Dog the Bounty Hunter's stepson bragged about using rifles with son four years before accidentally shooting him to death
Little Anthony was only nine years old when the 38-year-old bounty hunter taught him how to use a rifle at Franktown Firearms Shooting Center in Franktown, CO back in 2021.
'Getting some range time in with our buddies @franktownfirearms,' Gregory boasted in his since-disabled Instagram account.
Zecca accidentally shot and killed his 13-year-old son in their apartment in Naples, FL on Saturday, according to TMZ.
Local law enforcement confirmed to the outlet that they 'responded to a call about the shooting around 8 p.m. ET' but they're calling it an 'isolated incident' and no arrests have been made.
Duane's sixth wife Francie Chapman welcomed Gregory during a prior marriage, and Anthony's mother is Alexandria Lane.
The 72-year-old reality star and the 56-year-old Bounty Wear owner addressed the terrible loss in a statement: 'We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident and would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony.'
One year ago, little Anthony spent the summer with his grandparents and told a story about how he felt the wind of the Holy Spirit while visiting his 'Meemaw' in the hospital ER in 2023 after she injured her ankle.
Anthony and Duane sat on a bench in the waiting room when he suddenly felt a gush of cold wind blowing in from outside even though it was a warm, rainy day.
'When we're walking to her room I feel the wind again but from a different direction. When it first came, it hit me [on my chest]. But when it came again, it hit me from the back,' the Christian child marveled.
'And I'm wondering what is this? Because the doors didn't open this time, so why am I getting hit by wind? [It was] the Holy Spirit. And I asked Meemaw and she said, "It was the Holy Spirit."'
Francie had been feeling miserable but 'after X-rays and after we prayed, we go back into the room and she's just fine. She said, "This don't even hurt anymore." And it turned out to not be broken.'
Aside from artillery and Jesus, little Anthony also enjoyed dancing to Usher and Diana Ross, he loved Busch Gardens theme park, and once excitedly met Predator at Duke City Comic Con.
The Chapmans - who began dating in 2020 - first bonded over their shared grief about being widowed.
Duane suffered the loss of his fifth wife Beth Smith in 2019 to stage II throat cancer and Francie suffered the loss of her husband Bob Frane in 2018.

'We understood the pain that the other one was feeling, and [in] those tough days and moments, we helped each other stand up,' she told ET in 2020.
'We could cry with each other and talk about what we were feeling. We were able to walk alongside each other through the pain and heartbreak, and it brought us together in this amazing way.'
The mourning couple will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary on September 2.
On November 15, the Chapmans will host their 3rd Annual F.U.S.E. Restored Gala in Cape Coral, FL.

Appeals court orders new trial for man convicted in 1979 Etan Patz case
The man convicted of killing 6-year-old Etan Patz in 1979 was awarded a new trial Monday as a federal appeals court overturned the guilty verdict in one of the nation's most notorious missing child cases. Pedro Hernandez has been serving 25 years to life in prison since his 2017 conviction. He had been arrested in 2012 after a decadeslong, haunting search for answers in Etan's disappearance on the first day he was allowed to walk alone to his school bus stop. The appeals court overturned the conviction because of an issue involving how the trial judge handled a jury note during Hernandez 2017 trial — his second. His first trial ended in a jury deadlock in 2015. The ruling says that the judges concluded that the state trial court's instruction was not only 'clearly wrong' but 'manifestly prejudicial' The court ordered his release unless the state gives him a new trial within a reasonable period to be set by the lower court judge. Emily Tuttle, a spokesperson for the Manhattan district attorney, said 'We are reviewing the decision.' Harvey Fishbein, an attorney for Hernandez, declined to comment when reached Monday by phone. Hernandez was a teenager working at a convenience shop in Etan's Manhattan neighborhood when the boy vanished. Hernandez, who's from Maple Shade, New Jersey, later confessed to choking Etan. But his lawyers said he was mentally ill and his confession was false. Etan was among the first missing children pictured on milk cartons. His case contributed to an era of fear among American families, making anxious parents more protective of kids who many once allowed to roam and play unsupervised in their neighborhoods. 'Through this painful and utterly horrific real-life story, we came to realize how easily our children could disappear,' said Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr., a Democrat who made a 2009 campaign promise to revisit the case if elected. The Patzes' advocacy helped to establish a national missing-children hotline and to make it easier for law enforcement agencies to share information about such cases. The May 25 anniversary of Etan's disappearance became National Missing Children's Day.

Ibiza Rocks pauses events after British men die at venue
An Ibiza hotel and music venue has cancelled its upcoming events after two British men died on its premises in separate incidents.A 19-year-old man, named as Gary Kelly, died in a fall at Ibiza Rocks on Monday while another man, 26-year-old Evan Thomson, died earlier this venue said it was "deeply shocked and devastated" by the incidents and had decided to pause its scheduled events programme due to "the seriousness of the situation and out of respect for those involved". Spain's civil guard told the BBC that Mr Kelly died in the early hours of Monday after falling from a balcony, and said his death appeared to be accidental. Ibiza Rocks said it was working with the relevant added: "The safety and wellbeing of our guests has, and always will remain, our highest priority."A spokesperson for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) said on Monday: "We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Spain and are in contact with the local authorities."Mr Kelly played ice hockey for Scottish team Dundee Stars, who described him as a "hugely talented and charismatic individual who had a great future ahead of him".Paying tribute, the club said: "Everyone at the club including players, staff, management, and ownership are heartbroken to hear this tragic news."They continued: "His loss will impact many in the ice hockey community and beyond.
