Love Island fans convinced Ben 'has problem' with co-star just one day in

Daily Mirrora day ago

Ben has already been spotted slagging off one of his co-stars during his first day in the Love Island villa, leaving viewers speculating that they have already developed a feud
Love Island viewers are calling Ben out after he took a savage swipe at former partner Shakira just one day into the new series. The pair were originally coupled up on premiere night, but when American bombshell Toni arrived, she stole Ben for herself, leaving Shakira single and vulnerable to being dumped from the island.
While fans were expecting some awkwardness between the former couple, they were shocked to hear Ben's brutal comment about his former flame. In a chat with Toni, Ben said he was glad the Vegas pool party waitress picked him, adding: "Shakira needed to be humbled."

The remark left viewers stunned, and many are questioning what went down between the pair behind the scenes. One person posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, asking: "Sorry did he say Shakira needed to be humbled??? What is his problem???"
Another questioned: "Did I miss something yesterday? Ben seems to have quite a problem with Shakira?" A third added: "What did Ben mean by Shakira needed humbled? It's not even been 24 hours… get this p**ck out."
The harsh comment came after a noticeably frosty exchange between Ben and Shakira during Maya Jama 's villa visit. When Maya asked the Islanders how they were settling in, there was clear tension between Ben and Shakira, which led the show host to joke that the pair had been "bickering".

Love Island star Anton Danyluk takes brutal dig at villa ex as he reveals why he's still single

LOVE Island star Anton Danyluk has taken a brutal dig at his villa ex, while revealing why he's single. In a new post, the 30-year-old reality star explained why he wasn't currently in a relationship, and shared a string of images. 5 5 He penned: 'Still single… 'Yes, I went on Love Island. Twice. No, I didn't find love. And no, I'm not crying about it — I'm too busy building an empire and smashing PBs. Anton then revealed he's single due to working on himself and his career, and shared a photo with ex Belle Hassan, writing over the top: 'Any time I've dated, they've needed more attention than I can give. 'They didn't understand the mission. They weren't truly supportive of my journey.' Anton had shared a photo with his arm around ex Belle and wrote the caption over the top. And fans were horrified, as one person wrote: 'Why put that caption with pictures of two girls like that's really creepy strange energy.' A second penned: 'How did anton turn from a likeable character to someone who I think is quite strange?' And a third echoed: 'Not cool using the photo of the girls.' Anton went on to write in his caption: 'Truth is, I could be in a relationship… Love Island star strips off completely But right now, I'd rather date someone who doesn't get jealous of my routine, my goals, or my air fryer. 'Because let's be honest — your partner is your biggest investment. (And if they don't lift you up like Rachel & Sharon did for each other during my last challenge… then babe, it's a no from me.)' The online coach became single again after his relationship with ITV co-star Georgia Harrison, 29, fizzled out in April last year. Georgia and Anton's post-split swipes Just a day after their split was revealed and a source blamed it on the 400 miles between them, Anton shared a quote that said: "If someone truly loves you, distance is not a problem. "It's just the power of making love grow each day." While travelling with his mum in Pisa, Italy, Anton appeared to be looking for the positives in the relationship breakdown. Sharing snaps by the Leaning Tower of Pisa, he wrote: "When things appear to be falling over, step back and see the beauty in it." Most brutally of all, Anton voiced his regret at ever taking part in All Stars. He told fans: "I hated every minute of it. Part of me wishes I had never done it again just because 'cause it kind of ruined my Love Island experience. There were times I just questioned what am I actually doing." Meanwhile, Georgia took to Instagram to share a montage about 'marrying her best friend'. The video showed a couple messing around together, with clips of them singing at a concert, splashing about in a swimming pool and dancing together. The caption said: "Proof you should marry your best friend." Georgia then said: "If it ain't this I don't want it," with laughing emojis, suggesting her latest romance most certainly wasn't that. Days after the relationship ended, Georgia shared a tongue-in-cheek video on TikTok showing her desperately trying to escape any reference to it. Georgia nervously looked over her shoulder and ran through the complex as she was 'chased' by the question "Are you still together?" He said: I've been on a few dates but nothing's really come to anything if I'm honest. "It's always difficult dating in the public eye as you never really know people's true intentions. "When it comes, it comes, but there's nothing in the pipeline just yet." Telly fave Anton shot to fame on the 2019 series of the hit dating show. He hooked up with stunning make-up artist Belle Hassan but called off their romance months later. The fitness expert, from Airdrie, Lanarkshire, was involved with stunning personal trainer Dom Blunska but split just weeks before Anton jetted off to South Africa in January for a second shot at love. And now the businessman has revealed he's 'putting all of his eggs in one basket' as he puts love on the back burner to concentrate on his career. The Love Island star said: "When it comes it comes, but nothing in the pipeline just yet. "You know me, I'm always focused on business and working away. "I've got my online coaching business and my fitness app - they're both absolutely flying at the minute.' 5

I'm young and healthy but I've made a 24-minute montage to be played at my own funeral

A young and healthy woman has prepared her own funeral montage in advance to guarantee 'only the hottest photos get chosen', her best friend recently revealed on TikTok. Jasmine, from the US, documented the moment Alexis Pinedo, who works in an American funeral parlour, played the 24-minute 'morbid' video clip during what was supposed to be a routine sleepover. Beneath the clip, which has since gone viral on social media, Jasmine wrote: 'Having a morbid best friend who works in funeral and cemetery services is not for the weak. 'Anyone else's best friend make their own funeral montage to make sure only the hottest photos get chosen,' she added, panning the camera to a shot of Alexis. Alexis admitted she created the photo montage in advance to guarantee her loved ones would only see her looking her best in death, while adding the nearly half-an-hour long video covered her 'whole life. The slideshow was set to emotional music with a vision for how Alexis wanted to be remembered post-mortem. She admitted she had thought through all the details, including who will inherit her favorite Darth Maul t-shirt, and what colour the flowers at her funeral will be. Even though Jasmine appeared to believe Alexis' preparations were a bit extreme, the latter - who is Mexican-American - believes making these arrangements is normal. Both her job and her Mexican heritage have helped Alexis embrace death as a natural part of life. Plus, Alexis told People, 'I've always just been a little morbid and creepy myself'. She also admitted she was motivated to create the montage following a motorcycle accident that Jasmine's cousin was involved in. Though he survived, it left the funeral worker wondering what would happen if she died unexpectedly and without any preparation. 'I'm really particular, and I don't trust anybody to do things the way that I want to do it,' she said. 'If this happens to me, you make sure I'm right. Don't have me looking all crazy with two different-shaped eyebrows. I got to have my nails done. I want a specific colour of flowers.' While she admitted that only selecting the 'hottest' photos was in jest, she emphasised the practicality of 'unburdening' her family by having something in the pipeline - should she meet a sudden and fatal end. Time spent working intimately with people who have lost loved ones to unforeseen circumstances has made Alexis of the toll they take on their loved ones. People in the comments found the video, which has now nearly 2 million views, othrt heartwarming and hilarious Recalling the evening she saw the montage for the first time, best friend Jasmine said she was as much in fits of giggles and she was floods of tears. 'We were both crying watching it,' she said, joking that their families were left baffled by the two watching an early funeral screening for Alexis. Alexis's no-nonsense approach to death has made Jasmine less fearful of death too, as she explained it has taught her a combination of 'comedy, laughing, and accepting it' to cope with it. Reflecting on the strength of their relationship, she said people should 'hold on to' friendships like theirs - adding 'nothing is ever that serious'. 'Even death isn't that serious.' Having planned the day of her funeral meticulously, Alexis said it would be the 'last time' she'd see the video since she wouldn't be there to watch it on the day. People in the comments found the video, which has now received nearly 2 million views, both heartwarming and hilarious. One commenter wrote: 'Not her having ya'll sit through a funeral montage while she's still alive.' Inspired by the choice to prepare in advance for the funeral, a second chimed: 'I gotta do one of these, because I just KNOW my family wouldn't do me justice lol.' A third commented: 'My grandma did the same thing. She proofed her own obituary and had to personally approve each pic in her montage. She also went out in a glittery pink casket. Queen behaviour.' 'A girl can't have a dress rehearsal for her other big day?,' one viewer joked.

Olivia Attwood gives 3-word verdict on Kris Jenner's facelift

Love Island star Olivia Attwood is once again looking at the pros and cons of plastic surgery, and how social media is redefining beauty, in the new series of The Price of Perfection Kris Jenner has made waves for her ageless appearance - but Olivia Attwood has recently let slip how she really feels about her transformation. Love Island star Olivia Attwood is hosting a new series of The Price of Perfection, and has given her verdict on Kris Jenner 's alleged facelift, saying 'it's quite dystopian.' ‌ The presenter notes that plastic surgery has changed a lot in recent years, adding that 'work is becoming so sophisticated now, so undetectable, there's so many things happening on the surgery table with things like face lifts, fat grafting, stem cells, polynucleotides, things that are literally turning back the clock.' ‌ 'She looks fantastic, and I think there's no limit to what we'll see in the next 10 years in terms of the scientific development of anti-aging procedures.' In her previous series, which questioned how social media is redefining beauty, Olivia, 34, met men willing to undergo treatments in pursuit of the 'perfect penis'. This time around, she is once again investigating cosmetic surgery but also focusing on other beauty treatments including weight loss injections, which she discussed with Kate Moss 's younger sister Lottie Moss. 'It's something we all hear about so much, but I had very little understanding of how it actually works,' Olivia says. Lottie, 27, was hospitalised after taking Ozempic – which is prescribed for type 2 diabetes and not meant for weight loss – which she got from a friend. 'It had a lot of press, but I wanted to understand more – why someone so petite would take Ozempic,' Olivia says. 'It's not an easy conversation to have when Lottie knows she's probably going to receive a fair amount of backlash, but she was really honest. It's important to have those conversations.' ‌ Olivia, who had her breast augmentation 'revised' and admits her lips were 'once too big', is well aware of the potential risks of surgery, and advocates for more awareness. 'Research the surgeons,' she urges. 'You have to be scrupulous because some surgeons delete bad reviews and post fake good ones.' The new series features a cosmetic procedure in Turkey, which has become a popular destination for surgery, and the presenter feared the worst when her team were told they would not be allowed to film the procedure after all. 'I was thinking, 'This is a massive red flag. Why have they suddenly changed their minds?'' she says. ‌ However, Olivia is aware that, having had plastic surgery herself, not everyone will heed her warnings about the dangers of unresearched surgery. 'I'm not going to give a lecture or be holier than now, especially as someone that's had cosmetic procedures, I'm never going to stand on a pedestal and go, don't do this, don't do that,' she says. 'I'm more just like, here, let me give you the information, a cross section of the industry, and then people can make decisions for themselves.'
