Katie Price reveals only ex her family still talk to as Alex Reid vows to wage war
Katie Price has revealed the one ex-boyfriend her family still speak to - 13 years after they broke up. The mum-of-five, 47, who has a volatile relationship with most of her exes, spoke was reminded of her former flame on the latest episode of her podcast.
When she was 34, Katie embarked on a passionate relationship with Argentinian hunk, Leandro Penna, now 39, after meeting at one of Elton John's parties.
They ended up getting engaged before calling it quits soon after, with Leandro claiming Katie 'drove him insane.' However, the glamour icon's sister, Sophie, revealed the star's family still speak to the polo player. It comes as Katie's other ex, Alex Reid, promised to 'reveal the truth' about the model after leaking a video of the star appearing to count wads of cash after declaring herself bankrup t.
Opening up about her fondness for Leo, Sophie, said: "Do you know what, I like Leo. I do like Leo and (my husband) Harry still talks to Leo now and then on Facebook. And he sort of says, 'How are you?'"
Katie's whirlwind relationship with the Argentine came two years after her split from Peter Andre. They, of course, had to put up with a language barrier, with Katie not speaking any of Leo's native Spanish, however, they made it work via the 'language of love'.
"If life isn't for livin' and lovin', then what is it for? And anyway - three is a lucky number," she told The Sun after getting engaged.
Katie and Leo eventually split at the end of 2012, after a flurry of fiery rows, with Leo later claiming he dumped the OnlyFans star because she was driving him "insane".
Speaking to Caras magazine in Argentina, he said at the time of their break-up: "I left her simply because she is crazy. Katie's brain is not wired right, or the wires don't connect properly.
"I don't know what's wrong with her. I was thinking it over recently and one day I packed my bags and left.
"There was nothing else I could do. She was driving me insane."
Leo added: "That's it, there's no going back."
In contrast, Katie said she wished her ex well, but her generosity didn't last long.
After their split, the glamour icon claimed she had been forced to hand back her engagement ring.
The allegation was made during a X/ Twitter exchange with her friend when presenter, Phil Turner, tweeted in 2013: "I'm sorry to hear your heart ring has been repossessed."
To which Katie replied: "Just did (hand it back)! That man took advantage of my generosity if only peeps could see the emails all over Christmas him wanting me back. (sic)"
Katie's spokesperson told the Evening Standard at the time: "Katie found out that the ring had not been paid for by Leo and so has returned it rather than have the jeweller out of pocket and Leo pursued for the debt."
However, Leandro slammed Katie's version of events, saying the ring didn't arrive until after they had broken-up, and claimed it was The Pricey who ordered the sparkler for herself.
He told the outlet: "The ring in question has never been in my possession. It was a ring Katie Price designed, ordered and had delivered directly to herself from her personal jeweller."

OnlyFans tennis star Sachia Vickery dumped out of US Open in just 72 minutes after sparking fury with sex-work confession
American tennis star Sachia Vickery's US Open hopes came to a crushing end Thursday, just one day after she went viral for her racy off-court endeavors. The 30-year-old, who sent shockwaves through the tennis world on Wednesday after she opened up on her OnlyFans career, came up against Ella Seidel in the second round of qualifying for the final Grand Slam of the year. However, Vickery, ranked world No 559, failed to secure her place in the main draw at Flushing Meadows after being beaten by the German in straight sets in just over an hour. World No. 105 Seidel made quick work of the matchup, cruising through the first set 6-1. Vickery attempted to fight back in the second but ultimately couldn't recover from having her serve broken in the first game, losing 6-2. Vickery caused a stir earlier this week when it emerged that she has carved out a successful side career, selling steamy photos of herself and charging men to date her. The athlete, who has 'God First' written in her Instagram bio, joined adult content side OnlyFans earlier this year, breaking the news to her stunned fans in a bombshell update on her Instagram. For $12.99 a month, subscribers have access to 'the content too spicy for Instagram,' according to Vickery's OnlyFans bio, which also describes her as 'your favorite pro tennis player.' Her platform teases her 'longest shower vid yet,' strip teases and 'spicier' pictures, while also asking her fans to rate her 'riding skills' as she shares risque videos and saucy snaps. Vickery has banked just over $2million throughout her 14-year career on the court. Outside of the sport, she demands a $1,000 deposit fee just to date her. 'I no longer date for free due to the behavior of men I now require a pre-date deposit send me 1,000 and we can make it happen my cashapp is $Sachiavick,' she told her 39,4000 followers during an Instagram Q&A session earlier this week. However, Vickery has faced harsh criticism from traditional tennis fans, who have brutally torn into her over the decision. 'Who the f*** is going to take Sachia Vickery on a date or even pay to take her on a date when she has let dudes see her naked for less than a price of a happy meal,' one post read. While Vickery's move may have sent ripples through the tennis world, she has no regrets. She previously revealed that she's always seen herself as something of a revolutionary. 'I've always pushed boundaries,' she said on the Black Spin Global podcast earlier this year. 'I've always been outspoken about racial hate I get online, bodyshaming. I'm very open about a lot of stuff. 'I'm still playing tennis, my career is still going but I also want to do things outside of tennis. I'm starting to explore more opportunities on social media.' Vickery, whose father Rawle is a former soccer player and brother Dominque Mitchell played football at South Carolina State, turned professional in 2011 after training with USTA and Mouratoglou Academy in France. But her career peaked back in 2018, when she managed a career-high ranking of World No 73. Now, the Florida native has slumped to No 559, without a single victory to her name. She also failed to qualify for the Australian Open in January, stumbling in the third round of qualifying, and skipped Roland Garros and Wimbledon all together.

Celebs Go Dating's Anna Williamson has hinted how The Chase star's journey could end after he went viral for 'falling asleep' during his first romantic meet up on the show. The Chase star Mark Labbett has certainly made his entrance on Celebs Go Dating. In the most recent episode, which aired on Wednesday, August 20, he stepped out his comfort zone for his first date. Despite being unexperienced in the dating world, relationship guru Anna Williamson told us that she believes Mark was a "fantastic signing" from the E4 production team. She also hinted at how his dating journey will end, following its turbulent start. "Mark is fantastic, he's been a brilliant signing," dating coach Anna told the Record. "Well done to the casting for welcoming Mark and of course, well done to Mark for wanting to come on." Anna also touched on Mark's TikTok viral moments following his appearance on Wednesday. "We knew that was going to happen," Anna admitted, suppressing a laugh before recalling how the quiz whizz - known as The Beast - yawned his way through his date with Natalie, before mistakingly attempting to drink a candle instead of his drink. Anna noted: "I think that shows how much work we need to do with him. But we are always there to champion people including Mark quite rightly, and how he finishes the series, I think, will be very very surprising to people, in a good way." Ahead of his debut on the show, Mark said: 'I've been single for most of my life. I'm a little bit on the spectrum." Mark says he finds human signals much harder than trivia. "Facts are easy, people are complicated," he added. In the scenes aired on Wednesday,Mark could be seen struggling to stay awake and at one point even closed his eyes for several seconds. He had them shut for so long that show narrator Rob Beckett humorously remarked he was "dropping off". Rob then added: "Catching 40 winks whilst eating is a skill." In his previous love life off screen, Mark was married to Katie, who was 27 years younger than him, from 2014 to 2020. The pair first crossed paths on Facebook in 2010. However, it wasn't until 2012 when sparks started to fly after Mark invited her to a celebrity special of the show. After their split, Mark went on to date Hayley Palmer, although the pair went their separate ways just a year later shortly after marking their anniversary in May last year, 2024. The Sky TV presenter informed her followers at the time: "It is with regret I announce that myself and Mark have gone our separate ways. We had the best year together, and I truly wish him all the very best for the future." "Off I go to listen to Taylor Swift ", she added to the post alongside a broken-heart emoji.
