Looking Ahead: Coaching as a National Asset
Earlier this month, over 900 digital coaches and creators gathered in Chennai for the largest Freedom Business Retreat (FBR) to date — a two-day experience hosted by digital reformer Siddharth Rajsekar. With masterclasses on systems thinking, soulful business building, and the launch of two new books and a cinematic film, the retreat marked a new high point in India's coaching movement. But FBR 2025 was more than a milestone event — it was a reflection of a larger shift. According to the India Coaching Federation, the country's coaching industry is projected to become a $7 billion market by 2030. And at the heart of this fast-growing, values-led transformation is the Internet Lifestyle Hub (ILH) — a community that is not only scaling digital coaching but doing so with ethics, systems, and soul.Launched in 2018 by Siddharth Rajsekar, ILH has grown into India's largest digital coaching ecosystem, with over 800,000 learners impacted, 35,000+ paid community members, and a collective economic contribution of over ₹1,000 crore. ILH empowers individuals — from therapists and teachers to engineers, musicians, and wellness experts — to find their unique microniche, package their knowledge, and serve niche audiences through structured digital ecosystems. This is coaching, redefined: not a guru-led following, but a process-driven, purpose-aligned movement.'I wasn't there to be the smartest guy in the room,' says Siddharth Rajsekar. 'I'm here to create a room where thousands can rise.'India is witnessing a major cultural shift. What was once considered a luxury — mentorship, mindset work, and strategic thinking — is now becoming a core part of the self-growth toolkit. ILH has laid a blueprint for this new wave of coaching: codified systems to identify a niche and build sustainable digital businesses, along with peer accountability and community learning. It has beautifully integrated AI tools, ethical marketing, and value-driven branding for its members. From its live webinars and offline events to grassroots publishing through the I Can Coach book series, ILH has shown how coaching can scale without losing its soul.As India's coaching economy grows, so too does the clutter — overpromising, hype-driven content, and misleading metrics. In contrast, Siddharth's Digital Dharma approach emphasizes: a focus on inner transformation, clarity, and long-term service. The recent Freedom Business Retreat 2025 reflected these values — blending AI-powered technology like custom prompt decks with deeply human moments of sharing, mentorship, and healing.ILH isn't just creating digital leaders — it's nurturing the next generation. Its N.E.X.T program, launched in 2024, is aimed at empowering teenagers with leadership, communication, and entrepreneurship skills. At the retreat, 12-year-old Khush Pathak spoke on stage — a reminder that the coaching revolution isn't just for adults. With India emerging as a global hub for digital learning, wellness, and knowledge commerce, the demand for structured, ethical, and inclusive coaching is rising rapidly. Organizations like Success Gyan, a long-time partner of ILH, are helping scale this movement with events, speaker platforms, and training ecosystems — pushing forward the goal of making India the training capital of the world. If India's coaching economy is heading toward $7 billion, ILH is already laying the foundation — not just in revenue, but in real-world transformation.Let me know if you need any further adjustments!

Following the cabinet meeting, cabinet secretariat department additional chief Secretary S Siddharth said the govt's decision to provide housing would benefit women working in the state secretariat, divisional, district, sub-divisional and block offices, as well as school teachers in both urban and rural areas. "The intention of the govt is to provide cheap accommodation to women employees and officials at or near the places of their posting," Siddharth said, adding that this would benefit those posted in state, district and block offices, as well as women schoolteachers. He added that private landlords willing to participate in the scheme must first submit an expression of interest to lease their properties, after which they will enter into a lease agreement with the relevant sub-divisional officer (SDO). A district-level committee will be established, comprising the DM, SP, the mayor of the urban local body, a representative from the building construction department and the SDO concerned. This committee will assess aspects such as power, security, water, and sanitation of the buildings before allocating accommodation to women govt employees, officers and schoolteachers. Siddharth added that women employees, officials, and schoolteachers interested in residing in accommodation under the scheme would need to submit a request letter to the relevant SDO with endorsements from their heads of office. The remaining posts include 36 additional positions for the sports injury wing at Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan Hospital, Rajbanshinagar, Patna, which currently has 267 sanctioned posts. Also, 14 posts have been created in the agriculture marketing directorate, while four posts, including those for a senior pilot, engineer and civil engineer, have been established in the aviation wing of the cabinet secretariat department. These roles will be contract-based with increased honorariums. In other decisions, the cabinet approved new guidelines for issuing advertisements by urban local bodies and gave its consent to identify and select nine tribes in the state. Eligible members from these tribes will benefit from the PM-Awas Yojana for Adivasis (tribes). The cabinet sanctioned the launch and establishment of nine mega skill development centres in the state as part of the first phase implementation of the Saat Nishchay Part-II programme. For this initiative, the cabinet approved Rs 280 crore. These centres will initially be set up in nine divisional cities – Patna, Gaya, Purnia, Saharsa, Bhagalpur, Munger, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur and Motihari.

Siddharth Nigam says he was replaced in Azaad by Ajay Devgn's nephew after waiting for a year, found out from poster: ‘They were star kids'

The period drama Azaad launched the careers of two starkids — Ajay Devgn's nephew, Aaman Devgan, and Raveena Tandon's daughter, Rasha Thadani. Recently, actor Siddharth Nigam, who has predominantly worked in television, revealed that he was initially considered for the lead role in Azaad but was eventually replaced by Aaman. He also shared how he was not informed about the change in casting. Speaking to Instant Bollywood, Siddharth's mother, Vibha Nigam, recalled the process. 'I took him along for the meeting. The entire script was narrated, and we waited for a year. I was happy because the film was good, and Siddharth would have had a strong launch in Bollywood. I really loved the script.' Vibha shared that even after waiting for a year, they were caught off guard when they came across Azaad's poster featuring Aaman. She said, 'But suddenly, after two years, Siddharth showed me the poster of Azaad and said, 'Mum, this has been released, and these are the people in the film.' Then we saw that the film starred Ajay Devgn's nephew and Rasha. For the first time in my life, I felt bad. When things like this happen, as a mother, it hurts. Then I realised both of them were star kids, and that made all the difference,' she added. Siddharth admitted that he had pinned his hopes on the project but also acknowledged the nature of the film business. He said, 'There's no one to blame. This is the business industry, so there's no point in asking why they did it — they must have had their own reasons. It's more of a personal realisation and pain. You get your hopes up thinking something might work out. We wait for an entire year, and then we see the teaser. So after watching it, we just thought, 'Oh, okay. Let's move on.'' Azad was a massive flop at the box office. However, Rasha received widespread acclaim for her dance performance in the song 'Uyi Amma.' The film also starred Ajay Devgn and Diana Penty in key roles.

This top TV actor lost a big film, was replaced by a star kid, earned only Rs 8 crore in a budget of Rs 40 crore, name is…, film is…

There are dozens of such films in Bollywood in which stars replace each other. However, some of those films become huge hits at the box office, while some are wiped out within a week. Today we are going to tell you about one such film, in which the mother of a big TV actor claimed that her son was supposed to be cast in this film, but he was replaced by a big star kid. However, that film proved to be the biggest flop at the box office. This often happens in Bollywood when an actor is replaced by another actor in a film. Sometimes this change proves beneficial for the film, and sometimes not. Today, we are going to tell you about one such film, in which a big TV actor was first cast, but later he was removed and a star kid was cast. The interesting thing is that this film flopped badly at the box office, and all the hopes of the makers were shattered. You will also be surprised to hear the name of this film, because this film was released this year and went away after causing a big loss to the makers. We are talking about none other than 'Azad', which is going to hit the theatres on 17 January 2025, for which TV actor Siddharth Nigam was initially selected. This claim was made by Siddharth's mother herself in a recent interview. She said that she had gone to the meeting of film screening with her son, and the entire script was also narrated and she was happy. She said that she was confident that this film would give a great start to her son's career. But after some time, it was revealed that someone else had been cast in the film. Siddharth's mother said that she had waited for this film for almost a year. When, after two year,s her son showed her the poster of the film, she was shocked. She saw that Ajay Devgn's nephew Aman Devgan and Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha Thadani were seen in the poster. She was very sad at that time. However, Siddharth also did not say anything about this. He said that when he saw the teaser of the film, he understood that it is better to move forward now. Currently, Siddharth is in the news for his new web show 'Hai Junoon', in which people are liking his work very much and he is in the headlines again. At the same time, if we talk about this film, then this film directed by Abhishek Kapoor earned only 8 crores in a budget of 40 crores and it became the biggest flop film of 2025.
