There is no stopping of fan theories and speculations after the release of
GTA 6 Trailer 2
. After almost one and half years, Rockstar Games has finally released the highly anticipated second trailer of the game. Be it the game's storyline or character inclusion from GTA: Vice City, the trailer sparked a huge array of speculations.
Similarly another fan theory has emerged which might have teased an easter egg from one of the most popular missions from GTA 5.

If it is really the case, then are we going to see some

action in GTA 6?
Michael's yacht from GTA 5 gets spotted in GTA 6 Trailer 2
Fans have spotted a connection between GTA 5 and GTA 6. | Credit: Rockstar Games.
At the very beginning of the Trailer 2 of GTA 6, when Jason was having a conversation with Brian Heder, a side character in the upcoming game, fans spotted a yacht in the right side of that particular frame. Now, they have started speculating that this is the same yacht which was an integral part of the
'Father & Son'
mission in GTA 5.
That yacht actually belonged to Michael, which was sold by his son with his permission. However, somehow Michael's son was locked in that yacht and it was towed by a truck. And in that popular mission, we saw Michael and Franklin chasing that truck and ultimately rescuing Michael's son from that towed yacht, plotting an epic chase scene.
Now, many fans have claimed that the yacht shown in the trailer is actually the same one from that popular mission of GTA 5. In the mission, Michael and Franklin were able to retrieve Michael's son, but couldn't stop that truck which fled with that yacht. And fans have found a new connection from this.
According to a fan theory, that yacht eventually made it to Vice City, where Jason actually bought it and kept it in his front yard. This theory also gets a huge boost with a dialogue of Jason in the trailer,
'low-life criminal who stole it from some rich guy in Los Santos''
, indicating a potential connection between these two games.
Now the question arises, is that really the case? Can we see Michael in GTA 6? It's also possible that this is just an Easter egg or a yacht that looks a lot like it and has no canonical significance. Given that Michael is employed at Richards Majestic Studios in Los Santos as of 2021 in the GTA chronology, it seems unlikely that he will make an appearance in GTA 6.

IPL Final: Shankar Mahadevan to pay tribute to Indian armed forces with sons at closing ceremony

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], June 2 (ANI): Ace musician Shankar Mahadevan is all set to give a musical tribute to the Indian armed forces at the closing ceremony of IPL 2025. On Tuesday, Shankar will be joined by his sons Siddharth and Shivam for the special performance, which is scheduled to be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad before the start of RCB vs PBKS match. Expressing happiness on receiving this chance, Shivam on Instagram wrote, 'See you at the FINAL tomorrow (red heart emoji)What an honour this is !!!! #IPLFINAL #TRIBUTE #SSSLIVE #IPL.' Notably, Operation Sindoor was India's decisive military response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. Launched on May 7, Operation Sindoor led to the death of over 100 terrorists affiliated with terror outfits like the Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen. After the attack, Pakistan retaliated with cross-border shelling across the Line of Control and Jammu and Kashmir as well as attempted drone attacks along the border regions, following which India launched a coordinated attack and damaged radar infrastructure, communication centres, and airfields across 11 airbases in Pakistan. After this, on May 10, an understanding of the cessation of hostilities between India and Pakistan was announced. The IPL 2025 was suspended for one week due to the tensions between India and Pakistan. The matches resumed from 17 May across six venues, and the final was rescheduled from 25 May to 3 June. (ANI)
