When does the Pumpkin Spice Latte return to Starbucks? Here's when you can get one

USA Todaya day ago
Pumpkin spice has returned at Dunkin' and will soon be back at Starbucks, too.
Starbucks announced last month the Pumpkin Spice Latte will return to menus at the end of August, which fits within the range of when it historically has opened pumpkin spice season in the past.
First introduced in 2003, the return of the PSL has become an annual rite of late summer since Starbucks introduced the drink. Over the last two decades, customers have looked forward to the PSL's return.
As pumpkin spice season gets underway, here's what to know.
When does the Pumpkin Spice Latte come out at Starbucks?
PSLs return to Starbucks on Tuesday, Aug. 26.
When does Starbucks drop the fall menu? What's back and new
Starbucks' fall menu drops on Aug. 26 with the PSL. Also returning are the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte.
Newcomers to the menu include Italian Sausage Egg Bites and a Pecan Oatmilk Cortado.
The Cortado, a new style of coffee drink Starbucks added earlier this year, is made with three ristretto shots of Blonde Espresso and steamed milk (ristretto espresso shots are smaller and more concentrated than traditional ones). A current option is the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado.

What's in the Pumpkin Spice Latte?
The PSL, which Starbucks says is its most popular seasonal beverage – available hot, iced or blended – is made with real pumpkin flavor, pumpkin-related spices (including cinnamon, nutmeg and clove), Starbucks Signature Espresso and steamed milk.
The drink is topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices.
Pumpkin spice already on Dunkin's menu
Dunkin' announced its fall menu on Wednesday, Aug. 20, which includes new items like a cereal milk latte and the latest Sabrina Carpenter-inspired drink.
Along with the donut and coffee chain's Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, which can be ordered hot or iced, there's another new latte on the menu: the Cereal N' Milk Latte, made with marshmallowy cereal milk.
Dunkin' also announced a new Iced Pumpkin Loaf and a new Mixed Berry Daydream Refresher, the latest beverage the chain has created with pop star Carpenter.
Also on the Dunkin' fall menu, available now:

If Your Kid Loved 'KPop Demon Hunters,' Here are 8 More Movies to Watch

Fact checked by Sarah Scott My family first watched KPop Demon Hunters by accident this summer, at a beach house with some friends. I'm not sure if the popular Netflix movie was completely appropriate for my 4-year-old, but that did not stop her from falling in love with it. Now, when we're not listening to 'Golden' for the 11 millionth time, we're guessing how many HUNTR/X-inspired costumes we expect to see this Halloween, or telling her that yes, Rumi's purple braid is awesome but no, she's not quite old enough to dye her hair yet. As much as we all love (and love to love) this fun and flashy Buffy the Vampire Slayer-esque movie about Korean demon hunting pop stars and its incredible soundtrack, sometimes we all need to mix things up a little in the rotation of movies our kids want to watch. If it's time to change the channel (even just for a day or two), but your family loves KPop Demon Hunters, here are 8 more similar movies to watch next. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (2023) No movie in recent memory handles the early teen years with as much tenderness and respect as this excellent Seth Rogan-produced film, which we also named one of the best movies of 2023. It follows the turtles as they emerge from the shelter of the sewers to try to become perfectly normal New York City teenagers. While some of the scary parts might be too scary for the very youngest movie-goer—like the parts when our crime-fighting friends are attacked by a hoards of mutants—the beautifully-animated film is only rated PG (same as Demon Hunters) and most kids who can handle the HUNTR/X plotline are ready for some Mutant mayhem. Where to watch: Paramount+ Raya and the Last Dragon (2021) For the KPop Demon Hunters fan who is a little too young for TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, Raya and The Last Dragon might be a better fit. A Disney film set in a fictional Southeast Asian country of Kumandra, this animated film features a brave warrior princess hoping to free her father from a curse, and the friendly dragon friend who helps her do battles with evil spirits, as well as a star-studded voice cast including Sandra Oh and Awkwafina. The movie also introduces young audiences to some of the culture, traditions, and cuisine of Southeast Asia. Where to watch: Disney+ Puss in Boots: The Last Wish (2022) Anyone who has seen it will tell you that The Last Wish goes so much harder than it needed to. The film follows Puss in Boots as he attempts to retire from a life of adventure after finding out he's lost eight of his nine lives. But when he learns about the Wishing Star, he decides to track it down and wish for his lives back. It's a movie with staying power for kids and adults, but keep in mind that it's rated PG. Given that Death is stalking Puss in Boots in the form of a wolf before he can find the star, parents of young kids may want to be more cautious—that said, if they can handle the action in KPop Demon Hunters, they can handle this one, too. Where to watch: Peacock Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse (2018) A refreshing take on the classic comic-inspired movie, this movie follows a Puerto Rican teenager living in New York City named Miles Morales. When Morales inherits Spider-Man's role as the city's hero, he meets other versions of Spider Beings that have accidentally dropped into his dimension, including Gwen Stacey, Spider-Man Noir, and Spider-Ham (yes, he is a pig). This gorgeous and much-acclaimed movie—the inventive animation, which was meant to closely mimic the look of a comic book, earned it the Best Animated Feature award at the 2018 Oscars—is an easy family movie night win, especially for those with tweens and young teens. No one will complain about taking a break from Rumi, Mira and Zoey—they'll be too busy watching Spidey, Spidey and Spidey. Where to Watch: Hulu Nimona (2023) Based on a graphic novel, Nimona—which follows a teenage shapeshifter on a fantastical journey full of surprises and twists — is darker in tone and music-forward. The setting also makes it one of the more original movies on this list: Nimona's world combines both medieval and futuristic elements. Nimona eventually teams up with Ballister Boldheart, a fugitive and disgraced knight, to help solve a murder. With comic-con vibes and a complex main character that defies simple characterization, teens and tweens will especially appreciate this story of unlikely friendship—that's why it's time to add Nimona to the top of your queue. Where to watch: Netflix Turning Red (2022) No movie has spoken to the tender tween years quite as directly as Pixar's 2022 film, Turning Red. Mei Lee lives with her protective mother in Toronto; she loves boy bands and has a crush on a convenience store clerk—and she discovers she has the ability to transform into a giant red panda. Mei, who is Chinese, inherited this trait as did all the other women in her family—including her mother, with whom she has a strained and tense relationship. The heart of the movie is not just Mei's struggle to adapt to this huge life change, it's also how she uses it as an opportunity to repair her relationship with her mom. Just as with Demon Hunters, music and fan culture is a huge part of this movie and the score includes an original song by Billie Eilish. Plus, filmmaker Domee Shi has said that classic anime like Sailor Moon heavily influenced the animation style. Where to Watch: Disney+ Over The Moon (2020) With some darker themes (a mother who passes away from an illness, grief, and loss) this family-focused movie is ultimately heart-warming and inspiring. Set in a Chinese village, the movie follows a little girl named Fei Fei who builds a rocketship so that she can fly to the moon in search of the moon goddess. The soundtrack also includes several pop-style songs your kids will be singing along to for months. Where to watch: Netflix Leo (2023) While there's no demon-fighting KPop stars in sight, Leo actually checks a lot of the same boxes as KPop Demon Hunters in that it's as entertaining for little kids as it is for older kids and tweens. Centered around a fifth grade classroom pet named Leo, an elderly lizard who can talk. Leo, whose only dream is to visit the Everglades, imparts his wisdom on the students who take him home each week. This sweet Adam Sandler film is a tender coming-of-age story. ‘Peacemaker' is back for Season 2: How to watch, release schedule, cast

New York Post may be compensated and/or receive an affiliate commission if you click or buy through our links. Featured pricing is subject to change. There's never a bad time to rock, and there's never a bad time to watch 'Peacemaker.' Three years after the DC Comics-inspired TV series dropped its first season, 'Peacemaker' is finally back for Season 2 on HBO Max. 'Peacemaker' follows the titular antihero (John Cena) in the aftermath of 'The Suicide Squad,' as he's tapped to join a new mission in exchange for time off his prison sentence. In Season 2, Peacemaker is forced to face his traumatic past and find a way forward as he discovers alternate universes where he has a completely different (sometimes better) life. Season 2 will also debut a different opening credits sequence where the entire cast will perform a new dance to 'Oh Lord' by Foxy Shazam. The new season, written entirely by creator James Gunn, exists in the new DC Universe (DCU) that officially kicked off with Gunn's 'Superman' earlier this year; because of this, characters from that film will appear throughout Season 2 of 'Peacemaker.' While Season 1 is technically set in a different DC cinematic universe, most of what happens in that first eight-episode season is still canon to the 'Peacemaker' story. 'Peacemaker' release time: When does 'Peacemaker' Season 2 come out? 'Peacemaker' Season 2 premieres tonight, Aug. 21, at 9 p.m. ET on HBO Max. New episodes will drop weekly on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET through Oct. 9. How to watch 'Peacemaker' Season 2 'Peacemaker' Season 2 is airing exclusively on HBO Max. If you're new to HBO Max, you can sign up for as low as $9.99/month with ads, but an ad-free subscription will cost $16.99/month. If you want to stream even more and save a few bucks a month while you're at it, we recommend subscribing to one of the discounted Disney+ Bundles with Hulu and HBO Max. With ads, the bundle costs $16.99/month and without ads, $29.99/month. 'Peacemaker' Season 2 episodes and release schedule While Season 1 had a three-episode series premiere, 'Peacemaker' Season 2 is dropping one episode every week for the next eight weeks. Episode 1: 'The Ties That Grind' – Aug. 21 Aug. 21 Episode 2: 'A Man Is Only as Good as His Bird' – Aug. 28 Aug. 28 Episode 3: 'Another Rick up My Sleeve' – Sept. 4 Sept. 4 Episode 4: 'Need I Say Door' – Sept. 11 Sept. 11 Episode 5: 'Back to the Suture' – Sept. 18 Sept. 18 Episode 6 – Sept. 25 Sept. 25 Episode 7 – Oct. 2 Oct. 2 Episode 8 – Oct. 9 'Peacemaker' cast: Who is returning and who is new for Season 2? Of course, the aforementioned Cena is back as Chris Smith / Peacemaker (and he'll also portray some alternate universe versions of Chris), alongside the rest of the 11th Street Kids: Danielle Brooks as Leota Adebayo, Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase / Vigilante, Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt, and Steve Agee as John Economos. Robert Patrick is also set to return as Auggie Smith / The White Dragon, Peacemaker's father, and Nhut Le is back as Judomaster. Some more familiar DCU faces will make their 'Peacemaker' debuts in Season 2 as well; Nathan Fillion (Guy Gardner / Green Lanter), Isabela Merced (Kendra Saunders / Hawkgirl), Sean Gunn (Maxwell Lord), and Frank Grillo (Rick Flag Sr.) reprise their roles from 'Superman.' Additionally, Tim Meadows will portray ARGUS agent Langston Fleury, Sol Rodríguez will play Sasha Bordeaux, Michael Rooker will play Red St. Wild, and David Denman has been cast in an unannounced role. How to stream 'Superman' at home Last week, 'Superman' flew onto home theater screens as it dropped on-demand from platforms like Prime Video. You can buy it for $29.99 or rent for $24.99 now. Gunn confirmed that the film's home video release after just over a month in theaters was due to 'Peacemaker's Season 2 premiere, stating, 'I wanted everyone to be able to see 'Superman' that wanted to, even those people who couldn't get to a theater before 'Peacemaker.' And that's really the reason for it.'
