Various locations around the west Suffolk town feature in the singer's video for his song 'A Little More', which was released on Thursday.

David Harris is hoping the music video can bring a boost to the area (Image: Newsquest) David Harris, of Hengrave Hall, praised Sheeran for how he helps to promote Suffolk to his millions of followers.
"The platform that it gives to Bury is huge, and I think Ed Sheeran does a lot to promote Suffolk as a county," said Mr Harris.
"We are very lucky to have a world superstar to have in Suffolk that does put so much back into the county. How many visitors will come to Bury that would not before?"
Mr Harris believes it will make a "huge difference" for the amount of people that visit Suffolk.
He praised his team for how they dealt with the filming, which took around one week, stating they "pull together to deliver the very best".
Harry Potter star Rupert Grint plays a prominent role in the video, which racked up more than one million views in 24 hours.
Screen Suffolk helped facilitate the filming around the town.
A spokesperson for the company said: "As the official film office for the county, Screen Suffolk were delighted to facilitate filming across West Suffolk and in Ipswich.
"It's so great to see Bury St Edmunds featured so recognisably in this brilliant video."
Both Sheeran and Mr Grint were spotted at alongside each other earlier this year, as Ipswich Town lost 1-0 to Tottenham.

Veterans return to Scotland for ‘magical' visit to Edinburgh Tattoo

Three veterans who served in the Second World War have attended the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo during a trip to Scotland for a 'return to places of deep personal meaning' organised by a charity. Eugeniusz Niedzielski, 101, Don Turrell, 100, and Dorothea Barron, 100, attend the pageantry event at Edinburgh Castle during their trip to Scotland, organised by the Taxi Charity for Military Veterans. They described the Tattoo as 'the icing on the cake' after seeing the show on Tuesday evening. The visit was organised after Mr Turrell, who lives in Frinton-on-Sea in Essex, disclosed it was his 'final wish' to return to Scotland, where he had served in the Cameronians, and he vowed to come back next year. Polish veteran Mr Niedzielski was 'delighted' to watch the Band of the Polish Border Guard, according to organisers. He served with the 1st Armoured Polish Division, and during the visit spent time with the Polish Community in Edinburgh, and also attended a Catholic Mass and a memorial service to his fallen comrades. Ms Barron, who served in the Women's Royal Naval Service (WRNS), returned to the site of her former barracks at Port Edgar, now a housing development and had a tour of Campbeltown, while Mr Turrell visited the Cameronians Museum and the Ben Nevis Distillery. He said the visit was 'unforgettable', and also described the Tattoo as 'magical'. Mr Turrell said: 'It was breathtaking – from the stirring opening to the grand finale. When the pipers emerged through the smoke, I thought the procession would never end – it was magical. 'It's been absolutely wonderful – and I'm coming back next year.' Colin Mills, chairman of the Taxi Charity, said: 'Since 1948, the Taxi Charity has supported thousands of veterans, arranging free trips to the Netherlands and France for acts of commemoration, as well as days out to museums, concerts, and social events across the UK. 'This trip to Scotland was inspired when Don quietly shared with me that his last wish was to return there. We were determined to make it happen – and in doing so, we've not only fulfilled Don's dream, but also the heartfelt wishes of Dorothea and Eugeniusz.' Dick Goodwin, vice president of the Taxi Charity, said 'This trip has given the veterans the chance to return to places of deep personal meaning from their wartime service – and they've enjoyed every moment.' He said the Tattoo was 'a celebration of skill, pageantry, and shared history'. Mr Goodwin said: 'It was a fantastic performance, from the hundreds of pipers, The Band of the Polish Border Guard, that delighted World War Two veteran Eugeniusz Niedzielski, to the precision and daring of the USAF Honor Guard Drill Team, spinning and throwing rifles with bayonets attached. 'The whole evening was a celebration of skill, pageantry, and shared history. 'This trip has given the veterans the chance to return to places of deep personal meaning from their wartime service – and they've enjoyed every moment.'

Jessie J's hair 'is falling out like crazy'

Jessie J's hair was falling out "like crazy" after she underwent surgery. The 37-year-old pop star underwent a mastectomy in June, after being diagnosed with breast cancer, and in a video filmed two weeks ago, Jessie revealed the physical toll of her surgery. In a video posted on Instagram, and filmed before a TV show appearance, Jessie explains: "My hair has been falling out like crazy since the surgery. "Five weeks today since my surgery and I'm feeling okay." Jessie admitted that she doesn't know what the future holds and that her health troubles had changed her "perspective on everything". The singer - who has son Sky, two, with Chanan Colman - said: "I'm just trying to figure out what the next six months will look like. "I know I can't do everything that I was suppose to be doing but I just want to be able to make it work the best I can for everybody, me, Sky, my fans but in the right order. "You are always gonna leave some people disappointed. My perspective on everything has changed so much." Meanwhile, Jessie recently revealed that she's set to undergo another surgery later this year. In a lengthy post on Instagram, Jessie shared: "I can rest, parent AND release new music. "I didn't leave a major label after 18 years to be scared to re write the rules to fit around my life / health. I just have to make it realistic on what I can deliver in all roles in my life. "Another surgery needed this year. "I can do it. [tick emoji] "Raising a toddler. "I can do it. [tick emoji] "Releasing new music. "I can do it. [tick emoji] "It will look different to what I had planned but that's life, things change and either we panic and get mad that it isn't what is was going to be, or we ADAPT. "I'm just flowing with life. Learning about who I am in motherhood and when my health goes left unexpectedly. (sic)" Jessie is still in the midst of her recovery from surgery. However, she remains ambitious and is looking to the future with optimism. The singer said: "I am 7 weeks post breast cancer surgery. I'm still in the thick of recovery and my body is still finding its way. But I LOVE music and I LOVE my life and I want to LIVE in the moment. (sic)"

In pictures: ‘Stop Trump' protesters target JD Vance's UK summer trip

JD Vance's U.K. trip has caused a stir, with locals staging a 'Vance not welcome party' on Tuesday after the U.S. vice president's motorcade arrived in the picturesque Cotswolds. "Bullies not welcome here," read one sign, while another called to "make America moral again." Other placards mocked the U.S. official more directly, saying "JD Vance's Netflix password is password" and "JD Vance claps when the plane lands." A meme image featuring Vance with a bald head was printed on balloons and attached to the front of a popular celebratory "caterpillar" cake and displayed on the side of a van. Residents also faced security checks and road closures related to Vance's visit. The White House did not immediately respond to a CNBC request for comment. "The local people of the Cotswolds turned out because they feel very strongly that JD Vance is not welcome here, and they wanted to exercise their freedom of speech," a spokesperson for the Stop Trump Coalition, which organized the protest, told CNBC on Tuesday. "The atmosphere was, was really wonderful," the spokesperson said. "It was a really joyous festival of resistance." According to the spokesperson, around 80 people attended the event, mostly locals. The protest has garnered widespread social media attention, with users sharing footage and pictures from the event and creating memes about Vance's trip. The U.S. vice president, who is travelling with his wife and children, has previously criticized the U.K, which the spokesperson for the Stop Trump Coalition said had angered locals. They also pointed to Vance and the U.S. administration's positions on the wars in Ukraine and the Gaza enclave as factors contributing to outrage. See some impressions of the protest here: The Cotswolds is a popular celebrity destination, with former British Prime Minister David Cameron and U.S. TV personality Ellen DeGeneres having a residence in the area. Earlier this year, former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris was also spotted in the region, as she reportedly attended the wedding of Eve Jobs, daughter of late Apple Co-Founder Steve Jobs. Vance's trip has also included a stay with British Foreign Minister David Lammy in Kent, where the two held a bilateral meeting after a fishing trip. The U.S. vice president is also set to meet further U.K. politicians and travel to Scotland for the next leg of his trip.
