While older generations prized trust and brand loyalty, today's consumers demand personalized experiences, fast service, and emotional resonance—often driven by what they see on social media and digital platforms. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the short notification for the IBPS Clerk 2025 examination on 29 July 2025. Rebranded as the CRP-CSA (Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Customer Service Associates), this year's exam marks the fifteenth cycle and is officially titled CRP CSA-XV. The recruitment will fill clerical-level vacancies in 11 participating public sector banks across India.
