Lady Gaga blows kiss and wears black gown in waxwork unveiled at Madame Tussauds
A waxwork of Lady Gaga blowing a kiss and dressed in a black and white gown has been unveiled at Madame Tussauds London.
The figure is being released ahead of the 67th Grammy Awards after the US singer, real name Stefani Germanotta, was nominated for song of the year and and best duo/group performance for her song Die With A Smile with Bruno Mars.
It replicates the Bad Romance singer's black and white Armani Prive gown and statement gold earrings and necklace which she wore to the Grammy awards ceremony in 2022.
The figurine also features her recognisable tattoos across her left shoulder blade, which Madame Tussauds said was 'painstakingly hand-painted' by artists at its studio.
The museum added the singer's waxwork was created to 'reflect her iconic status and flair for reinvention'.
Steve Blackburn, general manager at Madame Tussauds London, said: 'Lady Gaga has owned the spotlight for decades across music, fashion and most recently, film, so we wanted to create a showstopping look to reflect her iconic status and flair for reinvention.
'Inspired by her ability to reimagine herself, we reimagined this brand-new figure 15 years after we launched her first.
'In time for this year's awards season, we wanted the multi-talented superstar to accompany our host of other celebrities in the Awards Party zone.
'It is here where Little Monsters and other fans across the world can now become 'Paparazzi' themselves and join our brand new Lady Gaga figure on the red carpet.'
It is the second figurine of the singer after Madame Tussauds unveiled a waxwork of her in 2010.
The singer-songwriter has won 13 Grammys during her career, and had four number one albums and six number one singles in the UK, with hits including Telephone and Poker Face.
In 2024, the singer played Harley Quinn in Joker: Folie A Deux, and released the album Harlequin.
On Monday, the 38-year-old announced her forthcoming studio album Mayhem would be released on March 7.
Members of the public can catch a glimpse of her figurine from February 3 when it will be featured in Madame Tussauds London's Awards Party zone.

Yeah, we had Coldplay take over the entire territories, the comeback of Nicholas Tse, and Mandopop king Jay Chou coming later this month, but let's be real – we're also still smarting over the fact that Singapore got both Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga but not us! However, the tide might be turning, as there are now rumours swirling that Lady Gaga could be coming to Hong Kong next year. Back in March, Mother Monster announced her upcoming eighth concert tour 'The Mayhem Ball' which is set to commence on July 16. The plan was for the concert to travel across North American, European, and Australian cities, but on June 10, Lady Gaga also announced five dates for Japan, running from January 21 to 29 in Osaka and Tokyo. The plot twist here is that the Lady Gaga news fan account @MayhemBallTour on X had previously already proclaimed on April 9 that the artist will have Tokyo dates. When asked for hints on the whole Asia leg of the tour, they posted emoji flags of Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong – so we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll actually get Gaga in Kai Tak Stadium or AsiaWorld-Expo come 2026! Shakira has confirmed she is bringing her record-breaking tour to the UK after months of rumours. The Hips Don't Lie hitmaker is currently in North America as part of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour and the star is reaching dizzy heights in her career. Outselling both Beyonce and Lady Gaga, it is the biggest female tour of 2025 so far taking into account both box office takings and ticket sales. And Shakira has now revealed it was Queen B herself who inspired her series of stadium shows. Speaking to The Sun she confirmed UK dates would be happening before explaining to the crowd in Miami: 'To see this place this packed, it's a dream for me. It's surreal. She could no longer perform in Washington DC at Nationals Park as part WorldPride's welcome event after city inspectors identifying 'structural elements that were not up to standard,' according to TMZ. Nationals Park posted a statement online reading, 'Due to complications with the previous show in Boston, Shakira's full tour production cannot be transported to Washington, D.C. in time for her scheduled performance at Nationals Park on Saturday, May 31.' WorldPride is the largest LGBTQ+ festival in the world and will kick off June's internationally recognized Pride Month. Per TMZ, Shakira responded by saying, 'I have been counting the days, excited to be reunited with my fans in both Washington and Boston, and my team and I have made every effort to make it happen, but it doesn't depend on any one of us right now, and I am devastated that these shows were just not possible this time. 'I promise that I will do everything in my power to be with you as soon as I can.' The ballpark's message to ticketholders continued, 'Refunds will be issued automatically for Ticketmaster and purchases — no further action is required.' It comes after the Whenever, Wherever hitmaker had to cancel two back-to-back shows scheduled last month at Boston's Fenway Park.
