Boy, 11, dies weeks after another child killed in M4 minibus crash
Othniel Adoma, from Bracknell, Berkshire, died on Thursday, more than three weeks after the single-vehicle crash.
The white Ford Transit minibus overturned on the exit slip road at junction 10 of the M4 eastbound, near Wokingham, on Sunday, May 11.
A six-year-old boy, who has not been named, also died in the collision. Five other children who were injured have now been discharged from the hospital.
No arrests have been made following the smash, which involved only the minibus.
The motorway was closed in both directions to allow more air ambulances to land at the scene.
Detective Sergeant Lyndsey Blackaby said: 'My thoughts, and the thoughts of everyone at Thames Valley Police, are with the family and friends of Othniel Adoma.

South Central Ambulance Service said it was first alerted to the crash at 2.24 pm, with its first units arriving at the scene eight minutes later.
Five critical care units, including two air ambulances, attended the incident along with six ambulances.
One motorist said she saw the huge emergency scene just before the road was closed off as she drove past it.
She claimed 'idiots were still driving down the inside lane they had closed so the emergency vehicles could get through – hope they all get tickets.'

Child, 2, dies after family struck by car 'smashing through barrier'
A two-year-old child has been killed after a young driver crashed into a family at a car park last night. Local news sources reported that the fledgling driver had crashed into a man, woman and a young child at Gorrell Tank car park in Whitstable, Kent. The two-year-old child was sadly confirmed dead at the scene at around 8.15pm on Saturday. A witness said the incident was 'very serious and very sad'. 'A man suffered serious injuries and were taken to a local hospital for treatment. A two-year-old child was sadly confirmed deceased at the scene. His next of kin has been informed.' Three fire engines attended the scene of the incident, which is thought to have involved two cars. A spokesperson for South East Coast Ambulance Service said in a statement: 'We sent three ambulances and two Critical Care Paramedics to the scene. 'The child was in a very serious condition and the male had received serious injuries.' Canterbury City Council, which operates the car park, said its 'thoughts are with everyone affected' by the incident. Extra police deployed in Reading over violence fears
Police have announced measures to prevent potential "serious violence" in a county Valley Police said extra officers and temporary powers had been authorised in part of Reading, Berkshire, from 19:00 BST. The Section 60 and 34 powers enable random stop and searches and the dispersal of groups causing disorder or a nuisance, police force said it followed concerns of possible disorder and individuals carrying weapons associated with a "planned event" in the area, with those involved "known to each other". Supt Adrian Hall said: "These are emergency powers and the threshold to implement them is very high. "You will see more police officers in the area while the order is in place and we expect to carry out more stop and searches than usual."The orders, which last for 12 hours and will be reviewed on Sunday, will be put in place within Queens Road, Mill Lane, Elgar Road, Christchurch Road and Redlands Road. Teenage motorcyclist dies in collision near Great Shefford
A teenage motorcyclist has died in a collision with a car whose driver has been arrested over drink and victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened shortly before 19:00 BST on Friday at the junction of the A338 and the B4000 Ermin Street, near Great Shefford, said a 19-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on suspicion of a number of offences, including causing death by dangerous driving and driving under the influence of drugs and remains in custody.
