Alcatel is making a comeback to the smartphone scene and the brand will soon debut its V3 series in India. We now have a specific date to look forward to as Alcatel India confirmed the V3 series will launch on May 27 at 12 PM local time (6:30 AM UTC).
The brand shared a few teasers for the upcoming devices, which include the Alcatel V3 Classic, V3 Pro and V3 Ultra. Alcatel is teasing dedicated screen modes for reading and watching video content as well as a stylus and a camera with 'ultra pixels'. All three new Alcatel devices will boot with NxtQuantum OS skin on top of Android.

The upcoming handset will be priced at INR 17,499 ($200) in India. However, the above mentioned pricing is expected to be the price inclusive of offers. The phone is likely to be priced closer to INR 20,000 ($230). Wong compared the phone with three other devices, which seem to be the Moto G96 5G, the iQOO Z10R, and the Vivo T4R. The Realme P4 series will include two models - Realme P4 and Realme P4 Pro. The base variant will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra SoC along with a Hyper Vision AI gaming chip. It is said to be the only phone in the price segment to offer a dedicated gaming chip. It will also offer a 6.77-inch Full HD+ screen with 144Hz of refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness, a 7,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support, and a dual rear camera setup. Source

The latest addition to the TCL 60 portfolio just went silently official in Colombia today - meet the TCL 60 Ultra Nxtpaper. The phone has a huge 7.2-inch LCD screen with 1080x2340 resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC at the helm, 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 5,200 mAh battery. For selfies you get a 32 MP snapper. The phone runs Android 15 and is IP68 certified for dust and water resistance. It boasts a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint scanner embedded into the power button, and is only available in one color: black.
