THREE in 10 Brits are holding back from doing what they want to do in life due to fear of judgement from others.
A study of 2,000 adults found 51 per cent wish their life was more spontaneous while 25 per cent feel 'stuck' in their daily routine.

And 45 per cent admit to being creatures of habit.
As a result, 67 per cent admit they do the same thing every August Bank Holiday, despite 46 per cent wishing they could be more spontaneous during the extended weekend.
The research was commissioned by Beavertown, which is encouraging Brits to do something different this bank holiday weekend, by inviting them to apply to a competition to take a flight in The Skulloon Tavern, a one-of-a-kind hot air balloon that also doubles as a pub.
It will take flight on Saturday, August 23, and give Brits a chance to visit the pub in a way that is a little more out there.
Tom Rainsford, spokesperson for Beavertown said: 'We are a nation of people holding ourselves back.
'But we believe life gets a lot more interesting when you stick your neck out, embrace spontaneity, and dare to do things differently.'
It also emerged nearly two thirds (64 per cent) claimed to have not done the one thing they've always dreamed of ‒ because they always play it safe.
With 65 per cent labelling themselves as 'risk-averse'.
Other reasons included a fear of failure (30 per cent) or simply not wanting to step out of their comfort zone (21 per cent).
Other words respondents used to describe themselves included cautious (57 per cent), reserved (48 per cent), and predictable (25 per cent).
As a result, 22 per cent have stuck to the same routine for a long period of time, according to OnePoll.com data.
And while 36 per cent describe their daily routine as comforting and 16 per cent find it fulfilling, 51 per cent wish they could be more spontaneous.
Tom Rainsford added: 'Too often, we stick to what we know out of habit or convenience but exciting things rarely happen when we play it safe.'
'That's why we're shaking things up this bank holiday - with almost a third of the UK listing a trip to the pub as their non-negotiable bank holiday plan, we thought we'd give you the chance to enjoy a pint a bit further north of your usual beer garden.'

The Fantasyland Enchanted Forest was set to be built in an area of the park where a few closures had taken place including the abandoned Skywalk station from 1999 and the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Submarine Voyage from 1994. Whilst a small Winnie the Pooh play area and meet-and-greet opened in 2004, the Fantasyland Enchanted Forest announced in 2009 planned to open several mini lands. The main area would have been an Enchanted Forest, acting as the central mini land where guests would be able to meet-and-greet Disney princesses such as Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Belle. 5 But one major element that didn't make it was Pixie Hollow featuring Tinker Bell Credit: Disney Another mini-land proposed was Pixie Hollow, with Tinker Bell and her fairy friends - guests would have even been shrunk to pixie size. Other attractions included a Prince Charming Regal Carrousel and Peter Pan's Flight ride. And taking over the spot where Pixie Hollow was due to be, the Storybook Circus doubled the size of Dumbo the Flying Elephant, created an interactive queue area and re-themed the kiddie rollercoaster, The Barnstormer. Part of the site set for the Enchanted Forest was also given to a new ride known as the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, replacing Snow White's Scary Adventures. According to Orlando Park Stop, this was Disney's attempt to make the new area attractive to boys as well as girls. This ride marked the last part of the development to open in May 2014 and to date remains one of the most popular attractions at Walt Disney World. Matthew Baker, 44, was on a family day out when his four-year-old son wanted to go on the Wacky Worm ride. He described how there was a "jaunting, jiggling noise" after the ride completed one lap. The ride then suddenly stopped and lifted the train off the rails completely before crashing back down and bouncing up again. Matthew claims that a section of the security fencing flew off and nearly hit his partner following the impact. After witnessing the horror, Matthew and two other men rushed to the ride and "ripped" at the gate to reach those still on board. "My four-year-old had a busted lip - there was a lot of blood - and he has bruises on his body," Matthew told WalesOnline. "My 15-year-old hurt her left knee, and my 13-year-old daughter, who was sitting behind them, hit her chin so hard her jaw is swollen and she's badly bruised around the ribs." He added: "Physically, there was nothing major," Matthew said. "But mentally, it's difficult." Emergency services raced to the scene after witnesses reported seeing the Wacky Worm ride derail shortly before 6pm. The English seaside town with no arcades or rides but named the best in the UK The ride - described by the amusement park's website as "the perfect first thrill ride for kids" - had a number of children on it when it suddenly derailed. South Wales Police confirmed that 13 children and one adult were injured as a result, with some needing hospital treatment. Footage circulating on social media shows adults helping the children off the ride. Witnesses also reported seeing seeing children bloodied after the derailment. A spokesperson for South Wales Police said yesterday: "Officers were called to Coney Beach Amusement Park, Porthcawl, Bridgend at around 5:50pm this evening following an accident involving one of the rides. "At this time we have confirmed that 13 children and one adult have sustained minor injuries. "Some of these have required hospital treatment. "The amusement park will remain closed tomorrow while officers and health and safety personnel carry out their investigation. "Please continue to avoid the area to allow Emergency Services access." Coney Beach Pleasure Park said in a statement that it was instructed by police to clear the site after an accident on a "third party ride" not owned by the park. The park apologised for the disruption and confirmed it will provide refunds to affected customers as soon as possible. A statement added: "Due to an incident on a third-party ride not owned by Coney Beach, we were instructed by the police to clear the site for further investigation. "We apologise for the disruption and will be providing refunds to affected guests as soon as possible. We will be releasing instructions on refunds shortly.
