Fortnite leak suggests a new map and superhero-themed game mode in Chapter 6 Season 3

Fortnite might be gearing up for one of its most dramatic seasons yet. With Chapter 6 Season 3 on the horizon, a major leak has surfaced, and it's buzzing with excitement. A trusted leaker has hinted at a bold new location, Utopia City, along with a limited-time game mode that trades your usual loot and builds for superpowers. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now Here's everything you need to know! A Massive Shift Is Coming to Fortnite (Screenshot via X/@blortzen) According to the leak, the new map addition 'Utopia City' will feature a sleek, futuristic design. Tall neon towers, high-tech streets, and possibly even a Hero Academy sitting at its core. This isn't just a cosmetic overhaul. If true, this location could bring an entirely different vibe to the current island — more sci-fi epic than survival shooter. Early speculation suggests Utopia City won't just be eye candy. It might serve as a central hub for a new storyline arc involving emerging heroes, secret factions, and evolving missions. Leaks Suggest a New Superhero LTM (Screenshot via X/@blortzen) The biggest twist, though? A new game mode centered entirely around superpowers. Instead of guns, players might harness unique powers — flight, energy blasts, teleportation, or even elemental control. While this isn't confirmed by Epic, the leaker hints that it'll be available as a limited-time mode , likely tied to the core Utopia City experience. It's a bold shift — one that could pull Fortnite out of its recent slump. Why This Leak Matters Now Fortnite has been dealing with a bit of turbulence. Despite high-profile collabs like the recent Star Wars mini-season, the player count dipped to its lowest in two years this May. Fans were starting to wonder: Is Fortnite losing its magic? This leak suggests the opposite. If Epic Games really is planning a superhero-style season, it could bring back the thrill, chaos, and innovation Fortnite is known for. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now Add the possibility of a Superman crossover (timed with the upcoming movie), and you've got a recipe for hype and headlines. A Comeback Season? Nothing's officially confirmed. But if these leaks turn out to be true, Chapter 6 Season 3 might be Fortnite's big comeback moment. A futuristic city, powers instead of pistols, and maybe even flying around as Superman? That's the kind of twist the game needs. Until Epic drops a trailer or an official blog post, take all of this with a grain of salt. Still, one thing's clear: something huge is on the horizon.

What is the Fortnite Wallet Card and how to use it?

Image via Epic Games. The days of buying stuff with only a credit card are now going to end in Fortnite, thanks to the all new Fortnite Wallet Card. There is no doubt that Fortnite is one of the most popular games of all time, and also one of the richest gaming franchises as well, despite being a free-to-play title. However, the credit goes to the game's diverse cosmetics. This epic battle royale title is known for its huge array of character skins, gliders, emotes, wraps, and many more. And who doesn't know about the larger-than-life collaborations of Fortnite! That is why to tick all your buying boxes in Fortnite, the Wallet Card is going to be pretty handy. Everything you need to know about the Fortnite Wallet Card In Fortnite, almost everything you buy needs V-Bucks to purchase. This is the staple in-game currency in the title, exchanging which you can buy accessories and stuff like skins, emotes, and many more. The primary source V-Bucks is the standard Battle Pass, which offers 200 V-Bucks each season. If you want to go beyond that, then you need to buy V-Bucks from a retailer or online in the game with real-world money. But the catch is that you can buy that only by a credit card as other payment options aren't available. There are exclusive rewards in the game which can only be purchased through real-world money, obviously via a credit card, instead of V-Bucks. That's where the Fortnite Wallet Card comes in. Those who don't own a credit card will soon be able to buy V-Bucks or those exclusive rewards via this new card. So, what are these? Fortnite Wallet Cards is a special type of physical forms of real-world money which players can cash-in the game without any hassle. These cards aren't available in the game right now, but according to rumors, will be launched later this year in the game. These Wallet Cards come in different values ranging from $15 to $150. However, players need to keep in mind that they look quite similar to the already existing V-Bucks cards but unlike these, the Wallet Card doesn't add V-Bucks to your Fortnite account, it adds actual money. With this money, you will be able to buy V-Bucks as well as previously mentioned exclusive in-game stuff. For those who are wondering what will happen to the residual money in the account can rest assured as the remaining fund will stay in the account. Now, it's still unclear if this card is accessible in Fortnite only, or players will be able to use it across their Epic Games accounts, like in other games or for other Epic Games Store contents. Fortnite x Squid Game collab set to shake up creative mode with deadly challenges

Image via Fortnite Twitter Fortnite is taking its latest crossover into a darker, more competitive arena as it teams up with Netflix's global phenomenon Squid Game for a brand-new experience set to launch on June 27. Unlike previous high-profile collaborations, this one won't be part of the main Battle Royale mode, but will instead live within Fortnite's Creative universe - giving players the power to recreate, design, and survive the game's infamous challenges. Squid Game comes to creative mode Announced during the 2025 State of Unreal presentation, the collaboration introduces Squid Game assets to the Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), enabling creators to build custom islands inspired by the show's brutal games. From 'Red Light, Green Light' to the iconic Glass Bridge, these fan-favorite tests of survival will now get the Epic Games stamp of approval, allowing for deeper immersion and greater authenticity. Over the past few years, community-made Squid Game maps - such as sundaycw's wildly popular 'Octo Game 2,' have gained traction among Creative players. However, these maps were based on fan interpretation. With official tools and show-accurate designs entering the mix, creators now have more firepower than ever to bring the twisted world of Squid Game to life inside Fortnite. What's also fuelling buzz is the speculation around whether the collaboration will remain limited to Creative mode. Fortnite's Competitive X account chimed in on the teaser post, sparking theories that the crossover could bleed into competitive tournaments or limited-time modes. Though nothing has been confirmed, the idea of players battling for V-Bucks - or even real money, in Squid Game-style events has fans intrigued. There's also curiosity around cosmetics. While Epic Games has yet to confirm the release of Squid Game-themed skins, many expect that Pink Guard outfits, contestant tracksuits, and themed emotes will soon hit the Item Shop - a familiar pattern following collaborations with franchises like The Walking Dead and Fall Guys. The crossover has already stirred mixed reactions online. While some fans hailed it as 'the most peak collab to date,' others called Squid Game 'overrated' or questioned Fortnite's recent creative direction. Still, with its official rollout just weeks away, the collaboration promises to offer players a gripping new way to engage with both franchises. Whether you're in it to survive, build, or simply collect cosmetics, Fortnite's dive into Squid Game territory marks a bold gamble - and one the community will be watching very closely.
