
Infosys collaborates with LogicMonitor to enhance IT operations observability
Infosys has announced a strategic collaboration with LogicMonitor, a SaaS-based hybrid observability platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). This partnership combines Infosys AIOps Insights, part of the Infosys Cobalt cloud suite, with LogicMonitor's Edwin AI to improve IT operations observability.
The integrated solution aims to enhance performance, reliability, and customer experience across complex IT environments. Key benefits include reducing problem diagnosis and resolution times by up to 30%, minimizing redundant alerts by up to 70%, and providing comprehensive visibility across hybrid IT systems.
Additionally, the collaboration delivers persona-based insights to support better forecasting and enable proactive IT issue resolution and informed business decisions.
