was taken down from the website shortly after royal fans were quick to point it out. It's not known exactly where the information came from, although the same error was published by Woman & Home magazine a few years ago. There's speculation whoever wrote the royal website article may have used AI, which found the info from this 2023 piece. A palace source told the Daily Mail: "The facts were checked, and that one was a late addition, sourced from a reputable publication online, which unfortunately wasn't put back through the checking process. "There was no AI sourcing on our part." Royal Engagement: Peter Phillips to marry NHS nurse Harriet Sperling Buckingham Palace has been contacted for comment. Meanwhile, other facts published in the list ranged from the royal's birth to memorable public engagements. "Her Royal Highness was born Princess Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise at Clarence House on 15 August 1950, VJ Day, at 11:50 am," read one fact. It also highlighted her honourable charity work, with more than 400 organisations worldwide. And, she has made a staggering 562 overseas trips, visiting every continent. It has seen her become Colonel-in-Chief of more than 20 British and Commonwealth regiments. Royal fans may have been intrigued to learn Princess Anne was even nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize by the President of Zambia in 1990. The Princess was also the first in the Firm to appear on a TV quiz, BBC's A Question of Sport. And, the first to hold an HGV licence - seeing her get behind the wheel of a double-decker London bus and a police vehicle. She was also the first member of the British Royal Family to compete in an Olympic Games, when she entered as part of the British Equestrian team at the 1976 Montreal Games, the list revealed. Other facts included her being the Patron of the Scottish Rugby Union. Sister to the king, she set to spend her birthday next month as she always does - sailing with her husband around Scotland for just ten days. After this brief period she will return to her work as a senior member of the royal family. This comes royal fans have also theorised hard-working Anne could now prove vital in Harry and Charles' peace talks. The Princess Royal is thought to have some useful advice to offer Harry on life as a "spare" in the Royal Family. A source close to the Royal Family told The Times that Anne could offer some words of wisdom to her nephew. The source said: "She often talked about how, as children, she was treated so differently from Charles. "She was second to him and kicked further down the line of succession as a woman, but she forged her own path. "In her twenties she was bolshy and upset about a lot of things, but she came through that. "He should talk to her about her experiences. She is shrewd. She could tell him a lot about what she went through.' Anne reportedly doesn't plan to retire until her tenth decade, following in Prince Phillip's footsteps. A dutiful and hard working member of the Royal Family, Anne overcame an injury just last year and returned to her duties just a few weeks later. The Princess Royal was admitted to intensive care last June with head injuries and a concussion after reportedly being kicked in the head by a horse at her Gatacombe Park estate in Gloucestershire. She was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol for tests and treatment before returning to her duties that July. Anne has been almost unstoppable for more than seven decades now, working nearly without pause. She is reportedly notorious among her aides for resisting attempts to create downtime for her. Shying away from attempts to celebrate her 75th birthday, Anne instead opted to celebrate more than 100 of the 400 charities she is a patron of. The Princess Royal hosted more than 100 of her charities at a Buckingham Palace reception last month as part of her birthday celebrations. Aside from the reception, Anne has accepted the issuing of a silver coin to commemorate the momentous occasion. Released last week the coin features the Princess Royal's face and the words "The Princess Royal. Celebrating 75 years. Duty and devotion.' In other news Princess Anne's son Peter Phillips has announced his engagement to girlfriend Harriet Sperling. Peter, 47, will marry Harriet, 45, after dating the NHS paediatric nurse for the past year. The couple are yet to set a date for the wedding but have informed the King and Queen today of their engagement. 10 Anne has been almost unstoppable for more than seven decades Credit: Getty 10 Princess Anne on the BBC show A Question of Sport Credit: Instagram/@theroyalfamily 10 The Princess has worked with more than 400 charities worldwide Credit: Getty

And Katie recently made her feeling be known about Peter's management team managing Princess' career. Katie said she was "very, very upset" at the situation and said she is being left out. She also said she won't be watching the new reality show, which she isn't a part of. The mum-of-five claimed she was banned from her daughter's 18th birthday party and that her former management team – who look after both Peter and Princess – did not want her on the show as they considered her 'trash'. Speaking on her podcast recently, Katie alleged: 'Princess was like 'I'm having a party'. And I wasn't invited because it was for 'filming'.' In the documentary, Princess addressed traumatic memories of her glamour model mum Katie's divorce from Pete as well as her other very public relationships. In a candid confession, Princess said: "I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. "But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age." Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Now, Katie has claimed the family could benefit from sitting down and talking. She suggested a sit down talk with Peter and her former management The CAN Group as she said: "I feel like I've missed out on so much and it's so not fair to bring Princess as piggy in the middle so I think it's about time all of us adults just sit down and talk about what their beef is with me and just get over it. Life would be such more at peace." In the latest episode of the podcast, she also shared hopes for the former husband and wife to support their children together. Katie suggested: "There's no reason why both parents can't be there to support her." And speaking about her lack of involvement in Princess' TV show, she went on: "I have to clarify this; I don't care that I'm not in Princess' show I don't need to raise my profile by being in Princess' show I do enough stuff. I'm in the press every day. "All what I want to do is just whatever my daughter does – and it's the same with Junior – I don't care if I'm in the background, but I wanna watch her photoshoots, I wanna watch her do her signings – because that's what I did and my mum and you [sister Sophie Price] and nan used to come along and support and I'm proud of her and I just wanna be there with her."
