
UAE President directs Emirati teams to help in dousing wildfires in Albania
In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, to support efforts to extinguish forest fires in the Republic of Albania, several specialized teams from the UAE have arrived in the Albanian capital, Tirana, to participate in urgent response operations to extinguish the fires raging in several areas there. The UAE will contribute with the necessary aircraft, equipment, and firefighting materials.
These tasks will be carried out in coordination between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Interior, represented by the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority.
The directives of His Highness the President of the UAE, may God protect him, reflect the solidarity of the UAE, its leadership and people, with the government and people of Albania in confronting the unprecedented fire disaster currently affecting their country.

It is the first of its kind across federal ministries and entities. The event concluded with a youth panel discussion hosted by the MoI Youth Council to mark International Youth Day.

UAE expresses solidarity with Lebanon over military camp explosion
The UAE has extended its condolences and solidarity with Lebanon over victims of a military facility explosion in the Tyre district in southern Lebanon.
